In un quattro stelle non è accettabile: # cornici porte in parte rotte. # porte che non si chiudono. # camera in due e spesso trovi gli asciugamani x una persona sola. # tende rotte. # forte puzza di fogna. # chiedo alla reception se l'acqua dei rubinetti è potabile, mi viene risposto che NON LO É COME IN TUTTA L'ISOLA, l'acqua allora deve essere fornita gratuitamente essendo un bene di prima necessità non facendo pagare le bottiglie che oltretutto non si trovano nel frigo bar in camera ma le devi andare a prendere al bar🤔🤔🤔🤔, questo hotel le quattro stelle dove sono?

The room was very clean and the staff in reception very friendly, we only booked our stay with breakfast and the food variety and fruit was fresh and nice, also the breakfast staff at the restaurant, like Noelia, always giving good tips in places to visit and things to do.

If your room is facing the pool, better expect to be awaken at 7am by the cleaning pool service chatting loudly to each other :(

Me he alojado varias veces, siempre muy bien pero está vez la habitación olía muy mal, al día siguiente cambiamos de habitación

El baño estaba nuevo y las instalaciones perfectas, disfrutamos mucho de las piscinas, de la animación y sala de juegos. La comida también muy rica y no masificado

Nos tocó una habitación un poco antigua y detalles descuidados, como cortina no bien colgada, puertas estropeadas, telas de araña en el techo

Estudio amplio y confortable. Desayuno tipo bufé muy completo. Ubicado a escasos minutos en coche de las playas o Siam Park, en zona muy tranquila y muy bien conectado con las vías de comunicación. Ambiente familiar. Buena piscina.

Pues primero que no hay aparcamiento en la zona, llegar y no tener hamacas en la piscina,para ser un 4 estrellas suite no es lo que representa. Comidas muy básicas

De kamers van dit hotel zijn over het algemeen prima. Ruim, schoon, mooie badkamer, goed bed, kluisje, kleine koelkast, heerlijke airco.

Verschillende zaken die tegenvielen: - Alles bij de receptie lijkt een eeuwigheid te duren. - Vriendelijkheid medewerkers, bij de receptie moet je het treffen. Bij een enkeling vroeg ik mij echt af of ze het naar hun zin had. Anderen waren wel degelijk vriendelijk en die wil ik zeker niet tekort doen. Hier zou ik al met al wel intern wat onderzoek naar doen; het is je belangrijkste visitekaartje. - Verplicht een armbandje van het hotel om gedurende je hele vakantie. - Veel regeltjes in dit hotel wat een gevoel van beperking geeft. - Gordijnen op de kamers die niet verduisterend zijn en ook licht, daardoor veel lichtinval al vroeg in de kamer. - Locatie: als je een auto hebt prima, anders te ver bij alles vandaan en vanaf de zee is het een weg die enkel omhoog loopt, dus een behoorlijke klim. Advies: neem een elektrische step of een taxi, maar al met al niet ideaal. Wat het meest tegenviel: Het ontbijt is echt verschrikkelijk!! Onoverzichtelijk, groot, chaotisch en ook nog eens producten van slechte kwaliteit. Fruit dat nog bevroren was, kurkdroge pannenkoeken en aardappels, hele matige koffie. Het enige wat wel goed was, was het ei dat vers bereid werd, daar moet je alleen wel voor in een hele lange rij staan. Al met al geen aanbeveling vanuit ons.

De kamer was ruim en schoon. Ook wat lief was is dat ze met onze verjaardag de deur versierde met happy birthday en een gratis fles in de kamer erbij hadden gezet.

Lo que más nos gustó sin duda el buffet, la comida variada y de calidad. El personal súper amable. Las camas muy cómodas. La habitación amplia con vista al campo de golf. El baño reformado. La animación para los niños ideal, y la cena en la piscina estuvo increíble. Se lo curran mucho.

Lo que menos nos gustó: la limpieza, la habitación tiene los suelos y paredes manchados, dan sensación de sucio, también encontramos cucarachas pequeñitas y telas de araña en el techo y la terraza se ve que llevaba tiempo sin limpiar. Las toallas , algunas estaban manchadas. Se ve que las habitaciones necesitan un lavado de cara y quizás contratar más personal de limpieza. En la piscina se permiten pelotas y flotadores y a veces te llegaban pelotazos.

