Great facilities with helpful and cheerful staff. Events were well organised and kept gusts entertained. Meal buffets were very well done - plenty of food/ dish choices. Location is also very good, close to everywhere.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren von der Auswahl und Qualität des Essens positiv überrascht. Frisches Obst, Candybar am Abend ( besonders für Kids ein Highlight). Lage war für Strandspaziergänge super 3 Minuten bis zum Strand.

Man merkt schnell, dass das Hotel etwas älter ist und ein Refresh durchaus gut tun würde. Die Wände und Fenster waren sehr dünn und so bekam man die Gespräche der Nachbarn und die nächtliche Animation (von den umliegenden Restaurants und Bars) hautnah mit. Auch bei der Sauberkeit könnte man es besser machen. Türen fühlten sich klebrig an, und im Bad muffelte es trotz Lüftens.

Cela fait depuis longtemps que j'ai découvert la chaîne H10 et le las palmeras. C'est une chaîne hôtelière de qualité.

Pour ce qui est du las palmeras j'ai trouvé que la prestation à baissé en gamme, il y avait cette fois ci moins de choix au restaurant. Ce qui m´à le plus déplu en tant que client privilège c'est le petit déjeuner en intérieur. Cela était tellement merveilleux en 2025 quand celui-ci était servi en extérieur au niveau de votre bar. Je viens de France en vacances dans le sud, ce n'est pas pour manger en intérieur, mais pour profiter de la vie en extérieur. Je n´ai donc malheureusement plus trouvé un grand intérêt à la formule privilège.

A localização é muito privilegiada no aspecto em que não há muito ruído das discotecas. A qualidade das bebidas é muito boa, o skybar é espetacular.

Poucas cadeiras à sombra. Zona de fumadores muito pequena e longe de todos os espaços. O bar exterior fecha muito cedo em relação ao bar interior, quando é altura de verão é muito mais prazeroso usufruir do bar exterior.

It was peaceful and safe, slept very well. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. Really nice breakfast selection. Very nice house cleaning and the staff at the front desk should get a medal for how kind and polite at all times they are. Cleaning in rooms very good and the bed was comfortable.

The price on drinks almost half more expensive compared to coral hotels I am used to. Like 14 euros for rum and coke compared to 8,5 euros. The furniture in the room was very old and would make such a difference to a small room to upgrade because the bed and bathroom was really nice.

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this hotel and would never stay here again. The rooms were extremely hot because the hotel’s central air conditioning was not sufficient. We even paid extra for one of the best rooms, but had to use a very noisy portable AC. Its hot-air pipe made us keep the balcony door open, making the balcony practically unusable. The hotel was also extremely crowded, and the bar service was unprofessional. Only one or two staff members seemed to know how to properly prepare cocktails. When we complained, some staff responded rudely and angrily, often speaking to us in Spanish because their English was limited. For the price we paid, I expected much better. I strongly recommend looking for another hotel that offers better value for money.

Food was great. The drinks were great, many branded names. Entertainment activities during the day were probably the best I have seen. The sky bar was a great way to start the evening, amazing sunsets.

Only 1 designated smoking area on site. The evening entertainment was a little short considering the bar was open for a fair amount of time afterwards.

La atención inmejorable, sobre todo por parte de Galindo y Gabriel en el comedor. Mi hija es celiaca y han estado muy pendientes y atentos con ella.

Que no estubiesen mas atentos en la piscina, ya que no se podia reservar tumbona y la gente lo hacía y nadie decía nada.

Finom és választékos reggeli/vacsora. Jó elhelyeszkedés. A medencék kiválóak, sosem volt zsúfoltak, napágy is mindig volt. Esti műsorok is jó szinvonalúak.

Azt hittem hogy az olasz és a sushi étterem mindig nyitva van, de csak vacsoraidőben voltak, így mivel félpanzióval voltunk, nem igazán tudtuk őket kipróbálni.

Staying in room 342, water leaking in through the ceiling creating a hazard as you come out of the bathroom with a pool of water forming. Reported to reception, 4 hours later, returned to the room and it’s still leaking. The rude fella at reception who told me it was just the air conditioning, like they all leak through the ceiling creating, just very rude like it was an inconvenience I reported it.

