I contacted the establishment to report the matter, and they promised to get back to me\. Unfortunately, I have still not received any feedback\. I find this lack of follow\-up concerning, as it does not reflect a professional standard of customer service\.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. One of the things I appreciated most was having connecting rooms, which was perfect as I was travelling with my three children. It made our stay much more comfortable and convenient as a family. Breakfast was very good, and I especially enjoyed the freshly made omelettes — definitely a highlight! The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again.
The rooms are quite small, which is worth bearing in mind, particularly when travelling as a family. However, having connecting rooms made this much easier for us.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026There was a security guard in the parking lot, who helped us feel safe leaving our car there, but see the below complaints.
The room was filthy, with someone's pubic hair all over the bathroom floor. We asked that it be cleaned or a different room provided, and the front desk person said it would be taken care of, but it was never done. We booked a hotel just to crash overnight during a long road trip and chose this one based on reviews rather than cost (it was more expensive than several nearby options). Boy, were we shocked! We will never stay there again.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026I got sick and the staff was amazing. They even made something special for me to eat 1 fried egg, since I couldn't keep food down.
I only wish they refunded me for a breakfast I paid separately for, but couldn't eat. It was quite expensive though. My husband did try the muffins but they were rock hard and we did show the Hotel manager. Our shower in room 103 were leaking terribly. It became a pool. We did notify the staff.

I wanted the standard room without smoking cuz I have breathing difficulties but around 11pm was someone smoking near my room since from 11pm till 04pm I ddnt sleep due to smoking

Reviewed May 10, 2026We arrived at 14:00 for check-in, and was told none of the rooms were ready. The receptionist was very unfriendly. After advising her that the check-in time is 14:00 as per the communication, we got a room after a few minutes. There was no hot water the next morning, and nothing was communicated. We had to phone and they just said maintenance are aware of it. After a few hours, we eventually checked out because of scheduled meetings without having been able to shower. The carpets were also very dirty. If we had just received proper customer service and communication from the staff, we would have left without feeling we completely overpaid for a very poor experience.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Location was good easy access to the freeway and the mall. Attended to every request - Single beds to double and providing us with a small fridge. Staff cordial and place clean. Bar and swimming pool availability. Although close to busy road noise was well blocked out.
We couldn't get hot water after 10am but only 8am last day we got good shower water. We would have preferred a bath as well. Keys kept malfunctioning and got reset at reception. Would have preferred smart TV with Youtube & Netflix as well...