El apartamento era bastante espacioso, un baño grande, un buen dormitorio y una buena sala de estar

Una de las toallas estaba sucia y faltaba una persiana oscura en el dormitorio

Hicimos una pequeña escapada para desconectar. Las actividades con los animadores estuvieron divertidas y los pekes se lo pasaron genial. Las vistas al campo de golf son muy bonitas. Las habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas.

El X12 hubo una "animadora" que estaba allí por primera vez y su actitud fue nefasta. Contestaba mala a todos y estaba más pendiente del móvil y del abanico que de trabajar. Por suerte, el otro animador era un crack y se encargó de todo en el castillo hinchable acuático y demás actividades.

El trato del personal no fue maleducado, pero tampoco hicieron la estancia más amable o agradable.

Great pool for children, clean rooms and fab location a short distance from the lively nightlife area but far enough away to still get a good night’s sleep! Restaurant on site serving delicious food, we ate there 3 nights out of 6 and would definitely recommend if you enjoy Indian or Chinese cuisine.

El desayuno bien

La puerta y el marco de la puerta de la habitación tenian signos de haber sido forzada y no daba sensación de seguridad, había sido remendada de manera chapucera. El ruido incesante de un extractor situado delante de la puerta de la habitación. Estuvimos alojados tres noches con media pensión, una de las cenas nos encontramos con comida en mal estado, esa noche no pudimos cenar, las otras dos cenas mediocres.

El spa fue el lugar que más nos gustó a la familia muy buenas intalacion

Debería haber más actividad nocturna entretenimiento culturales recreativas para mantenter a los clientes en la instalación

El alojamiento situación inmejorable, buenas instalaciones. Personal dependiendo del camarero que te toque muy bien… algunos dejan mucho que desear. A la hora de entrar en la habitación a siempre vista muy limpia pero pelos en las camas y almohadas

La habitación que nos tocó n1 no tenía papelera en la habitación (malísimo) Y en la habitación no había cortina para tapar la claridad… a las 7:30 de la mañana por mucho que quieras dormir no se podía por la claridad

From somebody who reads trip advisor reviews before booking any holiday this is my honest opinion. This hotel is such a great value for money! It is by far one of the cheapest places to stay in Americas & this does become apparent why in certain areas but overall it wouldn’t stop me from coming back. When we first arrived our room had a horrible smell which we put down to the cleaners using dirty water when mopping. We filled the room with air fresheners which soon cleared the smell. The room itself was very clean and spacious & had everything we needed as a young family. The pool area is one of the cleanest we have been to abroad & there is absolutey no fighting over sunbeds, at any time of the day sunbeds are available which we have never witnessed before whilst being abroad. The hotel breakfast has everything you need but does get busy around 09:30, I can only presume this is due to the pool opening at 10 so people filling up just before. Location wise, yes you are out the way of the main strip in Americas but this means at night the hotel is very quiet. Taxis are readily available, we waited no longer than 5 minutes for a taxi & it’s around €7 from the hotel to the main strip in Americas. All of the staff are very friendly & if you are hiring a car then the car park is huge. This is located underneath the hotel. We paid €34 for parking which was for one week. Overall, this hotel is not the best hotel in Americas but I would say it is the best value for money. Would definitely come back!

Average hotel , breakfast is brilliant on a morning, Pool area through out the day is abit dirty and not seen a cleaner at all, We were staying on the front on the hotel but we were not informed that there was dig site outside which means our balcony gets very dirty/dusty , which means we’re unable to sit on the balcony. Otherwise other amenities such as the pool and spa are lovely , sun loungers are comfy.

The location of the hotel was very good and close to all the tourist attractions via a cab which was 5 minutes drive, also the cabs were readily available waiting to pick passengers up. The hotel grounds scenery was very nice to look at, we had the golf course view family suite which was a nice room.