We stayed in one of the family bungalows and thought it was fantastic — really spacious, clean and perfect for a family stay. During the holiday, the snib on our upper balcony door came off in my hand. I tried calling reception but unfortunately the room telephone wasn’t working, so I had to walk up to reception to report it. That said, the response was excellent and a technician was at our room within the hour and had it fixed quickly. The food was great throughout our entire stay, with plenty to enjoy at all meal times. At the snack bar, we quite often ended up with something different from what we’d ordered, but honestly, it was never really an issue — everything we received was tasty, so there was certainly no need to complain! The only real disappointment came when checking out at 12pm. Our all-inclusive bands were cut off immediately and we were told we would have to pay for any further food or drinks. Considering the cost of the holiday and the fact our Jet2 pick-up wasn’t until 6pm, this felt pretty poor and left us with six hours where the all-inclusive package we’d paid for was effectively over. The animation team were absolutely phenomenal throughout the holiday — kind, funny, engaging and genuinely entertaining. Both the adults and children were in their element, and the team really helped make the holiday what it was. Our kids Jackson and Harrison loved the kids club activities and staff as mentioned. The same goes for the bar and waiting staff, who were excellent throughout. Another big positive was the branded spirits at the bars. One tip though: if you order a daiquiri or piña colada, ask for it to be blended! Otherwise, you’ll get the version from the syrup machine rather than a freshly blended one. Overall, a solid 8/10. A few small issues, but nothing that spoiled the holiday, and we would definitely return.

Just spent the best week relaxing at this hotel. Firstly the great part. We decided to treat ourselves to the privilage package which for me made the stay better. Arrive at the hotel late on the Thursday night and went to check in. Gave name and reception recognised the privilage package. Asked if we would like a seat and glass of wine while the check in process was being carried out. Once complete we were asked if we would like our bags taked to the room. The room was a junior suite overlooking the pool and sea. Minibar stocked with water and soft drinks on first day. Water only following that which was not a problem as all inclusive. Room was cleaned every day, food was amazing. Had use of the a la carte restraunts but never bothered as the food in the main restaraunt we superb. The pool area was great but after trying the privilage lo7nge and sun deck we didnt bother going back to the pool as the privilage area has its own private plunge pool/hot tub. Food and drinks were also help your self. I could go on and on about all the great things this hotel has the offer. Now the not so good part. This is not the hotels fault but when you step foot outside the hotel doors your met with drug dealers trying to sell you whatever. Unfortunatly that part of Tenerife just gets worse every year for drug dealers. If that dosent bother you then you will have a great time here

Loved this hotel so much. We paid extra for the privilege package and it was so worth it with sky bar on open 5-10pm (except Tues and Wed). Deck; loungers, bar services, tables and plunge pool and amazing views all around on 5th floor, all included in all inclusive. However 10am to 8pm was the privilege lounge on the 4th floor with same amazing views. Self service lounge with brand drinks/spirits fridge with beers, prosecco, bottled soft drinks and coffee machine/choice of teas. Snack foods were brought up regularly and restocked. Comfy sun loungers and a jacuzzi, and to be fair we stayed there all day from the second day. Again included in all inclusive. Privilege gives beach and pool views. We were on the 7th floor, with amazing views. Bedroom, lounge, large bathroom and balcony, accessed from room and lounge. You get free towels daily, free safety deposit and water and chocolates every day/when you get the room cleaned at your choice. You also can book breakfast every day in the Italian restaurant. Although checkout was 12pm, you could still access privilege facilities, though we were going back to families home before flying later at night. You also get privilege check in on arrival with Prosecco. The restaurant food was so amazing and tasty. Lots of choice at all meal times. Even had different types of milk at breakfast. Didn’t make the cake shop, but looked amazing( too many amazing dessert choices). Also didn’t make the other two restaurants can you believe, though was never sure when we were meeting up with family. Staff in all areas were so amazingly friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are immaculate. Loads of loungers in the vast pool areas. Your bracelets are also your room access key and gives you access in the back gate at the promenade. Didn’t always make entertainment but could view from the room above. In the lobby bar one day there was a girl singing at the piano one day which was really good. I don’t think we accessed all areas available and apart from meeting family some days, we never really left the hotel, which is saying something for us. Been to Tenerife more times than I care to think and sometimes you want to try other countries, though we will come back to visit family often and we will most definitely come back to this hotel as I don’t think you can beat it. Negative - All of south has declined over the decades due to the drug dealing, spreading beyond Veronica’s. They go away when you say no and don’t harass you, then they recognise you and leave you alone afterwards. However I stress you don’t feel unsafe at the hotels and busy areas. I know the locals hate it and I think them, the hotels and police have to think of something to stop this, but there is probably new people who will take over. Will most definitely be back to this amazing hotel.

