The management is bad, Cleaning stuff working and resting on emergency stairs. Provide them a room and supply closet. The bed shits and under shits are very dirty, they don’t wash them good. When I show the dirts in the bed, they changed my room but new room was also dirty. Then they changed my room again. They didn’t offered me free breakfast or other things. Buy new sheets and have back up if any one of them dirty just changed them.

Was very easy to travel north and south PTT, huge Big C literally 5 min. New York bakery next to Big C. Easy for taxi, can park your car, hotel is like an oasis, very green with very beautiful small tropical garden and huge tree in the middle. Very clean room, soft bed, excellent AC and white blue theme as a bonus. Love this hotel!!!

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en hartelijk. Het bed is superzacht. Na jaren lang reizen in Thailand is dit het beste bed. Ontbijt erg uitgebreid plus dat je nog verschillende keuzes vooraf in kan dienen. Het is schoon en netjes.

В номере было 5 вешалок для одежды. Из мест куда вообще можно что то повесить сушить, включая полотенца - один крючок в туалете и ручка двери в душ. В комнате можно повесить на спинку стула. На этом все. За 4 ночи ни разу не сменили постельное. Меняли полотенца, заправляли кровать. Через 2 суток перестал работать логин- пароль на интернет, спустились, новый взяли. Отдельная история - кондиционер. Направлен сбоку на кровать, мужу продуло ухо. Не заселили сразу, пришлось ждать до времени заселения. Ну и вишенка на торте - вентиляция в ванной то ли пассивная, то ли сломалась. Там совсем почти не сохнет и вся влага идет в комнату.

One unpleasant staff member.. I think she thought my Thai wife was a bar girl, not sure how as she arrived in full business dress, then demanding to know when she is leaving. When corrected she declined the opportunity to apologise. Have stayed in 100`s of hotels here and never experienced this, pretty outrageous. Shame as we had a nice stay despite this.

Bei der Abreise hat man mir für eine nicht mehr vorhandenen, hoteleigenen Stofftasche 500 Bath berechnet. Das empfand ich als Abzocke.

Pokój po zameldowaniu był trochę brudny, widać, że hotel jest starszy. Wymaga odświeżenia. Dają możliwość korzystania z torby oraz kubki termiczne do wody - natomiast było to brudne, niedomyte i śmierdziało. Oferują bezpłatną kawę i herbatę przez całą dobę ale ekspres z gorącą wodą był zepsuty.

L'eau de la piscine est restée très trouble durant tout notre séjour. De plus il manque énormément de carreaux dans cette piscine ce qui blesse les pieds. La présence à proximité de la piscine d'une salle de boxe (?) qui diffuse de la musique très fort des 10h du matin et d'où émane des cris en permanence . La vue de la chambre sur une entreprise.

Akdeniz kahvaltısına yakın yiyecekler vardı. Yumurta, bal, peynir, domates, biber, salatalık, kızarmış ekmek, tereyağ gibi ürünler bulunuyordu. Çalışanlar yardımsever, güler yüzlü, odalar her gün temizleniyordu.

The TV remote was very hit and miss. Flat batteries maybe. Also, a spray of ammonia on the moldy spots in the shower would make all the difference.

ที่ดูดกลิ่นห้องน้ำเสียงดังไปหน่อยค่ะ และแอร์รีโมทกดยากไปนิดค่ะ หรือตอนเราพักอาจจะถ่านรีโหมดไกล้หมด ประตูห้องเสียงดังมากค่ะ ต้องพยายามเตือนตัวเองตลอดว่าปิดค่อยๆ ไม่งั้นดังลั่นชั้น🤣
