Ogromny pokój, łazienka, nawet garderoba, obok centrum handlowe. Ogromny plus!

Pokój chociaż dla niepalących, śmierdział jak tania imprezownia. Łazienka również wymaga porządnego wysprzątania.

Well kept, clean and modern. Attentive and helpful staff even though I arrived at 3:00am. Room is quiet, spacious and well furnished.

Nothing to dislike.

Хороший комфортный отель. Чисто и уютно. Хороший разнообразный завтрак. Не далеко от аэропорта и выставочного центра. До центра города и основных моллов примерно час на метро. Станция метро минут 10 от отеля. Лучше использовать 11 линию. В одном шаге торговый центр где можно покушать и купить что-то в подарки.

We really appreciate the room size and the cleanliness of the room. Fresh water each day and also that there was an iron in the room with a separate space for ironed clothes, like a small walk in closet. The breakfast was also lovely.

The bed was a bit hard to sleep on, but the most thing I missed was proper lighting in the bathroom. It was pretty dark and hard to put on make up in the morning with that dim light.

Isolated, it is a nice hotel with nice beds (had club room)

I needed the hotel because I had a one-night (late arrival - early departure stopover). I picked hotel because it supposedly is 3,8 km from airport, but driving distance is more like 14 km (28 min in the evening and 45 min in the morning!!!) Food and drinks in club lounge was poor compared to other hotels I visited during my China stay

バスタブがない。照明がマスターを消さない限り、一部が消せないので、明るくて眠りにくい。エアコンも温度調整できないので、冷えすぎると消し、また、暑くなるとつける、を繰り返さないといけない

Excellent hotel, matching Marriott reputation! very friendly and helpful staff at reception - highly commendable Edison Huang. Location - extremely convenient, right next to transport - bus to Hong Kong airport. Right next to a shopping mall too! An excellent deal with breakfast and dinner! (+massage). Dinner was amazing: nutritional Chinese soup, baked small lobster and a Hugh range of food and eat all you can oyster…. We’ll go there again anytime!! Thanks.

This hotel is incredible. More incredible is the staff. I left my passport inside the taxi that the hotel had reserved and Sam (I think he is the night manager) helped me to find the driver and made him bring it to the airport minutes before the flight was closed. And the breakfast? Out of this world! Thank you all! Will definitely stay there again when back to Shenzhen.

Spent two nights there for business. Easy checkin, with a small but comfortable room. Restaurant for dinner was great and we used one of the private rooms. Food was excellent. One of the best breakfast buffets I have had, with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We went there in early July. On that morning, when we were about to check in by using the Mobile App, we saw it was a nice Suite. Then, we checked in right away. As there was a nice bathtub in the suite, we brought some bath bomb (heavy) with us. When we arrived, the staff said we could only stay in a room instead of a suite. I told them we have already used mobile app to check in this morning, how come it suddenly changed to a room instead of a suite? (I am a Titanium member of Bonvoy) The staff insisted that we could only stay in a room even though we have already checked in (mobile app) for a suite on that morning. Anyway, the experience was quite bad. We could stay in a room, but we have already checked in for a suite on that morning, why was there a such change suddenly? We didn't need to bring those heavy bath bombs with us if it was just a small room without any bathtub. Moreover, the Bonvoy points that we received was not accurate. Please leave your email here so that we can contact you and please give us back the accurate Bonvoy points. Thank you.

Generally an excellent and comfortable place with a friendly and helpful staff. Will stay there again if the price continues to be reasonable. Maybe an 8 minute drive from the airport, and a good mall/eating area very close by. I am overlooking one incident, where at 4a.m. the staff were not immediately able to be helpful. It was 4a.m. But that was the only negative incident in 3 days and there were many positive ones.

They no longer offer airport shuttle service. Had a very hard time getting taxi to accept us. No room service or restaurant food available apon arrival. Room was good.

I had to book this hotel last minute as when I got to the airport and found out my flight had been cancelled, I needed somewhere to stay. I was in a panic and exhausted and terribly upset about not being able to fly home to the US, and the two people at check in were incredibly kind and helpful. Ada and David took care of me, and they showed me where to go to get something to eat since the hotel is currently not serving food due to Covid restrictions - David even walked me over to the restaurant and waited to make sure they got my order right. The room is comfortable and the hotel is beautiful. Everyone is very friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time in a hotel in Shenzhen and I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is fairly new and beautifully designed with spacious rooms and all the amenities you need. That being said, the service is the what really stood out for me here. We were greeted by Diana who was very friendly and professional. She ensured we were well taken care of on multiple occasions during our stay. Overall the entire staff wether in the restaurant or executive lounge were very attentive. I strongly recommend this hotel if travelling for business in the area.