Four of us enjoyed a wonderful four-night getaway at this lovely hotel. It offers fantastic value for money and sits in a perfect location, just a short walk away from a vibrant selection of local pubs and restaurants. The true highlight of our stay was the incredible alcohol selection. The all-inclusive cocktails were absolutely exceptional, featuring the finest quality alcohol we have ever experienced on an all-inclusive holiday. Our rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable base since we spent most of our days out and about. While our accommodation sat directly above the Dubliner pub, the lively atmosphere below did not bother us at all. The only minor detail was that the pool area was a bit quiet due to a lack of background music, but overall, it was a fantastic short break where we made lasting memories.

Très bons emplacements, personnel très sympathique, très bon buffet, les piscines top avec l'accès à la plage.

Pour le nettoyage quotidien, les toilettes et la douche n'ont jamais été faites de toute la semaine. Les lits sont un peu durs et la télécommande ne fonctionne qu'une fois sur quatre.

Staff were excellent and so friendly. Room was lovely and hotel very central. They also gave us complimentary Prosecco and balloons for my partners birthday. Overall would highly recommend.

Food wasn’t great. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner could be very hit or miss. Food tended to be very greasy. Options weren’t great for our tastes.

Le seul bémol serait que notre chambre donnait sur la rue avec les bars très animés jusqu'à tard ( dont un bar juste en dessous de notre chambre) Je comprends mieux l'option "vue mer" Pour le choix de la Chambre. Parking de l'hôtel très petit,les places sont chères y compris dans les rues aux alentours. Autrement tout était très bien.

Szczerze mówiąc średnio nam sie podobało wszystko.

Zamówiliśmy opcję All Inclusive, jednak za wiele rzeczy trzeba było dodatkowo płacić. Kaucja za ręczniki dla 3 osób wyniosła 45 €, a dodatkowo 1,50 € za każdy ręcznik. Przez to codziennie trzeba było chodzić do recepcji i stać w kolejkach, ponieważ personel nie potrafił między sobą dojść do porozumienia. Zamiast odpoczywać przy basenie, trzeba było ciągle biegać do recepcji. Pracownik wydający ręczniki prawie na mnie krzyczał, twierdząc, że nie została opłacona opłata 1,50 € za ręcznik. Odechciało nam sie kąpieli w basenie. Bar przy plaży również był dodatkowo płatny, mimo wykupionego All Inclusive. Brak mini baru nawet wody nie dostawaliśmy do pokoju. Lodówka do wypożyczenia, sejf do wypozyczenia. Jedzenie było średnie. Kelnerzy byli w porządku, ale nie odczuliśmy przyjaznej ani wakacyjnej atmosfery. Szczerze mówiąc, często woleliśmy wyjść z hotelu niż spędzać w nim czas. Osobiście nie polecam tego hotelu.

Great hotel, but what truly made this a standout holiday was the pool activities led by Alejandro. He brought everyone together, created a fun atmosphere, and made a huge difference in helping holidaymakers connect and enjoy themselves. His humour added so much character to the experience. I’d happily return to this hotel just because of him.

We had a great time! The staff were all really friendly and helpful, I thought the food was excellent- loads of different things to eat. Also the AI stuff on offer like drinks, snacks etc was very good. The pool being 1.35m was perfect for my son’s height. It was also warm! There wasn’t the usual mad families there all drunk, sunburned and rowdy - which was a welcome change. The place was very clean all the time. I have read before people moaning about the noise from the street side, we didn’t notice it. Only once when Spain beat France but that was fine because football is the most important thing in the world. One tiny thing that would have made it better would be little tables by the sun loungers to put things on. But if that’s all I have to moan about then that means they’re doing well! I hope Spain beat Argentina and the FIFA referees.

The room was small.the beds amazing and the food was great.water down spirits.and being disabled i was put on the 6 floor and furthest room from the lift.buggys in hotel were great.

Sembra di essere reclusi perchè da 00 in poi nessuno al di fuori delle persone che hanno il braccialetto possono entrare in hotel il che mi sembra assurdo perché una mia amica (che alloggiava in un altro hotel )ed io non ci siamo potute prendere una cosa al bar del mio hotel perché dopo 00 non fanno entrare nessuno.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a great location - everything is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff deserve special recognition. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfasts were also tasty and offered a good variety of food.

As for the things that could be improved, there could be more power outlets in the room, especially next to the bed. The pool area was very peaceful, and at times it felt like it could have had a bit more atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel.

