We kregen vóór aankomst al proactief een berichtje op WhatsApp om te luisteren wanneer we zouden inchecken. Toen we aankwamen, zaten ze ons al op te wachten en werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen en meteen even rondgeleid. De hostel is zeer proper: zowel de kamers, de badkamers als de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes worden goed onderhouden. Ook de matras lag comfortabel. De kamers zelf zijn niet heel groot, maar dat wordt ruimschoots gecompenseerd door de grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte beneden, met voldoende zitplaatsen en een gezellige chillhoek. Ook de ruime badkamers met meerdere douches en toiletten zijn een groot pluspunt. De hostel ligt in een rustige straat waar nauwelijks auto's passeren. Bovendien is de straat overdekt, waardoor je altijd droog naar buiten kunt of comfortabel op een taxi kunt wachten. Het centrum ligt op een kleine 10 minuten wandelen en de wandeling ernaartoe is aangenaam. In de directe omgeving vind je verschillende restaurantjes, een winkelcentrum, een 7-Eleven, een park en een overdekte markt. Er is dus genoeg te vinden en te beleven in de buurt. En dan nog een leuke verrassing: in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte beneden lopen vier schattige katten rond, die maar al te graag naast je op de bank komen liggen. 🐈 Zeker een aanrader!

整体来说不错，而且地理位置也比较安静，不会特别吵闹，设施比较齐全

sehr gute Lage, Bett selbst war Recht sauber, nettes Personal

teuer, unangenehmer Geruch und Laute Ventilatoren im Zimmer. die türen bei den duschen waren beide kaputt. der Boden und die Duschen könnten sauberer sein. die Spinde waren extrem klein sodass man nicht wirklich was reinbekommt und jeder seine rucksäcke draussen stehen hat lassen. etwas unpraktisch weil das Zimmer so schon so klein ist. das Licht war sehr grell ein angenehmeres/dimmbares Nachtlicht im pod wäre super

No towels provided. You can see right through the curtain. Sometimes Litte smell of cats.

De sanitaire voorzieningen waren erg netjes.

De kamer had geen raam en rook erg muf. De gezamenlijke ruimte stonk naar de katten die er opgesloten in kooien zitten.

Facilities top rate. Properly rated.

Got cute cat at the common area. Clean washroom. Comfy bed. Walking distance to many tourist spot. Many restaurants & mall nearby.

If you have car, they say you have to notify them in advance. if not you’ll have to pay atleast +-Rm2/hour meter parking because they don’t have special parking coupon. I ended up parking at the store area nearby but it is still walkable.

Great place to stay - in near proximity of the old part of Melaka. Everything is very clean, of high standard, with good facilities. The staff are very friendly, the cats as well😉

Weird sinks didn't allow tooth paste wash off from the tap. So after 10 people brush their teeth it looked messy

The loud noise made by the lockers when unlocking. It would be better if there wasn’t a noise so not to disturb others in the room.

Zeer leuke hostel. Aangenaam binnenkomen. Lekker geurtje, snacks, water, koffie en thee beschikbaar. Tv- en game room. Propere douches en toiletten. Leuk concept van de gedeelde kamers. Dicht bij alle restaurantjes, jonker street etc, allemaal op wandelafstand. Avondmarkt in het weekend superleuk om rond te snuisteren.

全体的にキレイだったし、スタッフの方たちもみんな感じがよかった ショッピングモールのすぐ近くだったのでちょっとした買い物や食事などにも便利だった

キャビンの入り口にかかっているロールカーテンが遮光ではないため、キャビン内で電気を付けていると部屋内から見えてしまうのが気になった

La struttura è vicino al centro ed ha abbastanza servizi come te, caffè e snack gratis.

Ci sono state un po' di cose che non hanno funzionato. Prima tra tutto la pulizia dei gatti. Io adoro i gatti ed ero stata informata della loro presenza. Ma quando sono entrata nella lobby si sente un forte odore di pipì di gatto che è impossibile da non notare. L'ho fatto pure presente in reception ed hanno negato la presenza di cattivo odore. I bagni sono ok, ma mancano ganci dentro le docce e mancava in tutte le docce il sapone. Non danno asciugamani. Non c'è ascensore quindi preparatevi a caricarvi le valigie fino al secondo piano.

It was quiet and the staff was helpful.

The property is new and I thought that the shared spaces and the bathrooms were nice. It looks fancy and there were some free coffee and snacks. Bonus : the cats were cute.

Overall, it didn't seem super well maintained. Because of the cats, the bottom floor was smelly at times which really bothered me and at some point, there wasn't running water anymore (though it got fixed). I also thought that the blinds could have been more opaque because if you had the lights on in your bed, everybody could clearly see you...

The location, clean room & shower/toilet. The staff is so helpful, allowing me to check-in late at midnight.

They didn’t provide towels. The atmosphere isn’t very social—most people are on their laptops in the evening/night, though I personally don’t really mind that. Do note that the area often hosts festivals or booths at night, and they tend to blast loud music until late. Even the karaoke place next door isn’t as noisy.

Struttura molto pulita, stanze belle con letti molto comodi e armadietti spaziosi. Area comune molto bene organizzata con tutto il necessario anche in cucina. Si merita il massimo dei voti, anche la posizione è ottima.

