Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Check-in. Herzlichen Dank.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Anbindung an den Bahnhof. Kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich nebenan.

New and stylish hotel. Modern design. Next to train station. And there is a grocery store in the hotel.

1. We were initially given a disabled-accessible room and were told that an extra bed would be provided within a few hours. When we returned to the hotel, there was still no bed, and we had to change rooms. As we were staying for only one night, this was quite inconvenient and took up valuable time. 2. Also, although the hotel is only a few kilometres from the city centre, getting a taxi was often difficult and journeys were surprisingly slow. With attractions closing early, this made it challenging to plan our days.

cama e sofa no quarto

diposição do banejiro é bem estranho e nada funcional

Modern and clean, excellent breakfast

Rooms were a bit more on the smaller side

Sillón amplio, cama cómoda, buen desayuno

No hay mueble bar ni caja fuerte. El baño es pequeño.

Neues Hotel, saubere Zimmer, gut ausgestattet

Although our stay was short (4 nights) the bath towels were not changed and the room was not cleaned

Very close to the station, comfortable stay and a very pleasant chef at breakfast.

WhatsApp to communicate to reception was always delayed ended up having to go to reception for service.

Nice hotel, clean and large rooms.

I didn’t like the bar kitchen. It took them 1.5h to serve us dinner. The food quality was a total disaster, vegetables were overcooked, no taste in the food. Total waste of money.

Parking was great for us, the restaurant was a lovely space, the room was spacious and well thought out. Less than 5 minute walk to train station where its 1 stop into Zurich and a 5-10 minute walk from supermarket.

No minifridge in the room. Also the jacuzzi was either not working or removed altogether and its a shame as its one of the main reasons for choosing this place since there's no bath in the room

Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Unfortunalely the stay was disappointing. We booked this hotel in Feburary specifically for the Sauna and SPA but they were closed for maintenance for the entire duration of our stay. If we had been informed of this closure we would have changed dates or selected another hotel. It turned out to be a very expensive stay for a basic room with breakfast.

Alles

Wir hatten keinen Balkon

Poor breakfast choice

The location, near to the train station! The cleaning, the room design, High Tech Equipment , rich breakfast… everything !

Nothing I have noticed

Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, Bett bequem, gutes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, sehr gute Lage für Veranstaltungen in der Swiss Life Arena.

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön.m

Fijn toegankelijk hotel

Niets

Our group were given lovely rooms on the 3rd floor but we all had to change rooms because the gym was on the 4th floor above us (not on the basement or ground level like many gym facilities). A lot of people were using the gym - a group of people had apparently booked in together and were enquiring about the gym - and the noise from the weights and/or things being thrown around was unbearable and non-stop for two days. Reception were very helpful and efficient in changing us to quiet rooms but nobody ever came back to us to explain what the noise was, and we had to complain via whatsapp messages as nobody picks up the phone. It seems they might be under-staffed. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel but don’t get a room on the 3rd floor if a lot of people want to thrown things around in the gym at the same time!

Aria condizionata e stufa?! Mah

Es hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen. Weiter so! :-)

colazione ok, parcheggio a pagamento, letto ok

aria condizionata in camera troppo forte

Clean and modern.

No microwave in the room.

Clean and the staff was nice

The location i needed a train to the main train station so I would choose a hotel near the main train station, and the AC i couldn't control the fan so at noon was shop

Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Relativ günstig. Supermarkt direkt nebenan.

Alles prima. Jederzeit gerne wieder.😊

Alles gut.

Easy to reach the city centre by train, good transportation. In Zürich standars the price was OK.

The air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was very hot. After checking out, we discovered that some personal belongings were missing from inside our suitcases. We contacted the hotel, but they did not respond. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The Value..of the money is ok for the Room

The AC in summer was hot and you cannot control the FAN of the AC so basically at noon the room was hot

Very friendly staff and very handy with having the bar and restaurant downstairs as we didn’t feel like going out the first night.

Nothing

Ho apprezzato: stanza pulita e moderna, letto molto comodo, bagno funzionale e grande, presenza di spa e palestra (free), colazione abbondante.

- Assenza di frigorifero in stanza. - Prezzi molto alti.

Personal sehr nett.
