This was the starting point for the 5-day Ha Giang loop, which was an unforgettable experience. The team is truly lovely, professional, attentive and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this establishment and their tours.

There is absolutely nothing negative to report. They exceeded my expectations by far.

Clean space, large bathroom area.

The beds were not comfortable. Could never find a trash can. The staff was not available when I needed them, at one point they sent another guest to come get me to come down but then they left and weren't around. There's an adorable puppy on site but it's teething and badly trained; ripped two holes in the clothes I was wearing during check in and bit my hand to the point of bleeding, was chewing on my bags and I had to ask them to do something. Booked the Ha giang loop with them and was also unsatisfied by that experience.

In the morning, there was smoking outside which got sucked into our room so our room stank of smoke.

Super lief personeel en de bedden waren enorm ruim! Verder hebben we ook de ha giang loop tour via lila inn geboekt en dit was echt een enorm goede en fijne ervaring! Lieve drivers, kleine groep en vooral heel veilig (je krijgt knie en arm bescherming!).

Тур був дуже цікавий, водії обережні, ми були в маленькій групі на 5 людей і все було просто чудово організовано, і обіди , і вечері і готелі ! Я дуже задоволена і дуже рекомендую цього оператора турів. Через пару років повернусь на інший тур від цієї компанії

For the cost it was perfect.

We booked a private room before doing the Ha Giang Loop. Room was lovely and clean but the bed was a little hard for our liking. The staff were amazing and was great to be able to freshen up once we got back before heading to our next destination

Great room, very clean and spacious, perfect hot shower, incredible staff who gave us so many brilliant local food recommendations. We hired a bike from them to do the loop ourselves and they stored our luggage for us too and allowed us use of the showers when we returned before heading to our next place.

Wir haben uns nach einer Übernachtung bei der Unterkunft ein Moped für den Ha Giang Loop gemietet. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt, wir würden es genau so wieder tun.

Es war absolut nichts los, außer mir max. 3 andere Gäste. Wer eine ruhige Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Bett ultra bequem und sehr groß. Die Rezeptionistin und der Besitzer sehr nett. Abgeschlossener Raum für das große Gepäck während der Motorradtour. Mein Fahrer für den Ha Giang Loop (3D2N) richtig super, sehr zu empfehlen, gerade ausreichend Englisch-Kenntnisse, Loop war gut geplant, wir waren sehr kleine Gruppe: nur 4 Bikes u. 1 Familie im Auto, gute Stimmung, keine Massenveranstaltung, viel unterwegs gesehen, was die Party-Biker nicht sehen.

Leider war es im Sanitärbereich nicht sauber, Haare in der Dusche, Fußboden schmutzig, kein Toilettenpapier, keine Mülleimer (für das von mir mitgebrachte Toilettenpapier). Auch am nächsten Morgen und in der Nacht nach dem Loop das gleiche Problem. Das Frühstück sehr spartanisch.

Wonderful staff, everything was super clean.

Only negative thing is the noise in the morning from new groups getting ready to go out on their loop tour. Everyone was congregating right outside my room so no chance of a lie in to rest after finishing my loop.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit en chambre privé avant la Loop de 3jrs/2nuits avec Lila Inn. Chambre dans un cabanon en bois, simple et efficace. Douche chaude et bonne pression. Grand lit confortable. Ps: La loop était super, bien organisée. Petit groupe de 8 personnes max sur la journée. Plusieurs groupes se réunissent le soir pour les hostels mais pas plus de 30. Karaoké et happy water sont au programme ! Ambiance vraiment cool !

This trip exceeded my expectations

Wir haben direkt dort ein Motorrad geliehen und konnten für die Zeit, in der wir den Loop fahren wollten unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns super Essens Empfehlungen gegeben.

Ficamos apenas uma noite antes de incitar o Loop, cama confortável, local tranquilo e confortável. Alugamos a moto com eles, muito boa, nova. Funcionários sempre solícitos e simpáticos. Também pegamos transfer a Ninh Binh com eles. E eles tem um gato muito fofo. Foi tudo ótimo.