Equipped with state-of-the-art meeting facilities, this is a suitable venue for business conference. On-site catering services are available providing healthy food. Diana and Andy are the best staff members who really understand the essence of hospitality.

Great hotel interior and room size as expected of Courtyard, but the location was really inconvenient for travellers who would like to shop around Shenzhen. It's nearer to the airport so it really depends on the needs of the traveller. There is a shopping mall right beside the hotel so it's still convenient, but only for people who are here for a short stay. Much is left to be desired for some of the reception and door staff too. Asked for help to call a taxi but was told to get them via the app myself twice by 2 different staff (both reception and door). Staff are pretty passive and not hospitable compared to other Courtyard branches or even other hotel branches i've stayed before.. Also, did not get much recommendations for nearby attractions too. I liked the free shuttle to the airport, but the staff didn't inform us that the vehicle was already waiting for us at the door, and no one helped us with moving the baggage out to the door too. Housekeeping was really attentive and did a really good job! I may choose to stay at another Courtyard branch if i do return to Shenzhen again.

심천공항에서 공항철도타고 2정거장 역에서 도보 10분이내 거리에 위치하고있어 위치 나쁘지않고 쇼핑몰과 붙어있어 저녁식사하기에도 좋음. 객실컨디션도 좋았음. 다만 7층이였는데 수압이 다소 약했고 예민하신분들은 냉난방기의 소리가 거슬릴수있음

The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is well trained and extremely helpful. The Members Lounge is OK. I regret that the breakfast is only served in the main restaurant and not in the Lounge. However the breakfast is a very high level one. The hotel is 2 metro stations away from the airport. This makes it very practical for late arrivals or early departures. The hotel is also in the same block than a shopping mall with a Burger King and a Starbucks, always useful when you are looking for some none Chinese fast foods.

Stayed here for business past 3 months. Hotel is new and location is very close to fuyong station line 11 which is 3 stops to airport station. Taxi is about 25 minutes. Free shuttle to and from airport twice daily, by appointment so make sure to check schedule. From check-in, room, breakfast and lounge staff has been very accommodating and go above and beyond. They all very kinda and will try to help as much as possible. English speaking staff always available. Special thanks to Amelia, Diana, Well and Coco at front desk. Kristy, Angel and Lyren at breakfast. Lily, Christie and Jasmine at Lounge. They treat me like family and show me around when needed. Amelia even took me to 3 banks when I need help. Overall, I am very satisfied and this is my goto place in Boaan Shenzhen.

I stayed here for 6 nights recently. Wow best customer service experience I've ever had in China, they even knew which coffee and how many every morning. Great room, executive lounge is brilliant breakfast is sensational, will definitely be staying here again soon.

First , surprisingly their modernrate and comfortable interior design , even all resteraunt and Lounge prepared foods and drinks that can cope with western eating behavior ; second , we would to like to appreciate that all hotel staffs try their best to assist unfamiliar customers to fix their many requirements that standard service were not be able to handle it , especially The front desk staff Ms Emilia Li , which she is very sincerely and kindly to one by one fix our special issue , example :like looking for a proper local good hospital and online booking , fix cloths problem , fixing unstable network problem , teaching how to use local MTR to go to far location , etc ; any way , beside outstanding hardware and advanced equipment , the excellent staffs performance are always the best valuable intangible assets of this international chain hotel ; last the hotel price is much cheaper than what I expected , even the location is not in downtown .

Courtyard Shenzhen Northwest has been my home for the last 2 months. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from Fuyong Subway station, 2 station stops from the airport. The hotel staff are very friendly. Diana and Amelia at the front desk, Lily, Jasmine and Christie at the business lounge; Kristy at the breakfast area. The room and suite could not get any better. Highly recommended for a place to stay in shenzhen Bao’an area.

This is my 2nd stay with this hotel. Both stays were excellent. In my current stay, was assisted with check in my Andy Deng at the front desk. Check in was quick and efficiently done. In addition, Andy went over and above to assist me to track a parcel for an item that I purchased from Taobao. Every morning, I see smiling faces at the front desk, assisting other hotel guests. Being a titanium member with Bonvoy, I had access to the executive lounge. Food and drinks was served during happy hour. Nothing to shout about with the food and drinks, but was palatable. However, I must say that Diana, Kristie and Jasmine made me feel very welcomed. It is a shame that that executive lounge was only open at 2.30pm everyday. Thus, breakfast had to be at the restaurant on the 3rd floor. This seems to be the trend in all Marriott hotels, where the lounge is not opened for breakfast. Location to the hotel is about a 30 to 45 minutes drive from Shenzhen International Airport. It would be an hour drive to Luohu, which is the busiest district in Shenzhen. Perfect for me on a business trip, not so for tourist on a shopping trip, I guess.

