⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un grand merci pour cette magnifique expérience ! Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. Le monsieur qui s’occupait de l’appartement était vraiment adorable, très gentil et toujours disponible pour nous aider dès que nous avions le moindre problème. La plage était super belle, et toutes les personnes qui y travaillaient étaient très gentilles, accueillantes et généreuses. Le bar et le restaurant étaient également super, nous avons vraiment apprécié l’ambiance et le service. Concernant l’appartement, il était très propre, bien entretenu et la cuisine était super bien équipée. L’emplacement était également parfait, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. cleanness and hygiene is low(towels having droppings of animals/birds and house keeping telling me this as if it's normal. Slow response from stuff Very bad mobile internet coverage and no wifi , thus requires buying internet package from the lessor which again based on SIM cards!! frequent elevator breakdown Parking problem as you need to walk 300 meters in unpaved rad to reach the premises.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. The apartment was in very poor condition. The sofa was heavily stained and damaged, the kitchen and bathroom were not properly clean, the oven was dirty, and the refrigerator was dirty, smelled very unpleasant, had significant ice buildup and loose/damaged parts. The biggest problem was the air conditioner. It continuously leaked water, even when switched off, creating puddles on the floor. We almost slipped several times. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. We have photos and videos documenting the condition of the apartment and the leaking air conditioner. Check-in was also badly organized. Although we completely understood that check-in officially started at 13:00, we were repeatedly told that the rooms would be ready shortly. They were not. Nine people eventually had to wait together in one room while the remaining rooms were being prepared, and the delay lasted much longer than we had been promised. When we arrived, there were no towels or toilet paper. After asking for towels, we were told they would arrive in around 40 minutes, but we waited approximately two hours. The elevator was another serious concern for us. Its condition made us feel unsafe, especially considering that children were travelling with our group. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, organization and condition of the accommodation were far below what we expected. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

The room we stayed in was super clean. The staff were friendly and the beach was awesome.

Our family stayed here as part of a larger group, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Check-in was chaotic. We were repeatedly told that the rooms would be ready soon, but after the official check-in time we still had to wait much longer than promised. At one point, nine members of our group were waiting together in one room while the other rooms were still being prepared. Basic things were also missing when we arrived, including towels and toilet paper. We specifically asked for towels and were told they would arrive in approximately 40 minutes, but they actually arrived around two hours later. The general cleanliness and maintenance of the accommodation were poor. Members of our group had a severely leaking air conditioner, dirty furniture, a dirty refrigerator and kitchen equipment, and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. There were also repeated electricity outages in the rooms occupied by members of our family. The condition of the elevator was particularly concerning and did not make us feel safe using it, especially with children. Unfortunately, there were simply too many problems during one stay for us to consider this acceptable. Based on our experience, we would not recommend SeaView Turtles.

Everything is good until you have to deal with Engy, the host. She literally doesn’t care about anything. If there’s a power outage, you call her and she won’t answer. If you want to check in at the agreed time of 2:00 PM, she doesn’t care about that either. There are many other things I could say, but I think that’s enough.

Tout étais ignoble, aucune connexion aucun réseau, le personnel étais long à la détente.

Do not book this place. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the staff were dishonest and unhelpful. On top of that, the constant noise made it impossible to relax. This is definitely not a place for a vacation. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The staff are not cooperative neither communicative. Engy literally told me to find a hotel to meet my service expectations. The location is so far away from everything so nothing can be done on spot and you need to use Uber to go to do any activity. The staff has a big problem looking at every girl so it is not suitable for families. The staff does not have any uniform. If you need anything fixed and you asked them to do that, they will say we cannot do that. The deposit they request is crazy and unjustified because I used hotels and apartments so many times and nobody asked for a deposit. This is the first and last time to go there or to go to Hurghada at all. Go away from this place it is overpriced and underserved.

Everything was fine. View, sea, staff. I suddenly fell ill at the end, and they took care of me. They took me to the hospital, did tests, brought me back to the hotel and then continued treatment I sincerely recommend this place for recreation. And I will definitely come back here next time

Het personeel was aardig en professioneel, verder was het heel schoon en groot met een prachtig uitzicht.

