The hotel was perfectly located, right by the seafront and very central, close to the market. It is situated above KFC and next to a lovely restaurant serving delicious pizza and other dishes. The room was spacious, clean, and had a good bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was also a beautiful view from the rooftop.

It could be a little noisy earlier in the evening because of the central location, but it became very quiet later at night. When we arrived, we had some difficulty finding the doorbell, as it is slightly hidden next to the letterbox.

This will definitely be my home whenever I am in Mauritius. Sylviane was exceptionally hospitable. She was readily available whenever we needed assistance and we were offered good breakfast. Wonderful place!

Au moment de payer la taxe, la dame nous a demandé nos passeports pour faire des photos, ce qui est bizzard puisque cela n'est pas necessaire pour pouvoir recolter la nouvelle taxe touristique en vigueur á l'île Maurice, nous avons par la suite prévenu l'ambassade. Cependant l'appartement est bien situé. Les chambres étaient propres et on nous a proposé le petit-déjeuner gratuit.

Ne pas faire des photos de nos passeports pour récolter la taxe touristique, c'est bizzard, ce n'est pas la procédure.

Très convivial, endroit très propre, décoré avec goût, des gens très sympa et toujours prêts à rendre service

The location is perfect: right next to the Waterfront and just across the road from the market and the bus station, which made getting around so easy (specially if you want to explore the city like a local!). The rooms are big and very neat. A special thanks to Madame Sylviane, who gave me some great recommendations! Overall, it’s excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Velmi vstřícná paní domácí. Ubytování je čisté a pohodlné. Je to sice starší, ale bylo tam všechno nadstandardně.

Na pláže se musí dojíždět 4 až 5km. Noční štěkat psů, což je asi problémem těchto zemí.

C est juste bien pour un rapprochement de l aéroport la veille du départ . Ne faites pas vos vacances la !! Misère ! Quartier pas sûr , pas d eau chaude , pas d isolation phonique intérieure , nuisances sonores toute la nuit ( chiens qui aboient ) , pas d occultant sur les fenêtres …

Les lieux étaient propres, le logement est très bien situé. Nous avons été super bien accueillies, et avons eu plein de super conseils pour notre voyage.

Le petit déjeuner me convenait très bien . L accueille très familiale. L établissement est situé près des bus ,pour les sorties c est l idéal. Des restaurants très bien à côté .

Das wir nur eine Nacht dort waren.

In der Dusche konnte man den Duschkopf nur in die Hand nehmen, da die Aufhängung defekt war. Am Bett war der Schirm von der Nachtischlampe gebrochen und hing nur noch am Kabel. Das beste war aber die Küche. Bin schon viel gereist, aber selten so etwas.........gesehen!!!👎

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Zentrum. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist einfach aber sehr groß und entspricht dem Standard. Aber das beste war, wir hatten Frühstück in der Gemeinschaftsküche, obwohl das bei der Buchung nicht dabei stand. Es gab kostenlos Weißbrot, Marmeladen, Eier für Omlette, Tee und Kaffeepulver und einen großen Trinkwasserspender wo man sich immer seine Trinkflaschen anfüllen konnte. Die Besitzerin superfreundlich, wir durften gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis das Zimmer länger nutzen da wir einen späten Flug hatten und sie organisierte uns einen Airporttransfer zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Für den Zimmerpreis einfach unschlagbar!

Es gab Klimaanlagen die an der Fassaden angebracht waren und die ganze Nacht gelaufen sind, das ist ein permanentes Brummen. Die Gemeinschaftsküche würde mal einen Generalputz vertragen, da wir aber nur gefrühstückt haben, war uns das nicht so wichtig.

Great location in the centre of Mahebourg opposite the local market with shops/ restaurants within 2 minute walk. Very large comfortable room with lots of light. Large share kitchen with continental breakfast ingredients available to make your own. Plus large share lounge/ TV area. Welcoming and helpful host.

Needed to use a share shower as my shower's hot water never came through after running water for 10 minutes which I had been asked to do. Felt bad re wasting water.

Close to the airport, big room with kitchen ..Sylviana is very kind, providing info , such as where to visit and the good restaurants to eat. And she cooked breakfast for us..there were eggs, bread, fruit and coffee. The B&B is close to Blue Bay.

La situation centrale de cette maison d'hôtes située juste en face de la gare routière et du front de mer. La gentillesse de l'accueil.

Hôtel très bien situé à côté du marché, des magasins, gare routière, restaurants et de la mer ! l'aéroport est à 15 min en voiture. La personne qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique. Places de parking disponibles. Pièces de vie (canapés, télé) et salle de restauration avec le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner en libre service et gratuit. Bon à savoir : l'hôtel se situe au-dessus du KFC, l'entrée est sur le côté du marché. Le numéro de téléphone pour contacter l'accueil est affiché près de la porte.

