La vue en front de mer que j'ai prise en option .

Avoir deux logements dans deux bâtiments différents alors que j'avais réservé un appartement familial pour 5.. La propreté à revoir lors de mon arrivée dans ces logements. Donner une caution sans avoir en retour un reçu en retour . Et le laïque de professionnalisme de la personne qui s'occupe des logements ainsi que sa mauvaise foi et très peu disponible en plus.... Une coupure électrique d'une journée de mon appartement sans qu'elle gère le problème alors que tout les appartements voisins avaient de l'électricité. Une déception au final... Si vous rencontrez ce problème il faut entrer en contact avec Booking même si les appels d'hurghada vers la France sont très onéreux.

Les chambres étaient correctes mais la moisissure était présente dans les douches . Les vues sur la mer Rouge sont très acceptables.

Nous avons plusieurs points négatifs à souligner : - La Propreté, à fuir. - L’emplacement est vraiment pas adapté au tourisme, la plage est très rocheuse, nous avons eu des problèmes au pieds. - La piscine était très mal entretenue, mes enfants n’ont pas nagés du séjour par dégoût. - Le Barbecue fourni était crasseux, notre viande était imangeable, de plus, le barbecue est payant et par conséquent le charbon est également à fournir soi-meme. -L’eau est constamment jaune, avec des coupures d’eau récurrentes et de plus, ils coupent l’électricité si vous dépassez un certain cota de consommation, comment vous dire que si ça arrive à 3:00 du matin, il sera dur de passer la nuit sans climatisation. -Nous avons décrit à Booking la situation, mais ils ne répondent pas, ce qui signifie que vous ne pouvez rien faire sur place. Ceci explique donc la réservation qui est non remboursable. Attention. Fuyez.

I had a wonderful stay at Hurghada Turtle Beach. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and fully functional with modern equipment throughout. Everything was thoughtfully furnished, making the space both practical and comfortable. The furniture was stylish yet practical, and the apartment had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Nothing, everything was perfect unless the phone network signal low on the appartment but they provide WiFi.

Wel gehorig. Bij wind was het getik van de horren tegen het raam, storend in de nacht.

The stay here was wonderful, the staff and Ingy especially was great and accommodating. Ingy arranged an upgrade and we ended up extending as we were able to make our place feel like home. Thank you very much and we will be back!

Cleaning and comfortable and safely and very good staying

Our stay was simply wonderful from start to finish. The apartment with a sea view was not only spotlessly clean but also beautifully furnished with great attention to detail — we felt comfortable right away. The entire resort team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The warm atmosphere made us feel at home from the very first moment. A special thank you goes to the apartment owner as well as to Mr. Abanoub, who was always helpful and highly professional. His dedication and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed every minute and would love to come back again!

When we arrived there was still a lot of sand on the floor and something under the couch. So I still had to clean it myself at 10PM. the apartment smelled like cigarettes, I couldn’t put on one airconditioning cause the cigarette smell was overwhelming. There was a dirty towel for the kitchen and only 2 tiny towels for the bathroom. Bigger towels would be appreciated. Please clean your carpet, or replace it.

타월이 좀 부족함. 와이파이 유료( 하지만 숙소가성비로 이해할수있음). 정문에서 숙소들어가기가 조금 혼돈스러움.

The place is wonderful - it might seem the location is far away from the center, but it really isn’t. Outside of the compound you can find all the shops and restaurants you need, and delivery works really great. The beach is stunning and the pool area has jacuzzi which was definitely our favorite! The room was super comfortable, clean, and the view was breathtaking everytime I was waking up I could see the sea… ❤️ Thank you Ma’am Engy for upgrading our room as soon as we arrived and for making sure our stay was enjoyable ❤️

You need shoes to enter the sea. The rocks are very sharp.

Lovely little apartment with everything you need. The complex has a private beach and two swimming pools for us. You do have to pay a cash deposit but we had no issues getting it back at the end of our stay.

It was ok price for two nights we paid $109 Including the cleaning fee $20 The compound has its own 🏖️ and small cafe with very good food and coffee and local beer We had a small balcony with the sea view

The water was cold in the show , so make sure to turn on the water heater It was very smelly in the room (I’m not sure what the smell was coming from ) we had to sleep with the balcony door open

The customer service was excellent, very great and welcoming staffs especially Mrs ENGY. Great and fast response, a very nice location, quiet and the sea view was amazing. I and my family loved every minute we spent and hopefully we will visit again very soon.

The place is very quiet .with private beach The bed is confortable .the management team is very helpful and decent . In few months 1 pool is supposed to be heated so it will be much better. And even all the unit will be renovated as it has been explained to me ..

The bathroom . For deposit i understand that guests might damage things in the studio..but i believe 50usd or equivalent is enough as deposit.even better if the amount is hold by bank not given as cash .but anyway team was very nice with me regarding this as i told them i don t carry enough dollars

this accommodation is it very nice and clean inside. and the beach is it ok

in the advertisement they ask for 16 US Dollars but in the end they charge me 53.40 dollars. in the accommodation they told me that this issue should be solve with booking.com but after call the booking.com they told me that the accommodation charged extra fee for tax, service and cleaning. do not make any sense, I left the flat clean as I found it I do not used any kind of services and in the advertisement said that tax was already included, so I do not understand why they charged me 3 times the value of the advertisement. this is it a very frustrating situation, the administration of the resort cheating on us charging and hiding services form the advertisement that I do not used.
