The location bit too far from my need

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber – für uns 100 %! Auch das gesamte Personal war unglaublich nett, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gab eine große und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Für uns war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Unterstützung während unseres Aufenthalts. Unser Sohn hatte einen kleinen Unfall und musste täglich zur Kontrolle und zum Verbandswechsel ins Krankenhaus. Das Hotel hat uns jeden Tag dorthin gefahren und uns in dieser Situation sehr unterstützt. Das war für uns absolut nicht selbstverständlich und dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die Herzlichkeit, den tollen Service und diese besondere Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

Es gibt für uns nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt.

Extremely Disappointing Stay A very disappointing experience at Center Point Prime Pattaya. Our child was hurt, and when we requested a small amount of ice for immediate relief, the staff refused to provide it. We also requested a pair of scissors simply to cut some fruits and vegetables that we wanted to eat in our room, and that request was refused as well. These are basic, harmless requests that one would reasonably expect a hotel to assist with, especially when a child is involved. Unfortunately, the staff came across as extremely uncourteous, unhelpful, and inflexible. A hotel is not just about rooms and facilities—it is also about hospitality and how guests are treated when they need a little assistance. Based on our experience, Center Point Prime Pattaya does not live up to that standard and would not be our choice for a future stay.

Loved everything about this hotel. The huge water park was amazing, with lifeguards, life jackets, and plenty of seating, so it felt very safe and relaxing. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, the breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great, and the gym was a nice bonus. Definitely a place I'd love to stay at again!

The breakfast were expensive and cold. Menu catered for Asian cuisine and not for a mixed clientele

The water park is the main selling point of you are with kids.

It’s a little outside the main areas but fine if you have a car.

Affordable family-oriented hotel where your kids at any age will have a blast. Ours is only 1.5 yrs old and she loves the slider and shallow pool. We were there during long weekend school break and lobby was packed but check in was quick and well-managed but we were given no information about the hotel or breakfast or anything that hotel usually recommend to guests. They just handed us the key. Elevator queue is unfortunately always long. The room and bathroom works well. There's a pantry which is very practical. There should be a luggage rack though we had to put our luggage on the floor. Two big swimming pools with kids pools. The Wave is great but they need to fix the sandwash underneath urgently it's becoming sharp. They also need to adjust waterfall level at the tiny turtle pool it's way too strong and loud and you can see no one wants to play in that area. Breakfast is surprisingly tasty. I've stayed in many hotels across Thailand and I'd say this is one of the best. But again long queue. Sky lounge is nice with great view you can enjoy free coffee and tea but I do not understand why have a lounge and not serving drinks. Overall we had a pleasant stay and this is a value family hotel.

The water park was shut for half of our stay they didn’t tell us that until after we booked and it was none refundable.

The bed was very comfortable and having a separate seating area was good

The room smelt, although a little better after complaining. Possibly more food choices for westerners.

We had a lovely time at Centre Prime Point. Has everything to make it a great family vacation . The facilities are great, the Wave Pool is the crown jewel. House keeping, front desk, room service all top notch. Special mention for Gina at the front desk who was always so kind.

Der überaus freundliche Service, alle Bediensteten waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und sollte sich die Gelegenheit ergeben werde ich es wieder buchen.

ที่พักเข้าถึงง่ายดีอยู่ติดถนนเส้นหลัก ห้องพักที่เลือกกว้างดีแบ่งโซนห้องนอนห้องนั่งเล่นห้องน้ำชัดเจน ไฮไลท์คือโซนเล่นน้ำ ใหญ่ดีเด็กๆ ชอบ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องน้ำมีให้ครบครัน

ที่พักอยู่ติดถนนเส้นหลักก็จริงแต่อยู่ไกลร้านสะดวกซื้อ ทำให้อยากได้ของเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ต้องสั่งผ่านแอปให้มาส่งที่โรงแรมเอา ครั้นจะออกไปก็กลับรถไกล ไฟแดงเยอะ พัทยารถติดมาก ห้องอาหารเล็กไปไม่เพียงพอต่อผู้เข้าพัก ทำให้ต้องรอคิว แถมอาหารไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย ลิฟต์ไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนผู้เข้าพัก ต้องรอคิวช่วงเย็นที่คนไปเล่นน้ำเยอะๆ กับลงไปทานข้าวเช้านานหน่อย พนักงานให้บริการไม่ทั่วถึง ด้วยเหตุที่ที่พักอยู่ติดถนนหลัก ขนาดพักอยู่ชั้น 31 ยังได้ยินเสียงรถดังขึ้นมา พวกรถฉุกเฉิน รถท่อดัง ดึกๆ ถ้ารถพวกนี้วิ่งมาใครเป็นเป็นคนหลับยากจะได้ยินชัดอยู่

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The balcony was completely unusable — there was neither a table nor chairs, and to make matters worse, a huge air conditioning unit blocked the view and blasted hot air. They made no effort whatsoever to compensate for this, which made me feel misled. The elevator was also a major issue, as the waiting time was usually 15–20 minutes.