The room could have been cleaned much better, there was cobwebs in the corner of the windows and a couple of dead moths, the balcony was dusty and dirty and we couldnt sit out there unless it was cleaned first which it wasn’t throughout our stay, people in other rooms were smoking and throwing their cigarettes buts from their balcony which landed on our balcony or past our balcony, we couldnt sit also smell cigarette smoke coming in to our room from others smoking on their balcony, the hotel was extremely loud at night and early morning, we was often woken up by the sound of cleaners slamming doors and pushing trolleys, other residents also partied all night and banging and jumping and dropping things causing lots of noise from conversations and movement throughout the night means unable to have a peaceful night sleep. The woman at the reception desk was not very friendly neither, I am still awaiting my refund for the iron i borrowed, also when checking out she just said all done and didnt even remove my wristband which was extremely tight on my wrist she didnt ask how our stay was and she didn’t even smile or say thank you for staying, in fact when she saw me approaching the desk i had to ring the bell as she quickly walked away from the front desk. The staff were not friendly or kind in the dining hall neither, they often stared or frowned at us while choosing our food and didnt smile, they did not come accross as approachable, I experienced a difference in to the way i was being treated here by staff and guests often being stared at.

La comida estaba mas bien

La piscina pequeña, poca profundidad, climatizada y lleno d niños, es mas un hotel familiar. La limpieza de la parte de arriba (zona terraza) se olvidaron. Estaba un pelin lejos del centro es decir habia que tener coche

Me gustó muchísimo el personal,las dos chicas que trabajan en el bar de la piscina,la chica cubana y la canaria son dos personas maravillosas,decir también que tras un lío con el pago mal echo de unas bebidas la encargada hizo todo de su mano por recompensarnos y pasarlo increíble

Los dos baches que hay en la entrada porque para coches bajitos es un poco complicada

En cuanto calidad-precio no está mal, pero si tu idea es pasar unos días chill y tranquilitos ESTE NO ES TU HOTEL, ya que hay mucho ruido y muchos niños. En cuanto a la comida las opciones la verdad que eran muy reducidas, ya que las cenas van como por temáticas, por ejemplo los días que yo estuve tocaron mariscos y comida hindú, y si no es de tu gusto no hay mucha mas opciones. La habitación estaba bien, yo me alojé en un duplex pero la verdad que no lo recomiendo, porque en la parte de arriba literalmente no había NADA, así que no te vale la pena.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. The pool area was pleasant, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. A special mention to Ivan at the reception, who was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

Most of the staff were not very welcoming or friendly, except for Ivan at the reception. The bedding was not very comfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep. The location is also not very convenient if you don’t have a car, as it takes quite a while to walk to the beach and nearby attractions.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana io e il mio fidanzato e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La nostra camera matrimoniale era molto ampia, pulitissima e dotata di un bel balcone con tavolino e due sedie, perfetto per rilassarsi. Ogni camera è dotata di aria condizionata (fondamentale). Anche il bagno era grande, spazioso e comodissimo. La pulizia è stata impeccabile per tutto il soggiorno: ogni giorno ci cambiavano gli asciugamani e ci lasciavano delle nuove bottiglie d'acqua da mettere in frigorifero, un'attenzione davvero molto apprezzata. La colazione era eccezionale: ricchissima, a buffet, con tantissima scelta e la possibilità di servirsi tutte le volte che si desiderava. Anche la cena ci ha soddisfatti pienamente, sempre a buffet, con un'ampia varietà di piatti adatti a tutti i gusti e la possibilità di fare il bis senza alcun limite. La piscina è bellissima, ben curata e circondata da tantissimi lettini, quindi è sempre stato facile trovare posto e godersi qualche ora di relax. Inoltre, l'hotel dispone di un comodo parcheggio, un grande vantaggio per chi, come noi, ha scelto di noleggiare un'auto per visitare Tenerife. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza davvero molto positiva. Se dovessimo tornare a Tenerife, sceglieremmo senza alcun dubbio questo hotel. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Got robbed €250 on my first day from my hand luggage which was routed through as it was hidden and had sign on the door. Second day told do not enter and they still did and our bags were all rearranged this time

La piscina interna dimostrata in foto doveva essere gratuita, ma e a pagamento. In stanza il frigo non funzionava, il letto matrimoniale non esistente, due lettini uniti spacciato per camera matrimoniale, braccialetto che ti danno totalmente inutile e stretto, nei orari di cena e colazione troppa gente un via vai, dovevano chiamare le persone per settori.