1 van de gootstenen was verstopt en door de drukte niet aan toegekomen. De host (Engy os heel aardig en behulpzaam en heeft hier excuses voor aangeboden)

It was modern, clean, and in good condition. The room was comfortable, the amenities were well thought out, and the overall environment was fine.

Stunning view!! Private beach. Modern stylish design of the apartment. Very clean (we had apartment with sea view). Quiet inside.

We had ants all over bathroom and kitchen. The cleaning lady put something against them after we complained, but they returned a day later. It was not critical, we could live with them, but should be taken into account while cleaning next time I think, as after a few days there were about 50 half dead ants. Also, the staff sometimes didn’t respond for the whole day, we had to send a few follow up messages. The surrounding area is in a constant state of reconstruction but it’s typical for Hurghada. Finally, the tap faucets are low volume/pressure which makes washing things a bit difficult.

Security guy was sweet and close to supermarket and restaurants and beach. Manager was also kind and gave us extra hour as we were moving to a different place.

Photos did not match reality at all. Everything was very run down, construction all around the hotel and inside the building had damage. Bed was springy and not comfortable. Shower heater would start smelling of burnt wires as you used hot water. It's ok for a night or two but not for a long stay unless suroundings don't bother you.

The apartment I booked was everything I expected. The beach was very nice.

We were given the wrong room on arrival, half the size, with only 1 bed (I booked an apartment with two double beds) and it was very high up with a tiny balcony and not suitable for my son. The host wanted a deposit immediately even though I had paid in full a different apartment. It turned into a very unpleasant experience whereby after we were finally moved into the apartment we booked, the host had asked us to leave, screamed at me in front of my young son, and there was a need to change hosts. The second host was very helpful. Overall I found the experience to be unacceptable, there was no apology for the behaviour or for the loss of time in the apartment I booked. I was happy to leave and would never go back.

Апартаменты были довольно чистыми, персонал любезный, расположение супер, свой пляж, бассейн, вся инфраструктура рядом, три!!! двухспальные кровати, с балкона вид на море.

Очень мало кухонной утвари, маленький ковшик и маленькая убогая и страшная сковородка. Если захотите приготовить, например, суп, то у вас это не получится. Мою просьбу о том, чтобы предоставили поновее сковородку и кастрюлю побольше, проигнорировали. Чайник был сломан. Есть стиральная машинка, но очень плохая и старая. Режима быстрой стирки нет, стирает 3 часа и при этом не работает отжим, бельё приходилось отжимать вручную. Обманули с интернетом. Предложили подключить 40 гб за 700 фунтов, я согласился, но через 3 дня интернет закончился. Я точно знаю, что израсходовать это количество ГБ за 3 дня я бы не смог. Встретил случайно человека, который мне подключал роутер, он сказал, что исправит, в итоге я его больше не видел, интернет не появился, я плюнул и купил сим-карту Водафона. Кстати, у Водафона в этом районе связь ужасная, интернета практически нет. Не советую покупать Водафон, брал до этого WE, было чуть получше.

had a very pleasant stay at SeaView Turtles. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Special thanks to Madam Engy for her kindness, quick responses, and making everything easy during our stay. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Honestly, everything was good. If I had to mention something, it would be minor details that could be improved, but overall my experience was very positive and enjoyable.

What I really liked about the property was how clean it was and that it had everything a home needs. I didn’t have to worry about buying anything, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming ^^

The deposit will be returned back at check out in case that there is no damage. (Airbnb guests have no deposit, this is arranged by Airbnb) * Passports: Security needs to make a copy of all guests passports. * Extra cleaning is 250LE each time, only your contact person can arrange this, it is not allowed to arrange extra cleaning by another person/company. * Wifi is available for a fee. You can ask the contact person . It can only be booked for all days of your stay. The fee is 20gb for 300LE.The deposit for the router is 500LE.The wifi is not suitable for heavy up/downloads. * Bedlinen is included, extra change can be arranged at a fee by the contact person. * Towels are included, one large and one small per person. The room was very good. Quite, clean and large enough and have almost everything in a room that you will need.

The entrance of the place was difficult to find and we found an entrance which was a construction area. They are expanding the facility so it causes some inconviences. Only the problem with the room was with the A/C wasn't working. Due to visiting in winter season it wasn't a big problem but could be a big problem in hot season.

