Everything was wonderful! The staff were incredibly kind and always helpful, the location was perfect for our trip as it was right in the city center, and the room was spacious and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. A special thanks to Robin, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The property is located in a convenient and peaceful area with easy access to shop and transportation. Overall, a pleasant stay and great place for party lovers! The rooftop bar had an amazing vibe, good music, and beautiful city views.

My partner and I stayed one night at Kasthamandap Boutique Hotel, and we had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. The welcome was absolutely amazing. During check-in, the staff greeted us with welcome drinks and warm smiling faces, which made us feel very comfortable and valued. We originally booked a standard room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room with a beautiful city view. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff service was excellent throughout our stay, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. One of the best parts of the hotel is the rooftop bar, Cheers and Beers Rooftop Bar. It has a very cozy atmosphere with stunning city views, especially in the evening. The ambiance was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful night view of the city. We also used the laundry service during check-in, and the service was very quick. Our clothes came back perfectly clean and smelling fresh, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything about our stay was excellent — the hospitality, rooms, food, service, and rooftop experience. For our budget, this hotel was the perfect choice. Я жила и в стандартном номере и в делюкс, так называемом. Очень грязные номера, с серым застиранным постельным бельём и полотенцами, не работающий интернет, не исправный туалет. Кровать с продавленными матрасами и не комфортными подушками. У меня остались самые плохие воспоминания об этом отеле. Благо, что в окрестностях очень много хороших и достойных отелей. Поэтому жила всего два дня в этом месте и переехала, потому что менеджмент не хотел решать эти мои вопросы.

Very friendly staff and cozy hotel

Het hotel wordt gerund door een enthousiaste en betrokken Nepalees. Omdat onze vlucht geannuleerd was en we daardoor problemen hadden, belde de eigenaar meerdere malen voor ons met de luchtvaartmaatschappij om alles recht te zetten. Het zette zich echt voor ons in en er was niets te veel voor hem. We zijn echt super blij dat hij ons zo heeft geholpen anders hadden wij het nooit voor elkaar gekregen om ons geld terug te krijgen. De luchtvaartmaatschappij zei namelijk tegen ons dat we een alternatieve keuze hadden gemaakt, en ga dan maar eens uitleggen dat dat niet zo is. O ja en de kamer was ook fijn. goede airco die weinig geluid maakt.

The location and the service provided by the reception team and kitchen staff was excellent. Dhawa especially went above and beyond to look after me and provide excellent service. We recommend and visit again.

I booked Kasthamandap Boutique Hotel for just one night, but I truly wished I could stay longer. The staff were excellent, very friendly, and always helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and I was happy to receive a room upgrade with a beautiful city view. What I loved most about this hotel was the rooftop bar and the fast internet speed, which was a huge plus point for working online. Special thanks to Anup for his great selection of drinks at the bar that made the evenings refreshing and enjoyable. I really wish I had stayed longer. Looking forward to returning again in the near future. See you soo

The location is fabulous. In the heart of Thamel, but down a little side street so you are away from the noise of the Main Street. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are clean and of good size with attached bathrooms. The rooftop bar is a great space to sit back and unwind. The breakfast options were great. Prabin and his team are fabulous and made me feel very welcome. I enjoyed my chats with Prabin and see how passionate he is about guest services at this hotel.

Only that I could not stay longer due to my busy schedule. But I will be back.

The breakfast was good and well managed as well as hygiene, and about the location the hotel located in the thamel that was the best part.

Overall evrything is good, as per my opinion hotel is should focused on good and quality food and the property need to add more food in the menu like different cuisine.

The hotel is clean, authentic, and located on the edge of Thamel: quiet and peaceful, yet only a 5–10 minute walk to the center. There’s also a beautiful rooftop restaurant where you can enjoy the views — a perfect place to relax and unwind 🌄✨ The staff helped me book a bus to Pokhara and were ready to assist with trekking as well. I’m very happy with my stay and highly recommend this place. If you want to feel at home, this is it! 🏡💛

Clean, elegent style rooms, the room with the big balcony is great. Prabin and his staff are fantastic and the service is five star level.

The place is value for money. Close to good eateries. Also close to Thamel and Aston bazaar. Some major attractions are within walking distance such as Hanuman Dhoka, Dharahara and Palace museum. Although central in location, it is quiet and peaceful. Excellent service. A definite place to stay when in Kathmandu.

The best hospitality in Kathmandu. Really nice and comfortable experience. Out of all the 6 stays we had in Nepal, this was the best. Special thanks to Mr Prabin.

The staff are wonderfully welcoming, helpful and attentive. On top of all the usual things - clean rooms, great location and amenities - the staff have just made this visit exceptional. Special shout out to Prabin who gave me some tips on hiking in the Himalayas and calmed my nerves about that trek. The team also gave me an upgrade which was much appreciated.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Komen gezellig een praatje maken maar alleen op gepaste momenten. Ze denken mee met vragen. De kamer is erg netjes, schoon en comfortabel. De living is ideaal. In Thamel maar wel op een rustige locatie.

I always stay here when I’m in Kathmandu. The rooms are big and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful! Great value for money. And in a quiet corner of Thamel. I always get a nice warm welcome when I return!

I like everything about this hotel!

De ligging middenin thamel was top, enige minpunt voor ons was savonds laat terug was er een steeg die we moesten passeren. En het personeel was zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam voelden ons direct helemaal welkom. Na de lange reis naar nepal werden we echt warm ontvangen en dit maakte het direct fijn.

Echt niets op aan te merken.

El personal el fantástico, las habitaciones sencillas pero bonitas. Nos invitaron un día a toda la familia a desayunar cuando nos ibamos. Super atentos y las habitaciones grandes y cómodas.

La limpieza de las habitaciones podría haber estado un poco mejor. Y el mantenimiento de los baños mejorable.