- Perfecta opción para hacer el Ha Giang Loop con ellos. - La cama muy cómoda. - El personal de recepción fueron muy atentos revisando que cogiéramos el bus y indicando cómo hacer el check-in fuera de horas.

Boendet är lugnt, mysigt och fräscht. Personal var verkligen underbara som såg till jag trivdes bra. Jag kommer definitivt tillbaka hit nästa gång jag besöker Ha Giang!

Ontzettend vriendelijke mensen. Zetten net dat stapje extra om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Een geweldige Ha Giang tour van 4 dagen bij Lila. Echt een onvergetelijke ervaring.

Nhu was an excellent host! She was very thorough and communication before, during and after the stay was excellent.

A blanket would be good to help feel cosy.

We stayed in the private room, which was perfect for one night. It was clean and cosy, and had everything we needed.

The private room is next to the reception area, so you will hear everything in the morning as the walls are very thin. But it wasn't a big deal, because we were already awake anyway. The breakfast is quit small.

Nous avons fait la Loop de 3 jours 2 nuits. Nous étions 4 dans notre groupe —> tout à fait ce que nous recherchions. Le soir vous retrouvez le reste des groupes de Lila. C’est un vrai + Les easy riders sont exceptionnels. Merci à Nga (ma driver, cheffe de l’équipe et INCROYABLE) ; Hoa (son acolyte) ; Luu et Cang - peu d’happy water (juste ce qu’il faut pour découvrir) - un karaoké chaque soir qui s’arrête à 22h pour vous laisser vous reposer. Bref cela correspondait tout à fait à ce que nous voulions. Les paysages sont incroyables et vous prenez principalement des routes où vous êtes seuls. Les logements sont basiques mais les petits déjeuners sont meilleurs que ceux au homestay Lila. Nous avons découvert les traditions avec nos easy riders (fruits ; sport local ; chansons locales) bref c’était incroyable ! N’hésitez plus !

Restaurant beim Lila Hotel: vermeiden!! - Portionen sind suuuuper klein und vergleichsweise sehr teuer. Haben nach dem Loop zu abend gegessen. (Pilzteigwaren) Direkt danach noch im Ort für den halben Preis eine dreimal so grosse Portion gegessen. - das „Frühstück“ am ersten Tag des Loops war niemals ausreichend, wir haben zum Glück nochmal bestellen können, die dreifache Menge wäre gut gewesen - man muss beim Frühstück für Kaffee bezahlen und bekommt nur einen Schluck Ha Giang Loop (4d3n): - Der Guide hatte leider abgesehen von „stop coffee see view 15 minutes go“ keine Englischkenntnisse. Das fanden wir sehr sehr schade da wir gerne Fragen gestellt und mehr über das Leben in Vietnams schönem Norden erfahren hätten. Andere Tourguides haben richtig viel über Landschaft, Menschen & co. erklärt. Wir besichtigten einen Königspalast, keine Ahnung wer wann da lebte und ob die Person noch lebt. Es hiess nur „walk around look“. Dann setzte sich der Guide hin und rauchte. - der Wasserfall bei Du Gia sollte weggelassen werden, es hat gar keinen Platz für die 1‘000 Touristen.

The team at the hostel were amazing. So thoughtful and caring, and really looked after us when my girlfriend got sick. Nhu is an angel. The place itself is great, nice and quiet off the main road but still close to anywhere you need to be. Comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms. They also have a very friendly and cute cat :)