The location and space within the property was brilliant

As a suggestion, maybe a bottle of water and some tea and coffee sachets.

Tutto !! Arrivo e avrei dovuto avere uno che mi accoglieva e non ci stava , ho dovuto spendere un sacco di soldi per le chiamate e dopo quasi un ora sono riuscito a fare il check in. Avevo chiesto di avere il wifi e volevano portarmelo il giorno dopo, ed ho dovuto discutere per averlo. Il giorno prima della fine torno a casa e NON CI STAVA LA CORRENTE ELETTRICA, IL MOTIVO ? PERCHÉ NON HANNO CARICATO I SOLDI NELLA CARTA. ed il bello che nemmeno scusa hanno chiesto come se fosse tutto normale. Grazie per avermi rovinato la vacanza. Vergognatevi.

Könnyü bejelentkezés, telefonon való egyeztetés után pontosan a megbeszélt időben. Feltünöen szépen kitakarított apartman, teljes felszereléssel. A kijelentkezés is az elözetes egyeztetés alapján rendben történt. Nagyon szép ,tiszta ,gondozott tengerpart,medencék. A személyzet bármikor segített ,ha kérdés volt .Udvarias,tisztelettudó alkalmazottak úgy az irodában,a portán.

It is very clean in the flat and on the the beach. Nice and quiete place! Good to take a walk also to the area outside with good shops for groshary and restaurants. The staff is very helpful.

I was not happy with the location of the flat coz it is opposite to next building with very little sea view and sun. Sometimes quite windy but never too hot to sit there. Likely it was quiete people around, peaceful.

The property was exactly as the picture shows. TV, Washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer available. Hot water coming out of shower and sink easily. There’s a smaller tap in the kitchen sink which provides fresh drinking water. Swimming pool x2 available although quite deep, I’m 5ft and can barely reach the bottom with my tip toes. Beach right up the front and fairly shallow, sun loungers available with umbrellas. Restaurant on site served basic foods (burger pasta pizza etc) and drinks including alcoholic beverages. Staff attended to needs and great at communicating. Small corner shop few doors down the road on the right. Main strip of shops including atm, pharmacy and food places not too far away. All in all a good accommodation choice.

Firstly the front of the property looks really run down, rubble and construction going in, if we didn’t arrange airport pick up from the hotel we probably would have never found it as the signage out front is all faded and did not even look open. Prices for things is different to the “memo” provided inside the hotel” for examples it was 12€ but in the memo the price was 200LE (3-4€) And uber to the airport was 250LE for an uber comfort, 180LE for normal uber. WiFi was available at a cost, would’ve rather had WiFi included in the price and just increased the price of the booking. Sun loungers and umbrellas were available, even off peak season it was very busy so make sure you go early to reserve the sun loungers, many people came to reserve in the morning and we observed them being away for most of the day and coming back whenever they felt like it. Location was a bit far out from attractions so we had to catch uber to go everywhere which was easy and cheap enough thankfully. No fault of the hotel but the beach was very rocky so would’ve benefitted knowing this in advance to bring sea shoes. Also a lot of smoker smoking everywhere, would’ve been nice to have some designated areas for non smokers, we would always settle and have to move when people started smoking because it would trigger my partners asthma.

Au début on a eu peur avec l’entrée qui n’est pas du tout finie d’être construite est complètement en travaux, mais une fois dans l’hôtel tout est niquel !

Het appartement is modern en zeer schoon en toont een prachtig uitzicht over de rode zee. De eigenaar en personeel zijn zeer vriendelijk.

Ligt wat afgelegen, moeilijk om excursies te boeken.

Le lieu edt bien parce qu'il y a deux piscines, la plage et le restaurant sur la plage.

Il y a eu pendant 2 jours des coupures d'eau et d'electricite dans tout l'hotel et lors de la fin du sejour, ils ont vouly garder notrd caution (100€) parce qu'ils ont remarque que le microonde ne fonctionnait pas lors du check out (hors nous ne nous en sommes pas servi et il n'avait pas etr controle lors du Check In) ARNAQUE : Ils savaient que le taxi pour l'aeroport nous attendait donc ils ont "jouer la montre" en nous faisant attendre et en passant des coups de telephone. Faites tres attention de bien controler lors du check In et de prendre des photos !
