Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet und die Lage günstig; das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend. Das Personal war freundlich und effizient. Es gibt reichlich kostenlosen Kaffee und preiswerte Getränke.
Die beiden Zimmer liegen recht nah beieinander; wenn die Balkontür offen steht, sind Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich zu hören.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Sehr modernes schickes Hotel in guter Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer (Loft) war ausergwöhnnlich zu einem fairen Preis. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Etwas außerhalb aber die Tramstation in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort in ca: 20 Minuten in der Innenestadt.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel bij aankomst. Via Booking.com konden we geen parkeerplek reserveren, daarvoor hadden we vooraf contact moeten opnemen. Echter was er nog één plek vrij waar we gebruik van konden maken. Na het inchecken werden we direct op weg geholpen met het vervoer binnen Zurich. Vanuit de lobby konden we kaartjes kopen voor de tram, die op een paar minuutjes lopen vertrok. De kamer zelf was erg ruim en schoon. Een prima uitvalsbasis om de stad te gaan ontdekken!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Wonderful staff, from the welcome from the young man at the desk, to the lady at breakfast, and smiling Natalie at the desk when leaving. Our room was upgraded, for the one night, to a large spacious studio on the 5th floor with large terrace. Room was clean, well decorated and thoughtfully equipped with small kitchenette, coffee & tea making facilities and a beer in the fridge too! Centrally located, number 2 tram. We went to see Foy Vance in concert at the Spiergarten, only a 12 minute walk. Parking outside and inside. Great chilled vibes at breakfast. We were treated so nicely.
Our bed was too soft for us, but that’s a personal thing.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Εξαιρετική διαμονή με την οικογένεια στο Flag. Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο, καθαρό, αυτό που ακριβώς είχαμε κλείσει. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική αφού σε 5 λεπτά είσαι στη στάση του λεωφορείου και σε 10 στο κέντρο.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Το πρωινό ήταν καλό. Με την συγκοινωνία σε 15-20 λεπτά μπορούσες να είσαι στο κέντρο της πόλης. Η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού ήταν άριστη. Κατά την διαμονή σου στον χώρο υποδοχής μπορούσες να απολαύσεις καφέ και παγωτό.

There was no air conditioning which blows my mind. Who has a hotel without AC?? The fan in the room was dirty and noisy. The bathroom had some mold and it was gross. The bed was also not comfortable, perhaps memory foam toppers would help with that.

Je me considère comme un habitué de l'établissement puisque j'y ai déjà séjourné plusieurs nuits ces deux dernières années. La semaine dernière, on m'a donné une chambre au rez-de-chaussée côté route/trottoir. En plus du bruit des passants, des voitures, il n'y avait absolument pas d'air. Il faisait, j'estime 30°C dans la chambre en début de soirée. C'est juste pas possible de dormir dans ces conditions.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026お部屋が広くて、旅の最終日にしっかり荷物を広げてお土産整理が出来ました。スタッフの方も優しかったです。ロビーではコーヒーや紅茶など飲み放題で、お部屋にもコーヒーメーカーや冷蔵庫がありありがたかったです。冷房はありませんが、夜は窓を開けて扇風機を付ければ快適に過ごせました。