Unico neo Gatti che girano liberamente nell’area comune, io amo gli animali ma purtroppo sono allergica ai gatti🥲

地理位置好，从新加坡坐大巴到达惠胜酒店站点，步行几分钟就可到达yote 28；离红屋和鸡场街也很近，步行可达。店内非常干净，装修也很棒，床铺宽敞，洗漱区也很宽敞明亮。店里还有猫猫员工可撸。

De los mejores hostel que he estado en estos 8 meses que llevo viajando. Muy limpio, muy cómodo y muy buena ubicación.

Absolutely beautiful hostel! If you’re a cat person, you’ll love it — they have four resident cats who roam around freely and are incredibly friendly. The hostel staff are really lovely too and make you feel very welcome. The whole place is modern and stylish, and the communal/chill areas are brilliant for relaxing and socialising.

The only downside to my stay was that my bed was right next to the door in an 8-bed dorm. The door was constantly banging throughout the night, the main bedroom light kept being turned on at stupid times, and some guests were quite loud chatting with friends, which woke a lot of us up.

Alles is ons bevallen! Toffe sfeer. Fijn dat er koffie en thee was en een frigo om je gerief in te steken. Ook op wandelafstand van het oude centrum en veel restaurants in de buurt. Een absolute aanrader!

Een heel klein minpuntje is dat er geen lift is maar dat was geen onoverkomelijk probleem.

Hele chille sfeer als je even wil bijkomen van een drukke stad. Fijne dorms met genoeg ruimte.

Geen warm water in de douches. Kussen is wat aan de harde kant.

The hostel was very quiet and relatively clean, with comfortable and spacious beds, good privacy (capsule-like beds with curtain/blind) and personal locker spaces. Even though the check in was not until 15:00 they allowed me to leave my bags in another area and complete my check in before midnight, giving me time to explore Melaka. If you’re concerned about the property having cats, you don’t need to worry as the facilities are kept clean and it seems like the cats are only allowed out into particular areas at certain times of day. They were also cute and very docile. Conveniently you can contact the host if needed using WhatsApp. Overall, good standard for a hostel.

You can’t wear shoes in the communal areas so naked sure to bring slippers for indoors. As I used the showers quite late, there was hair left on the floor in some cubicles which was a bit unpleasant, but luckily I found a clean one. The lockers also make a sound effect when being unlocked - although no one complained, I think it could have disturbed/woken up the other people when I used mine at night. Finally on the booking app, I saw that there’s a breakfast time set from 7:00-10:00 AM, but I don’t believe they serve any? If there are communal breakfast supplies, I wasn’t informed or shown to them.

床挺舒服的，整体也还算干净

上铺的楼梯不太好爬，不允许穿鞋进入但是不提供拖鞋，浴室里没有手持花洒。但重点是，养的三只猫状态都不好，眼睛浑浊，全身毛打结非常严重硬得像盔甲一样根本摸不到猫的身体，我第一次见猫能全身都毛打结的，对于长毛猫而言无疑是虐待。而且很明显是至少一年以上没有去修建毛发或者洗澡梳毛的了，我养长毛狗的平时不剪毛也从不会打结夸张到这程度。提醒了工作人员要带去剪毛，承诺说第二天去，我已离开当地，希望有人能监督他们真的有带猫去剪毛，状态太糟糕了。

Das Hostel ist ganz okay und die Katzen sind super süss. Es ist sauber und die Dusche und WC's sind gut.

Es ist bisschen ausserhalb des Zentrums und in meinem Dorm gabs kein Fenster.

スタッフの方々がフレンドリーで優しいです^ ^ 滞在中、grabが使えず困っていたのですが、帰路の駅までのタクシーを快く手配してくれました。 皆さん書かれている通り、猫ちゃん達がとても可愛いです。猫好きな方には堪らない環境です。 立地もとても良く、ジョンカーストリートまでは徒歩10分ほど、宿のすぐ隣にはモールがあり、両替所もあってとても役立ちました。

Very nice

The bathroom area is totally amazing, super clean, with nice space and separation. What really made us surprised was the cats at the lobby where you can enjoy the fresh water and tea. The staffs are so sweet and helpful.

The environment is clean and tidy. Three adorable cats take turns visiting their cat slaves every day. There is a water dispenser, tea bags, and coffee available.

It is recommended to add soundproofing cotton or vibration isolation boards to the door. Without these measures, the noise from opening and closing the door may be too loud and could disturb sleep late at night. The adjacent shop is a karaoke area, which will likely cause vibrations and noise that can continue late into the night.

The place is very clean. Especially, the washroom is Canadian standard.

Sehr gute Lage, man braucht nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Die Common Area war sehr schön und hat an ein Cafe erinnert, mit 2 TV‘s, Playstation und 3 lieben Katzen. Gratis Snacks und Wasser gab es zu jeder Zeit. Das Hostel ist sehr sauber und besonders die Badezimmer wirklich ästhetisch. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannter, ruhiger Vibe.

Die Dorms sind leider sehr hellhörig, die Kapseln sind komplett aus Holz und haben nur sehr dünne Wände. Dadurch hat man wirklich jede einzelne Bewegung der Roommates gehört. Die Vorhänge sind komplett durchsichtig und die Matratzen leider recht dünn. Als am Ende nur noch wenige Gäste da waren, wurden die Katzen den Großteil des Tages im Käfig gehalten, was ich etwas heftig fand.

Tout était très sympa ! La chambre correspond bien au image et la salle de bain qui est très propre. J'ai beaucoup aimé passé du temps dans cette auberge, avec les petits chats tout en liberté.
