The host was very friendly and gave us several suggestions of where to go for dinner. It was super close to where we needed to meet for our Ha Giang loop tour the next day.

The room was right next to the street so it was pretty noisy and the sheets didn’t feel/look super clean. There’s also a lot of construction going on in the area likely due to the flooding - which isn’t their fault.

El propietario es una persona encantadora, super atento, se ha adaptado sin complicación a aquello que necesitábamos. La habitación era super agradable, con un baño super grande y limpio.

Super chambre propre et très confortable . Emplacement idéal et surtout Ronin qui est adorable et très précieux car plein de très bon conseils de voyage . Il vous aide à tout organiser c’est une mine d’information et il parle super bien l’anglais ( assez rare au Vietnam !)

Parfaite étape à Ha Giang chez Ronin. Il nous a tout organisé pour notre trip de 4 jours en famille dans les montagnes: voiture avec chauffeur sympa qui connaît la boucle par cœur, logements, visites. Tarifs très abordables. Ronin parle très bien anglais et est super accueillant et jovial. Je recommande+++

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Alles vorhanden (Klimaanlage etc.), Badezimmer top und sehr sauber. Der Betreiber ist super nett und kümmert sich.

La qualité de la literie, la propreté de la salle de bain, et surtout la gentillesse de l’hôte ! Il nous a beaucoup aidé que ce soit pour la planification de la route, mais également pour la préparation de la suite du voyage. Encore merci pour tout.

Ronny, der Besitzer ist einfach nur spitze. Hilfreich in allen Lagen, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Solche Gastgeber trifft man selten. Er besorgt einfach alles, egal ob Bustickets oder Touren in die Berge.

I loved everything about this homestay! It's in a quiet area not far from all restaurants, the wooden house is charming, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are massive and have a separation between the shower and the rest, and most importantly the owners are so kind and helpful! They helped me book an amazing last minute ha giang tour, offered to help book my return to Hanoi and were overall really responsive and helpful.

The perfect host !!! Very clean and comfy beds! And the host kept my bag during the Ha Giang loop and even offered me to shower and rest free of charge when I came back while I waited for my night bus after the loop. Very helpful and kind I 100% recommend creekside homestay !

Ronin has been amazing, he made our whole trip sensational with local tips. He was very accommodating for a late check in and stored our bags whilst we were doing the loop. After we had a few issues with dates, he managed to get in touch with booking.com to make changes for us to our reservation. Our trip wouldn't have been the same if we didn't meet Ronin. We can't wait to come back to Ha Giang and stay with him again.

One of the most helpful hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very kind, accommodating, flexible, and communicative. We arrived after 1:30 AM because our incoming bus was late, and he greeted us as soon as we arrived and checked us in. The room was spacious and clean with a huge bed. It’s walking distance to the city center and many good restaurants. The next day, we were looking for a Ha Giang loop tour, and he shared the details of a company without pressure on booking it. We decided to do the tour, and he easily booked it for us. It was a great choice and an incredible 4D/3N tour. We were able to leave our luggage at the homestay and was dropped off and picked up from there. Upon returning from the loop, we were looking for transportation to Sa Pa. The host quickly booked a bus for us at a good price, and we were picked up directly from the homestay. We had a couple hours of downtime before the journey, and he graciously let us use a room to rest and shower while waiting. If you want a homestay with the ultimate experience of hospitality, I 100% recommend this place!

This was an amazing place to stay!! The room was SO big and comfortable-I booked the King room and it felt luxurious. It was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed on my trip so far. Anh was so sweet and helped me book my bus along with giving me and some other guests a durian cake to try. I would absolutely love to stay again!

Very friendly and helpful owners and staff! The rooms are freshly renovated, very cozy and clean. The bed is very comfortable and spacious. The hot water was working well and the bathroom was very modern. The location is great as well, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, but it's not on the main road so it's relatively quiet. You can also have dinner there which is very delicious with lots of different options (also for vegetarians!). They booked our transport to cao Bang for us and we could store our bags there while we were doing the loop. Communication is working really well as well!

We didn't mind it at all, just to know they are still renovating the place but everything is working perfectly.

The host could not have been more friendly and helpful. He suggested doing the Ha Giang loop which meant we stayed less time with him. He organised everything for us and everything worked seamlessly.

Freshly renovated, big, comfy rooms. The owner is the warmest person ever, was doing everything to make the stay even better. Really interesting person, speaks 7 languages so high chance to be greeted in your mother tongue

Super lovely and helpful owner, he gave me lots of recommendations for the Ha Giang loop. I even rented a motorbike from him. Clean and comfortable room and very good and big breakfast.

Nice comfy stay, easy walk to centre of town. Staff very friendly, even dropped me to the bike rental shop in his car when it was raining!

Had a wonderful stay and the owners were so nice and helpful

We started here our Ha Giang Loop and had to came back to complete the experience. Hotel run by a lovely couple, they helped us with everything including documents and visas, travel recommendations, laundry service and we chatted about Vietnam. Two months in Vietnam and it's the most complete breakfast I've had (eggs, bread, large coffee, homemade butter and jam, fresh fruit...). Huge bed. At walking distance from the city center for more peace of mind. Next door there is a supermarket and a good restaurant. Parked my motorbike inside the hotel.

Very friendly owners. Answered very fast to our requests. We had a good place to put our bicycles for the time of the stay. Breakfast was Toast, eggs and at leat a fruit. The room was clean and net, the shower was good, ac working properly. We had a good stay, thank you!]
