Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das man am Sonntag bzw. Wochenende bis 12:00Uhr frühstücken kann ist einmalig!!! Also alles sehr gut!!!

Breakfast was good..staff was supportive. Room was clean n coffee machine was working. Extra curtain supported to block extra light from outside.

Lighting in the room was insufficient.No Airconditioner it was too hot,asked for a fan as it was too hot and humid inside on 11th floor.You can open a window not sure how practical that solution would be! Locker wasn't working. Shuttle service was mentioned to be provided but when asked it wasn't therere. Not recommended for family stay.

Camere troppo piccole. Letto matrimoniale senza comodini e addossato al muro da un lato.

Clean and great facilities. Staff were also great help.

Le personnel est aimable et les transports en commun sont facilement accessibles depuis l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est bon.

L'ambiance générale est assez austère, froide et impersonnelle. Pas de gamelle pour notre chien alors que nous l'avions précisé en amont. La salle de jeux enfants n'a jamais été ouverte.

Vue exceptionnelle depuis la chambre. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Literie confortable

Propreté insuffisante : salle de bain et WC avec des taches au sol. Absence de frigo dans la chambre, surprenant pour ce niveau de gamme. Rooftop trompeur : présenté comme un espace prestigieux, il s’agit en réalité de deux petites terrasses moyennement entretenues, loin de la promesse affichée. Salle de tranquillité introuvable malgré la mise en avant sur le site. Check‑out non respecté : alors que le départ est prévu à 12h, la femme de chambre était déjà en train de nettoyer la chambre vers 10h, draps retirés, et nos affaires restantes avaient été descendues à l’accueil. Une situation particulièrement inappropriée. Un hôtel qui ne tient pas ses promesses et dont la communication est en décalage avec la réalité. Malgré une belle vue et un personnel agréable, l’expérience globale reste en dessous des attentes, notamment au vu du prix et des prestations annoncées.

Prachtig uitzicht en vooral de rust.

Temperatuur in de gangen en kamer. Zelfs met beide ramen open en een koel briesje koelde het nauwelijks af. Alsof de verwarming aan stond (kamerthermostaat stond op z’n laagst).

Localização excelente, perto do transporte público.

Única crítica que faço: o café da manhã NÃO está incluído na diária e o preço por ele cobrado é elevado: 29 francos suíços.

No había aire acondicionado, una habitación de 4 y fuimos instalados de 2 con un baño intercalado súper incómodo donde se debían cerrar las 2 puertas del baño…siendo nosotros familia y por eso se pidió habitación cuádruple

الجو حاااار جدا ولا يوجد مكيف لدرجة حطيت مروحتين ارضيه بالغرفه ولازال الجو حار جدا. والمضحك انه لا يوجد ثلاجه ولما طلبتهم عطوني وحده صغيره جذا تستغل بسلك المسجل.. صراحه شي مضحك

Wir konnten vor 15.00 Uhr die Zimmer beziehen. TOP. Toller Service an der Reception

Die Hotel-Bar war vor 22.30 Uhr verriegelt, obwohl viele Gäste noch vom Meeting im Letzigrund kamen (ÖZ: 23.00 Uhr) Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich und die Speisen wurden ungewöhnlich gemächlich aufgefüllt.

Very nice room, clean and comfy hotel. Location is fine in terms of accessibility to everything and closeness to shops. Little further out of the city centre. Beds were great, room was sizeable but not huge. Value for money.

Only thing is the window that can open, with a balcony that really seems small and unsafe with children is something I'd like to avoid that and it's something that's too easy for any child age 6-7-8 to open.

The woom was just not cleaned well enough. Something you certainly in Switserland don’t expect. The hotel is a bit out of the city center, which I knw when I booked. Public transport is good and on walking distance

המיקום של המלון מאוד קשוח. אזור תעשיה רעש של מפעלים. החלון בדיוק מול מפעל ולא מובן בכלל מבוקינג שככה המלון במיקום כזה. אין זרם במקלחת. לא היה לנו קומקום לקפה ולא מקרר, היינו צריכים לבקש ולחכות. חדר חנוק

Design der Zimmer.

Offen einsehbare Dusche, kein Kühlschrank.

