宿泊手続きにかなり難航して非常に面倒くさかったです。日本の住所が載ったものを見せろとか、ビザの記録を見せろとか、他の宿泊施設では一切そんなこと求められなかったものばかりで、チェックインに30分近く掛かりました。特に住所が載ったものなんか、日本には免許証ぐらいしかなく、必要無いし失くすと困るのでそんなもの持って行きません。本国での住所がそんなに重要ですか？　ビザも、空港で支払った時の領収を見せたのにそれじゃないの一点張りで、しかも徐々にスタッフの口調が荒らいでいってイライラしていくのが分かりました。夜遅くに着いてわけの分からない手続きに付き合わされているこっちの方がよっぽどイライラしていました！　あなた方の手続き方法は見直した方がいいですよ。

Good Location value for money and verybpleasant staff

The rooms dint have even a glass for drinking water. Can have a small mini fridge. I have stayed in this property atleast 3 times and all the 3 times 1 lift out of the 2 never worked(out of order). The one that works is super super slow and extremely crowed as there are 2 offices on the lower floors and as it is space restricted most of the staff come up 1st before they want to go to the ground floors. Everytime I complained they just told me the lift was not working just from a week back, which is absolutely not true as I have stayed in this property 3 times in the last 3 yrs. Also the bed covers had full stains on them, which is completely unacceptable and when we showed it to the staff as we checked in we were informed that the sheets would be changed the next day when they were cleaning the rooms.

Выпрашивали полотенце, туалетную бумагу. Номер крохотный, окна не открываются, сильно воняет специальным запахом-ароматизатором, резкий, розетки плохие, отходят. На ресепшене: в первый день приезда администратор долго и упорно рассматривал наши штампы, затребовал визу, что-то объяснял, в итоге -мне пришлось высказаться, что он не таможенный контроль и не полиция, что с визой и штампом все в порядке, раз 2 недели уже в Индии путешествуем (Мумбаи, Варанаси, Аурангабад). Во-второй день, другой администратор, начал требовать полную оплату с утра за такси, который должен был 8 часов прокатать по городу, хотя аванс взяли с вечера 1000 рупий. Мне снова пришлось возмутиться, что я еще ни такси не видела, ни услугу не получила. Так оно и вышло. Таксист по своему маршруту ездил, типа там закрыто, здесь закрыто, торопил, он-мусульманин, у него намаз каждый раз по таймингу, в ресторан национальный не отвез, как я просила при оформлении такси. Затем еще клянчил сверху чаевые, хотя как положено ему 2000 рупий заплатила. В итоге, что я поняла, еще и после трансфера до аэропорта, что отель забирает 30% от суммы примерно. Поэтому, мои рекомендации, заказывать такси через Uber. На третий день был более менее нормальный администратор, который проводил. Больше мне нечего сказать хорошего об этом отеле. Кстати, этот отель находится на 5 этаже. Вообще, неудобно, такси подвозит тебя, а потом с чемоданами надо подниматься на 5 этаж. Никто тебя встречать не будет. Также и провожать.

Almost everything about this hotel is good, the staff, the location, the facilities, the hygiene. Only thing I didn't like is the price. I was charged rs2200/day but for this hotel it should have been rs1500/day. Then it would have been perfect. So I personally feel it's overpriced but apart from that no other complaints.

Basically, it's not I don't like it. They have a bed that is too soft and it sinks when sleeping. So it's not very comfortable for senior citizens.

Proximity was good, room and bathroom was clean although small.

I stayed at RCC ELITE AMEERPET, NEHIND ITC KAKATIYA. their receptionist was rude and very adamant. I had booked for 3 nights but wanted to stay for 2 nights ,she was not accommodating. Later asked to cancel online booking and gave reservation as walk in customer directly. And they were not giving payment receipt also ,after so many argument and Escalation they gave receipt after 2 days.
