Reviewed May 14, 2026Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu na czas trekkingu. Dobra lokalizacja tuż przy Thamel. Całodobowy, bezpłatny dostep do kawy, herbaty, wody.
Możesz dostać pokój od strony ulicy, gdzie jest dosyć głośno. Ale niestety tak to bywa, jak chcesz mieszkać w centrum Thamel.

При отеле имеется экскурсионные бюро, адекватные цены.Также можно купить билеты на автобус до Покхры. Завтрак у нас входил. Рекомендую к размещению, удобное расположение все рядом. В следующий раз приеду всей семьёй, спасибо! 🙂

The bathroom was not very clean and the toilet slow to fill after flushing.

Я сломала лодыжку и меня окружили заботой и даже нашли костыли для меня )) Расположение удобное, не в самом центре активного Тамеля, но все в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Окна номера выходили во двор, поэтому было тихо!
Мебель уже не новая, но за эти деньги вполне ок. Уборка проводилась не каждый день, возможно нужно просить об этом.

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025Stayed at this hotel twice during our visit in Nepal and can highly recommend. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was really good. Our rooms were nice and clean. Location right in the centre of Thamel. The staff also let us leave luggage during our trek. Can’t fault it for the price!

Выбор оказался очень удачным, менять место не имело смысла, в итоге я , как и планировал провел здесь 4 ночи.Полное соответствие " цена -качество", более того, для отелей такого уровня цена заметно ниже рыночной. Прекрасное месторасположение, самый центр, вокруг приличные отели, туристические достопримечательности, кафе - рестораны на любой вкус и достаток, тихое место. Отель чистый, постоянно производится уборка, выход на балкон -:терассу. В номере чисто, просторно, все работает, никаких претензий.Замечательный отзывчивый персонал, все говорят по английски,рядом с ресепшен в том же здании замечательное турагентство, через которое я взял полет над Эверестом,дневную экскурсию и сейчас направляюсь в 5 ти дневный трэкинг. В стоимость включен завтрак. Очень приличный, европейский. Всем рекомендую этот отель. От души благодарен персоналу!

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025We ended up staying at Kathmandu Regency Hotel much longer than originally planned, and every time we returned to Kathmandu during our trip across Nepal, we chose to stay here again. The staff are extremely friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed—they consistently went above and beyond. The breakfasts were excellent; we looked forward to them every single morning. The rooms are well equipped, including air conditioning (which we personally didn’t use, but many travelers will surely appreciate).
There is some noise from the street, but to be fair, that’s something you’ll encounter almost everywhere in Kathmandu. During our second stay, we requested a room facing the garden, and the noise level was noticeably lower.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025Staff was very helpful. They always were available for me when leaving at 5 AM for sunrise above Swayambhunath or to the airport. Warm greetings for the front desk staff. They were better than in many other hotels I was in Nepal. Bed linen was clean and room was overall clean. Breakfast was nice (as for this price) and people serving it were extremely nice. Communication was fast and effective. They were very reactive on WhatsApp. Travel agency near the front desk is very helpful and can organize whatever you think about including trekkings, tickets, guides. Overall management of the hotel is good because I think the staff behavior came from the managers.
The bathroom after the shower was full of water as there was no rubber window cleaner to collect the water (to make the floor dry quickly). The rubber window cleaner is effective and I could see it in many hotels across India and Nepal. I had my own flippers to use under the shower so without additional small towel or rubber window cleaner I was carrying the water into the room after the shower. Plus toilet floor was wet for hours after the shower. The lock in the door was already detaching (in one room of two, in other one everything was perfect). The bed duvet was bit thin for coming winter conditions (in one of two rooms, in another one it was ideal).