Der Sohn der Besitzerin ist sehr nett, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und hat uns einmal unentgeltlich als Taxi nach Blue Bay ausgeholfen. Die Lage ist direkt neben dem Markt und Busbahnhof. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Alles in allem ein guter Start einer Mauritiusreise, da der Ort nahe vom Flughafen und äußerst gut mit dem Bus erreichbar ist.

Die Unterkunft ist prinzipiell sehr sauber, die Einrichtung nur schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

**Super Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht! Die Zimmer sind riesig, klimatisiert und total gemütlich. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die man jederzeit nutzen kann – perfekt auch zum Selberkochen. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist groß und ideal zum Zusammensitzen. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit – ich kann diesen Ort wirklich jedem empfehlen, der in der Gegend unterwegs ist. Auch für Freundesgruppen einfach super geeignet!**

I like the personal. They are so nice and helpful. And the Bus Station and airport is also near. Boat trip is also near.

AdmiralMahe is an excellent budget bed and breakfast near the sea, local transportation, and the market. However, it lacks basic amenities like a TV in each room and regular cleaning service. Rooms are only cleaned on check-out, not while there, even for a seven-day stay.

I selected the property because it fit my budget and was conveniently located for my short stay before my cruise. The owner was wonderful; she made me feel like part of the family. Her warm personality and kindness truly enhanced my stay.

The breakfast provided by the hostess was adequate - a selection of fresh bread, fruit, eggs, coffee and tea.The location of the hotel was very good - near the Waterfront, next to the big market and the bus station in the center. They also offer a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back at a good price. The hostess Sylviana is exceptionally kind, gives many good recommendations for attractions and the best places to eat. A very beautiful swimming beach is located about a 15-minute bus ride away (bus no. 46 Blue Bay).

We stayed just for 1 night but were very happy with this hotel, very welcoming and friendly staff. Spacious room, communal well equipped kitchen and beautiful views from the deck. Close to the ocean and in the very center of Mahebourg!

Easy check in, a lovely host, helpful recommendations and a spacious room. There were big common areas and kitchen to use. We had a nice view of the waterfront as well!

Idéal pour ceux qui ne souhaite pas louer de voiture (conduite à gauche !). Sylviane, notre hôte est très accueillante et très bonne conseillère. On regrette de n’y avoir passé qu’une nuit

Property is clean, looked after and reasonably cozy. Price and location are superb. Morning and evening walks around are quite nice and relaxing.

Basic ammenities outside of hotel room. Breakfast area can be a bit hot with only fan cooling it down but not unexpected due to overall low cost of stay. Plenty of snacks. Market and bus station next door can be noisy but nothing to complain about. The area after dark is a bit questionable.

There was no daily cleaning of the rooms or changing of bed linen. The location is horrible, we had to travel to the north side on a daily basis-not worth it. What made it worse is the host sleeping in the lounge right infront of our room on a daily basis, It looked like we were being monitored for something- not a very comfortable experience.

Transfer organised by the property was very easy and stress free which was great after a long flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very central right by the market in Mahebourg. Unfortunately the air con was not working which made it very hard to sleep (there was a fan though) and new air con units were delivered while we were there so I guess it will be sorted soon. The room could have been a bit cleaner and the drain in shower was clogged. All in all would benefit from a little TLC but fine for the price and for a short stay

The owner was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Location is right next to the bus station so very convenient. Also right next to the Monday market. Not a lot to do here, especially on Sunday but very relaxing and easy to get around the island by bus.

The property is big. It’s in the center of Mahébourg, near the market and above KFC. You have access to a shared big kitchen and a living room. There is enough space in the rooms. The host is the sweetest lady ever. She always wishes you well en tells you to be careful. Take her advice to heart. She knows what she is talking about!

For me, I thought there would be a beach. But there wasn’t. And by night the area is not the safest place to be.

Large room. Nice location across the park on the seashore. Comfortable bed. Large towels. Very roomy common facilities (kitchen, seating areas). The host was very friendly and explained everything in detail.

Stayed during the cooler season. The shower was only lukewarm. Seems the hot water tank does not have a booster. At night there was tremendous dance music noise. Seemed to come from the area above the KFC next door. Fortunately it stopped around 10:30pm. Stay was only 1 night, so can't comment if this is a regular 'feature'.

The location was very central and the bus stop just opposite to the property made everything easy. The owners were very kind and made my stay a comfortable one. It was difficult to find the property, but it is bang on top of the KFC. I would advise the management to have a few bold sign posts leading up to the property which will help find the place easily. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Thank you Kumar Sampath

Great experience from the pickup at the airport all the way through to the checkout. Very friendly staff and most helpful and accomodating, organizing snacks, fruit and water since I arrived quite late. The hotel is located directly across from the market and the Mahebourg bus terminus so very easily accessible and particularly good for short stays/ airport transits... I would recommend and would definitely stay again if in Mahebourg. The one minor thing to be wary of is that the water heater is solar so if you’re caught in a few days of overcast weather the water might not warm quickly.

Very spacious and clean. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. There is no sign outside the building and so we had some difficulty locating it, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised. Great location - directly opposite the market.
