Excellent location, superlative staff, and comfortable room

At the ending before we left was a water situation

Owner is very friendly and helpful, she also advised me how to get there by public minibus, which is very cheap, comfortable and fast - Vieuxfort to Soufriere is Bus 4F if you are coming from the southern airport, but there is also a connection from Castries. Both cost around 8 EC. Room was clean and quiet, bed was good, AC worked ok.

The location slap bang in the centre of soufriere if you want to experience st lucias authentic side thsi is tue place for you.

Honestly, if you're planning to visit Soufriere, this is the place to stay. You're right in the center of town, minutes walk to the port, beach and all the good bars and restaurants. Mostly though, the host, Jessica, goes so far beyond in terms of helping you enjoy your stay, it's unbelievable - we've never had better!! She worked so hard to retrieve, successfully, a lost bag, I'll always be indebted. You'll want to visit Anse Chastenet, Piton Falls, Botanical Gardens at least.

Soufriere is quite hilly and we are true and blue walkers so it was a bit hard and we had to cut a couple of our hikes short due to heat.

I had this huge room including my own kitchen. Staff member Jessica was exceptional. So helpful and even texted me things to do and advice etc. wonderul! Really good location in the centre of the town and wasn’t noisy.

The property isn’t much to look at from outside but is great inside.

The location was very central. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jessica who was our main contact, and couldn't have done more for us.

We didn't dislike anything all was very good.

The property was accurately represented in the advertising. It is located in downtown Soufriere, and you will live amongst locals. There are many tourist destination nearby and this is a great spot from which to plan your day ventures. The owner Jessica and her husband Shay were both very kind and helpful, and always very responsive via Whatsapp for anything you might need. If you want a taste of "real life" in Soufriere, Saint Lucia, I highly recommend this spot.

Good size room. Clean. Great friendly staff. Good location, in town but quiet. Close to shops, restaurants, banks & sea front. Can walk to Diamond falls/gardens and viewpoints for Sourfiere.

Martha met me and helped me get in! She also helped me get oriented! She was super! The location was ideal right by the church and main park. And a short walk to the beach and docks! The AC was great! The room was comfortable! And it was a good value! The communications were great too! The shuttle to the airport was great again!

When I arrived, the owner said she had no record of my booking, and the guest house had no vacancy. She asked if anyone from Expedia had called to confirm my reservation?! Fortunately, the owner was very helpful in finding another property where I could stay. If you book at the guest house, confirm your reservation. Note also that parking around the guest house is very, very limited.

The excellent service by the host Jessica. The room was very clean. They responded quickly to any issues that came up. They helped with anything that I needed during my stay. There were things in the room that needed to be updated, but they did not get in the way of my loving the place. The view is exceptional. Overall, a really nice place to stay.
