Reviewed Sep 6, 2026施設自体新しくて、連泊したが毎回清掃や無料の飲料水をつけてくれた。2日目にはなぜか水2本だったのが4本に増えていて驚いたが、清掃が丁寧で大変良かった。
大学生くらいの若い方が多くて英語があまり通じなかったが、あまりありません。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The staff at the has been great. The room exceeded my expectations by far. This room was extremely modern, impeccably clean, and for that price unbeatable. It‘s a short walk to the Metro station of Fuhai West.
There was nothing to dislike; everything was perfect for my stay in Shenzhen.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Hotel is nice, rooms are very well organised. Lights are strong what I actually like. I liked the blankets because there are a few different types and I believe everyone can find the best for himself. Breakfast was good for the value.
Air planes flying over the hotel. But I guess that is expected if you are close to the airport. For someone that is perfect for some might be loud.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Location is just 4 stops from the T3 terminal.. about 20mins trains ride. 200m from the metro by foot to the hotel. Super comfy bed and clean toilet in bedroom. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Safety measures are taken in the hotel. Competitive price. Will definitely stay here again.
The toilet in the lobby area can be cleaned regularly. It’s a bit dirty and stinky.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026I loved this hotel. Staff was nice and the room was so clean and comfortable. There was so many stores around. I seen other reviews about the planes flying over but I didn’t think it was bad it wasn’t continuous and didn’t bother me at all. Would definitely stay again
The toilet wasn’t flushing or I would have given it a slightly higher review but I was not there for long.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Staff were very helpful. Room was a decent size, beds comfortable and shower was strong. Couple of minutes walk to Fuhai West station. Very convenient for getting to the airport or Huafa indoor skiing facility. Many local restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel.

The lobby of the hotel and getting to the room was run down. The walls of the room are quite thin too so you can hear the other guests. You can hear the airplanes all night as well.

Я выспалась. Душ прекрасный. Чай, кофе в номере, тапочки. Тишина, управление шторами, в т.ч. ночными чтобы выспаться.
Номер довольно маленький, для 1 человека норм. Или для 2х человек, для транзита.

Ladies in the hotel talk to you with means. Like looking at you from the top. The guy was humble and cool. But ladies behavior like they own the hotel. Also, they couldn’t solve any of my problems, for example, we need to drink wine, they refuse to provide 🍷 cups. No single day they made my beds. Or clean the room. Even bed sheets never changed.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. With excellent service and comfort, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Breakfast was so so Mainly for Chinese guests, powered Juice etc, a Great Hong Kong style restaurant at the end of the block serves a great menu, Very close to subway station, many restaurants close and a bank across the road. Bed was excellent. Staff helpful also Shower was good, very neat tidy room A/C was great too
TV channels were poor for English speakers, No Fridge in the room.

Communication complexe à cause de la barrière de la langue (pourtant, il y a "international" dans le nom de l'hôtel). Cet hôtel était une solution de repli suite à une mésaventure pour laquelle j'attends toujours un retour de booking.com. Les commentaires des autres voyageurs sont toujours d'actualité: fréquents passages d'avions la nuit, personnel à la réception pas très proactifs, etc. Une d'entre elles a même montré de l'exaspération envers moi. Ce qui a alimenté encore plus ma décision du lendemain. Après une nuit, j'ai souhaité partir et quitter Shenzhen. Je n'ai même pas voulu tenter le petit-déj au vu des précédents commentaires. Après maintes "discussions" et perte de temps à la réception, on m'a offert un rabais sur ma nuitée et annulé ma 2ème nuit.

O hotel fica escondido e o didi e o google maps nao acham de primeira. foi dificil de achar. o café da manha podia ter café tambem, e nao tem. Eles tem apenas chás chineses ou café soluvel, que nao é bom.