El diseño y tamaño de las habitaciones me han gustado mucho. El baño me pareció más bien sencillo. El room service fue excepcional, rápido y eficiente, los platos (pescado y hamburguesa) verdaderamente deliciosos.

Lo único que no me gustó es que el bar haya cerrado antes de hora. Quizás añadiría unas zapatillas y un albornoz en la habitación.

El gimnasio es estupendo. La habitación está muy bien. Es un hotel para estancias de negocios, yo fui con mi familia y nos resultó muy alejado del centro para estar de vacaciones. No obstante, el hotel es estupendo con decoración y ambiente muy moderno. Se duerme muy bien porque no hay nada de ruidos.

Sehr schönes Designer Hotel, sehr gute Ausstattung, tolles Frühstück! Freundliches Personal und Servicekräfte. Etwas außerhalb von Zürich. Mit den ÖNVP sind alle Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Zentrum aber sehr schnell erreichbar! Meine Empfehlung - Zürich Card

Das Zustellbett könnte für Erwachsene größer und bequemer sein.

Unglücklich war an unserem Hochzeitstag wollten wir uns noch einen Drink genehmigen.. wir kamen um 21:46 im Hotel an und vergewisserten uns dass die Bar geöffnet hat (am Vorabend gab es nichts, da ein Gratis Fest mit Grill stattfand) und laut Öffnungszeiten ist Barbetrieb bis 23:O0. als wir um 10:02 aus dem Zimmer kamen, wurde uns gesagt dass die Bar geschlossen ist weil zu wenig "läuft".

Zentrale Lage, im Parkhaus gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, andere Hotelgäste waren nachts sehr laut, WC Holztüre hatte Beschädigung wie nach einem Aufbruch. Die Fliesen im WC hatten permanente kreisrunde Flecken, die nicht durch wischen reduziert werden konnten. Die Dame an der Rezeption war bemüht, etwas mehr gelebte Gastfreundlichkeit wäre zu begrüßen, aber heutzutage leider nicht mehr zu erwarten.

Purtroppo c'era odore di fognatura che usciva dalla doccia.

Quarto moderno, bem decorado e confortável.

O chuveiro não era nada prático, não funcionava na parte de cima e a mangueira manual era complicada. O pequeno-almoço era caríssimo para a qualidade que tinha.

La saleté et le nombre de traces blanches suspect sur le sol des WC que l’on a signalé à la réception 1h00 après notre arrivée où l’on nous as dit qu’il y aurait quelqu’un qui passerait pour nettoyer le sol ET PERSONNE N’EST PASSÉ Par ailleurs, lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte c’est très dangereux pour les enfants et les animaux Petit déjeuner très moyens avec une Omelette froide et peu de choix de fromage pas du tout à la hauteur du prix de 25€ par personne

Zum Übernachten ist es in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr geschickt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und es gab viele Optionen – sowohl zum Essen als auch zum Trinken. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer fand ich auch sehr gut.

Die Zimmer sind von der Ausstattung her aber schon ziemlich einfach. Einen Fernseher gab es im Zimmer nicht. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Zürich würde ich das Hotel nicht unbedingt empfehlen. Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden.

Das Personal ist unfassbar bemüht, das Design ein Traum und die Lage top, man kann sich hier nur wohlfühlen :)

Well located for a city trip, friendly staff, comfortable & clean rooms, convenient underground parking. There is stop for the tram going into the heart of the city just 3 walking minutes away from the hotel. The hotel offers upon request free entry to Kunsthaus Zurich, which is big bonus - it saves 36 CHF entry fee per person!

Zeer rustige omgeving en toch zeer goede bereikbaarheid naar het centrum

Geen airconditioning op de kamer en het was zeer heet buiten, gelukkig was het personeel zo attent om ons een mobiele airco te geven.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wie bekamen sogar einen Upgrade. Obwohl das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte, war das Zimmer sehr kühl und gut belüftet. Immerhin herrschten draussen eine Temperatur von 34 Grad. Schein ein Minergie Bau zu sein.

It was modern and new

The overhead shower was not working, and the washbasin was clogged, causing the water to remain stagnant and not drain properly.

Proche du centre dans un endroit calme de Zurich. Les trams sont à quelques minutes à pied. Il y a des magasins d'alimentation tout proche en cas de besoin. La chambre est fonctionnelle et très moderne.
