My room was large, a good size balcony, there is two pools, spotlessly clean, I enjoyed my stay here. Comfy beds, easy for delivery drivers and Taxi to find. Fast Internet connection. I work remotely and this was important to me.
The location is far from beach road and Walking Street, I knew this when booking. Peaceful and quiet. This is not affected by rating of this property.

Ice cube should be complimentary, we got charged for 2 buckets of ice for 11x THB. This is ridiculous for 5 stars hotel. the ice cube is easy enough to setup self serving machine. but the hotel charge us for the Ice cube! except for the ice cube everything is perfect.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Pokoje przestronne, łóżka duże i wygodne, czysto. Wyposażenie pokoju nowe. Miłe powitanie, na łóżku figurki z ręczników, czekoladki oraz talerz owoców w lodówce. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Hotel nowy, czysty, ładnie urządzony w stylu klasycznym i japońskim. Hotel godny polecenia.
Po 3 dniach nie była uzupełniana herbata w pokoju, nie było balsamu do ciała, chociaż panie sprzątające miały go na wózku ale chyba nie dla wszystkich gości. Oświetlenie słabe, zwlaszcza w łazience. Zdarzało się chłodne jedzenie na śniadaniu, ale jak sie poprosiło to kelnerzy chętnie podgrzewali. Mimo wszystko pobyt uważam za udany.

My daughter had a really nasty fall slipping on the faulty air conditioning water- they did NOT do an incident report or check on my daughter’s wellbeing. They wanted 2000 baht at the beginning of the stay in cash. Someone was smoking drugs on the balcony below us as well aa right outside the hotel. The breakfast has no options really for western pallets

The fact that if you wanted to use sauna you had to go there switch it on, then wait for it to warm up (I think it’s 20 minutes) and only then you can use it properly.

It was serene and functional. - Love the bathroom design and material. - Pool area was peaceful. - The front desk, breakfast line staffs and security guards are nice and helpful. PS. We think the shower gel was good for our skin so we ask them the brand and they were really helpful. I found the company and made an order already. Thank again for your support 🥰

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Sehr freundliches Personal; welches auch geschult ist. Die Zimmer sind im Neubaustil wirken jedoch schon abgenutzt. Das Hotel selbst hat eine interessante Architektur. Die Sauna kann man selbst einstellen und sie funktioniert auch. Insgesamt hat es mir gut gefallen. Der Preis ist natürlich sehr gut und hat sicher etwas damit zu tun das, dass Hotel ausserhalb von Jubel und Trubel ist. In der Nähe befinden sich keine Restaurants, aber vorne beim Bangkok Krankenhaus hat es einen 7Eleven und einen Tops.
Es waren aussschliesslich Asiatische Gäste da. Auf diese ist auch das Frühstück abgestimmt. Dieses ist 08/15 wie man es überall findet. Also habe ich halt Creen Curry schon zum Frühstück gegessen. Eierspeisen fehlen komplett, was einem 5* Hotel unwürdig ist.