I stayed at this Courtyard only for 5 hours (arrived at 1am) prior to leaving at 6am for an 830am flight. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Amelia. She was extremely helpful with assisting me in getting a cab (too early for hotel shuttle) for my 6am ride to airport. I had no Chinese money, only Hong Kong, and they wouldn't accept credit cards. The room was nothing short of amazing. Modern, clean and roomy. Wish I could have stayed longer!

很棒的一間飯店！ 早餐也非常多元化，好吃. 離寶安機場也很近，飯店還提供免費的機場接送服務，從飯店到機場大約20分鐘車程. 旁邊就是一個小型的購物商場，還有星巴克喔！ 以後出差的首選飯店

設備や部屋も綺麗で気持ち良く過ごせた。ただ部屋でワインを飲もうとした際、ワイングラスがなかったので、フロントに依頼したところ無いと断られた。

整體不錯，就是清晨打包早餐很敷衍，跟飛機餐好像喔！哈！！！！

I have a two weeks steady at this hotel and they are unforgettable! Very clear and easy access. The room... the room! Incredible! It was my birthday and the manager Diana just prepared a surprise for me and when I got to the room a birthday cake was there and a letter congratulating me! Room service was espectacular! The front service helped me all days to ask for a taxi! If I come here next future I have no doubt I will stay here again! I really indicate! And congratulations Diana for your espectacular job!

If you have to stay in the Airport area, this is the perfect place. It's a 5 min walk from Fuyong metro station on line 11, which connects with the Futian gateway to HongKong or high speed rail to the rest of China. It's also just 2 quick stops away from the Shenzhen Airport. The hotel is clean and spacious. Rooms are comfortable and have nice bathrooms and a big TV. Staff is super nice and always tries to be helpful in English. I spent 2 weeks here and people were incredible nice. Next to the hotel is a mall with 15+ restaurant. It also has a supermarket which comes in handy.

I have stayed in this hotel twice and would definitely stay again. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The service was very good. 酒店各方面都很好，旁邊就有商場！若酒店位於近市區一點會更好！而該酒店服務生很和藹可親，感覺家一樣。只是房間洗手間是沒有浴缸，只有淋浴，要用到套房才有。

在浪漫的七夕(Lunar Double Seventh Festival also known as the Chinese Valentine's Day)抵達酒店, 看到數月未見的老朋友, 大家都很快樂, 完全洗盡了旅途中的疲憊. 原訂隔天(Father's Day in Taiwan @ 2019/8/8)父親節返台的航班卻因超級強颱逼近而取消. 在機場報到櫃台的錯愕, 經由酒店前檯經理 Diana 與 Vivian 的快速反應得以化解, 天意 (Act of God) 讓我又在酒店多留一天. 在酒店的兩天裡, 我度過一生中少有的浪漫而快樂的時光. 不由得使我想起那首情歌 "假如愛有天意".

Fantastic value for the price. Nice and clean. There are a lot of food options next door. The only downside is the distance from the subway, a bit far to walk, and too short to taxi.

优点: 酒店很新，装修是简约商务风格，入住的房间挺大，有沙发和办公桌等。早餐品种很多，也不错吃。 缺点: 位置偏僻，离机场开车要20分钟（虽然地图上看着不远）浴室没有浴缸，只有淋浴，这个打扣分，毕竟出差累，回房间需要放松。另外，让我有点意外的是浴室居然没有卸妆棉，只有棉球……请问棉球是要怎么卸妆……

Although marketed as close to the airport, it is a bit far without airport shuttle. Took 20 minutes not in rush hour. Otherwise, a very nicely designed and equipped hotel with all the modern amenities.

I booked this hotel in large part for the hotel shuttle that doesn't exist. Just take a cab, and make sure you have the chinese address handy. I took the subway and walked because someone was nice enough at the airport to give me good directions, it was fun, but you've got to be into that sort of thing after a long journey. The cab ride back was 50RMB because the subway wasn't open that early in the morning when I needed it.

這次出差住了4個晚上，讓我印象最深刻的就是房間大小，實在是又大又舒適！旁邊是同泰時代廣場百貨公司，想吃飯購物看電影都很方便，下次出差還是會來這裡住。

房間很大，服務也很親切，後續有機會一定會再入住。

Very clean organized and food was amazing staff was attentive and priced reasonably
