We checked in in the evening only to be notified upon our arrival that they had a double booking of our room. They did not bother to notify us before hand. We had a little baby with us and they booked an alternative accomodation for us which was horrible. The place was too small, the bed could only fit one person and we didn’t even have a mere kettle in the room and it was not even clean. The place was not even worth the price we paid for at your guest house not to mention their disappointing breakfast. We are completely disappointed!!!

The heater inside the room takes time to heat and doesn’t fill up the room. An aircon would have been much better

There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and clearly worn out. I raised my concern and requested another room, but instead of addressing the issue, I was simply told that I would sleep fine in that bed. The concern was not taken seriously, which made the experience disappointing.

I accidentally bumped into the corner of the bed base twice, as it sticks out slightly, and it was painful. I would suggest that you don't cover with the bedding and maybe put a sign to mind the corners of the bed. .

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025The guest house was comfortable and generally clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning was offered but we generally kept it clean ourselves so only used them every second day.
The carpets are clean but really need a deep clean due to stains which gives the impression that the carpets are not clean. The bedside lamp was broken on my side of the bed, not a big deal but could cause an electrocution if not removed. So I did not use it.

The only downside was a neighbor playing loud dance music until about 10 pm, but after that, it was quiet and restful.

I booked bed and breakfast on booking site for me 1 adult an my child 10 year old when I got to venue I was told the breakfast was only booked for 1 person.... I didn't want to argue with them as I was tired on the day.... I let it slide. The mat is so dirty an brown I couldn't stand it room had a stuffy smell cos of that dirty mat.