We booked the private room (VIP 1) the night before starting the Ha Giang loop. The room was actually great — small but very clean, with AC and everything we needed. Breakfast (egg sandwich) was also included and really good. But the highlight was, of course, the tour we did with Lila Inn. Being in our mid-30s, we definitely wanted to experience the Ha Giang loop — but not on a motorbike for obvious safety reasons. We also weren’t too keen on drinking shots of happy water every night. Lila Inn definitely delivered! We did the 3-day, 2-night tour by car (a 7-seater Toyota). The driver was excellent — very careful on those challenging roads and smooth in his driving. He didn’t speak English, but we managed to communicate using Google Translate (with mixed results!). Since he was following the pre-agreed itinerary, everything went smoothly. The homestays we stayed in were also excellent — very clean and comfortable. The food throughout the tour was great. For example, on the last night, we had a local hot pot, while most other tours in the same restaurant were having more generic food. Before and during the trip, the Lila Inn team was super responsive on WhatsApp, helping us book our bus to Ha Giang and answering all our questions. We truly enjoyed these three days and are really happy we chose you for this tour. The price was also very competitive. Thanks a lot for everything!

The manager Liam was incredibly helpful and the rest of the staff were also amazing. Kitchen serves great food. I had a private room which was perfect for a one night stay before the motorbike loop tour.

It is a little distance… About 1 km from any shops or restaurants.

The best places I stayed in Vietnam, the structure of the Inn is really good, the dorms have plenty of space everything looks new and clean. The price is really good as well and it's breakfast included (you have 3 options to choose). The best part is the staff they are really nice people and helpfull, I reccomend staying longer than just 1 day before/after the loop there are so much to explore in Ha Giang. Just ask the staff they will give you great recomendations where to visit!

We stayed here for one night before our Ha Giang tour. We where treated like royalty. We had a private room, they had everything organized for us, the bus trip in from Hanoi , the bus trip out after 3 days doing the loop for a night bus to "Ninh Bin ". The accommodations where clean and had everything you needed. I would highly recommend every employee. All very friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Thank you 😊 🙏

Absolutely brilliant place , super clean and amazing team staff. We stayed in a dorm which was quiet and clean with large beds and everything is very well thought out. We did the Ha Giang Loop tour with Lila too and I cannot express how amazing it was from start to finish and how great the easy drivers are here , they really do put your safety and enjoyment first . So helpful too we booked our bus back to Hanoi with them. You can buy breakfast here as well if required . If you’re thinking of coming to Ha Giang and want a good stay with a well thought out Loop plan then you won’t be disappointed - they care a lot about your experience.

We booked the 4 day tour with Lila Inn following a glowing recommendation from a fellow traveller. The hostel is great value for money and the staff are very kind and helpful. We had an amazing experience on the tour which we took with easy riders who were fun, kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, safe, comfortable and relaxed. The ages in the groups were mixed and great for older people who don’t want to be with young party people. The Ha Giang loop is something I will never forget and I’m really happy that we shared it with all of the guys at Lila Inn. I’d recommend this company 1000%!!

The people working at LiLa Inn are incredibly friendly, supportive and approachable. I stayed at a female dorm before and after my 4D3N ha Giang Easy Rider tour one night respectively. The spacious rooms, shared showers and toilets are clean. There are comfy shared spaces, good breakfast and beautiful views from the hostel. Thank you, looking forward to coming back!

Everything! It’s such a clean and comfortable venue to stay before you do the ‘Ha Giang Loop’ we loved the pillows, the people and the place all together. book the Loop with these guys they have the best drivers and we did it for three days- Lila sort everything out. Special mention to the great manager and Nhu who could not be more helpful if they tried. I fact the whole team there are excellent.

The care i received when i was ill.

I stayed before the loop trip and both private rooms and dorms were comfortable and clean. The dorm rooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable and there are plenty of shower and toilet cubicles. It’s in a quiet location so you get a good nights sleep. The hostel is new and doesn’t seem entirely finished yet as there are no common areas for socialising and also not many people were staying there when I was there- so I might not stay there if wanting to meet new people - but for a good value place to sleep it’s excellent. The reception staff are excellent and really make you feel comfortable and welcome. The best service I had in Vietnam. Super efficient and helpful and very friendly. I had great support both booking the loop trip through the hostel as well as busses and also got nice tips for good restaurants and coffee places.

The place SUPER clean, this is the cleanest place I stayed at since I came to Vietnam. The staff is also very kind and helpful.