Les chambres sont ridiculement petites une piscine ou il n’y a meme pas la place pour marché tellement il y a du monde, la queue 30 min à chaque fois qu’ont veux prendre l’ascenseur, pour acheter une boisson à la cafétéria des taxe en plus du prix sur la carte apparament taxe de l’hôtel j’ai jamais entendu parler de sa en Thaïlande de toute ma vie et sans parler du room service si vous voulez commander quelque chose c’est 500 bath de frais en plus du prix de votre commande et j’ai fait au mois 10 hôtel en Thaïlande j’ai jamais vue sa donc pas très honnêtes

New, clean rooms and the breakfast is okay.

1) Unlawful conduct: Upon check-in, staff will slide in a membership application form with only the signature part visible, hidden below the standard registration form. 2) Unhelpful staff: Upon asking at the reception whether there's a laundromat (they've in fact their own on the second floor), they referred me to the doorman which didn't know. 3) Pool area's overcrowded 4) Their dine-in a la carte restaurant is in a depressing setting without windows 5) The aircon in the bedrooms is aimed straight towards the bed onto your face / body 6) No restaurants or convenience stores nearby. To access the only store you've to cross an 8-lane highway without traffic lights

อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย ทัวร์ต่างชาติเยอะมากจัดระเบียบการจอดรถทัวร์ไม่ค่อยดีรถอื่นเข้าออกลำบากจอดแช่นานมาก

ในห้องแยกเป็นสองส่วน ห้องที่มีเตียงแคบมากขึ้นลงอีกด้านเท้าชนกับกระจกได้ง่ายต้องระวัง โซฟาดูTV แยกออกอีกห้องและโซฟาไม่เหมาะกับโรงแรมระดับนี้ นั่งไม่สบายเลยเจ็บหลังมากๆ หมอนอิงขึ้นขุยดูเก่า และห้องน้ำแคบมากๆ รวมๆ แล้วไม่เหมาะกับคู่รักที่ต้องการมาพักผ่อน โรงแรมเหมาะกับครอบครัวมีเด็กเล็กเพราะมีอะไรให้เด็กทำเยอะ และทัวร์ก็ลงเยอะเช่นกันจึงต้องมีการรับบัตรคิวรอสำหรับการเช็คอิน การขึ้นลงลิฟท์เลยต้องใช้เวลานานเช่นกัน สำหรับเราคิดว่าไม่คุ้มเท่าไหร่ในราคานี้สำหรับคู่รัก หรือคู่ที่ต้องการมาพักผ่อนสบายๆ

Wir waren hier eine Nacht auf dem Weg vom Flughafen zur Fähre nach Koh Samet. Die Poolanlage ist toll und war für unseren 6 Jährigen genau richtig. Zimmer und Betten waren bequem. Die Aussicht war auch toll (17. Stock). Preis Leistung in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist für Touristen etwas abseits, aber das war für uns nicht wichtig.

一、家庭房是連通房，每房空間都有客廳及臥室，空間非常大。 二、水上樂園雖然不大，但對小朋友來說是很大的驚喜，飯店門口還有小型遊樂空間，晚上很漂亮。 三、整潔與服務均不錯。 四、地點偏遠，附近沒什麼餐廳，便利商店需走7-8分鐘，不過有接駁車到21航站樓百貨。 五、早餐還可以，就一般商務飯店的規格。

Het was een schone kamer, en we konden onze koffers laten staan terwijl we naar een eiland gingen. Het bed lag wel heel fijn en was groot. Badkamer was goed en toilet ook

Het personeel was niet heel aardig. En de kamer was veel kleiner dan beloofd. Het was een superklein balkon, en het zwembad was superkoud. Er was voor de rest ook geeen mensen bij het zwembad, maar zo spectaculair als op de foto zijn de zwembaden echt niet.
