Handwash was not refilled, mosquitoes were there, mosquito replant was not available, early arrival charges of Rs. 1500/= were charged but receipt provided after too much request. Also dust was their on the curtain.

I recently stayed at the Treebo Address Inn in Banjara Hills and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Located right in the heart of the city, the location is unbeatable—peaceful, yet minutes away from top malls, dining spots, and corporate hubs. The room was pristine, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and comfort. Everything in the room functioned perfectly: the air conditioning provided instant cooling, the flat-screen TV was up and running with plenty of channels, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was strong enough for all my remote work needs. The hospitality here is what really sets it apart. The reception and housekeeping staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and swift to assist with any request, ensuring fresh linens and quality toiletries were always on hand. I also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet served in the dining area; it was fresh, piping hot, and offered delicious, authentic variety every morning. For lunch and dinner, the staff were happy to suggest fantastic local restaurants just a short stroll away. If you are looking for a hygienic, highly reliable, and value-for-money stay managed by a stellar team in Hyderabad, this is the perfect pick. I will definitely be booking here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Treebo address inn banjara. The hotel truly lives up to its reputation with luxurious rooms, excellent hospitality, and impeccable attention to detail. The ambience is elegant, and every interaction with the staff felt warm and professional. A special mention to Mr.Venu for making our experience even more memorable. They were extremely courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out. Thanks all for the warm gesture during our checkout.

Highly unprofessional staff and treating customer with high disrespect and always worried about their money and don't know how to talk when in service industry. No etiquette how to respond to request. Specifically staff name kalyan called at 12.00 midnight and asking payment please . That was too disrespectful and crazy .

The staff was good and helpful during my stay. The location was okay but not outstanding, and the ambience was also just average.

The rooms were quite small and felt cramped. The food was too spicy for my taste, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room throughout my stay.

The customer service said booking.com had canceled my booking. But the reception guy accommodated us by offering a room. However he charged us additional for late checkout the next morning. But next morning when we decided to checkout on time...he rwfused to return the advance. That was very unprofessional!!!

Superb location and good value for money

Location is perfect. Tucked in from the hustle-bustle and yet very accessible. Check-in was a breeze. Clean sheets with basic tea kit and kettle. Neat bathroom with basic amenities factored in. Tasty food and a limited buffet range yet freshly prepared. Excellent desk management by Mr Venu, the manager of the property.

Not 3 stars at all, very small rooms, not clean and too expensive for what it is. Staff could be a bit more friendly especially the evening/night guy who is at the reception around 19:00. A bellboy/house keeping is not your slave so don’t yell at the guy for your own bad instructions. Also getting towels i had to do because there weren’t any. On top of that nothing is clean (sheets) are stained, not to start of the bathroom (disgusting) also don’t throw perfume cubes for a urinal in the sink then everything stinks even more. Also who in his right mind drills the shower head in the ceiling pointing the toilet?? Because then everything becomes wet.

But early morning calling and comming for water service don't do that

Worst Worst Experience, despite confirmed booking, when I reached they said my booking has been CANCELLED without my knowledge. I had to struggle to find another hotel in the heavy rain and long flight with family.

They cancel your confirmed booking and then ask you to pay more to rebook. Worst behavior. I recommend cancelling their listing and look into the matter so innocent people don’t get duped and suffer.

I had planned a surprise and the staff - Sheju helped me wonderfully! Sheju and Manoj had coordinated and worked out the surprise exactly how I wanted and the hospitality of the staff is much appreciated

Fraud staff Cancelled my bookings withvtye fake e cuse that customer canceled booking but I never did so. The treebo did this scam it to sell their rooms at higher price