We had only heard good things about this hotel which makes me writing this review feel even more shocking. Location Firstly the Location, the location is very good with being about a 5 minute walk both from the strip and golden mile with a taxi rank outside. The hotels also a 25 minute walk from siam park which is quite straightforward to complete. and has a door at the back of the hotel straight onto the beach. Bathroom This is where it goes downhill, on arrival to our room on level 2 with a street-view, The bathroom was the first thing we noticed, outdated with cracked tiling and a below average bath/shower. The shower head was at the same level as ribs with no option to move it which made showering extremely awkward. Bedroom Next the room, the beds were fine experiencing no problems with them for the week we stayed. Plugs were located next to each other across the room with no table nearby meaning charging was extremely awkward. However, the sliding door to the balcony had a broke metal frame (which was the right hand panel) on our first night, we immediately reported this to reception who wrote it down but took no action on this issue, by the end of the week this part of the frame was barely hanging on and extremely precarious. Balcony The balcony was standard, being above the dubliner we expected loud noise into the night. However the balcony had dried up sick on the railing, which hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest obviously. This was also reported, and once more never acted upon the whole week we stayed despite “cleaners” being in everyday. This meant only half the railing could be leant or used to hang drying towels ect. In conclusion this meant our room was Very poor. Pool The pools are clean with 3 separate pools, one small one for children. However unless you wish to swim up and down the pool for your whole stay you are extremely limited. Lifeguards do not allow balls in the pool which i’ve never heard of in a family friendly all inclusive, yet allow diving in head first. Drinks are not allowed to be drank whilst in the pool nor whilst on the edge of the pool. The daytime entertainment is very limited with the same volleyball, waterpolo ect. and the one possible unique activity for the day. There are good Sun-bed availability however. Food For me this is the only redeeming factor. The food here is extremely good. Each day was different yet never dipped in quality. I found myself with multiple plates of different food which i thoroughly enjoyed - compliments to the chefs. However i must note that on two occasions the chicken and turkey was raw that we grabbed from the buffet. Despite this i was extremely impressed as to cater for a large hotel all inclusive usually means a poorer quality food. Staff The staff at the bar were professional dealing with queues rapidly and swiftly. The waiters during food are constantly on the go and willing to stop and grab you a drink even if busy. However during peak times of Food service there may be times where no staff are sighted. The cleaners are friendly when walking past, however it’s the almost dismissive attitude of the reception which ruins the staff’s reputation. 2 complaints, both not resolved and both we were fobbed away. The entertainment staff seem jolly and try to make the most of what at times were grumpy holiday goers however they need better speakers as if you are across the pools you cannot hear them or the music they play. Conclusion Overall i’m EXTREMELY dissatisfied by my experience and would not be returning to this hotel. They have definitely not lived up to expectations and managed to dampen what was a last minute break from a busy personal life. Disappointed.

Hotel in good location with back gate exit on to the beach. Pool and grounds are kept clean and tidy. Pool bar busy and often had to get up and ask staff to take our food order they could have done with more staff covering the food service. Pool bar food was fantastic and perfect for kids in particular if they wanted hot dogs, burgers, chips etc Food in the main restaurant was ok, breakfast was the best plenty of choices, evening meal was a let down from time to time I had to use the microwave on a couple of occasions to heat soup up and potatoes … chips were often very under cooked. Topping up the food was a daily issue when it got busy they couldn’t keep up with refilling the trays and often stood with food on your plate getting cold while waiting for staff to bring out more … 2 small trays of chips between hundreds of guests trying to eat at one time is not really acceptable. Reception staff lovely very helpful, but I did tend to find if you left a message on an evening it wasn’t passed to day staff and therefore would need to ask again. Speciality restaurants were good the Italian was fantastic food and service. Rooms were small we looked out the back where the restaurant air con vents were pumping out food smells luckily we don’t use the balcony but something to consider to check once you get your room. Rooms were not cleaned to any decent standard at all for our 10 days they made beds, emptied bin and replaced the towels. I repeatedly asked them to clean bathroom sink and clean bathroom tiles and floor as there was hair there (not ours) from us in checking to to leaving, the chair under the desk was also grubby and the frame of the wardrobe had spilt drink down it …. Little things like this let the hotel down and not 4 star quality like you expect.

Klasse Hotel, direkt an der Meile. Das Personal, vor allem Nicole, ist sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Ich war schon öfters in diesem Hotel und komme gerne wieder. Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist morgens noch nicht so stark besucht und dementsprechend sehr entspannt und es gibt viele leckere Sachen.

Vor dem Hotel werden fleißig Sonnenbrillen und anderer Schrott verkauft, es wird einem Lachgas und andere Substanzen angeboten. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Am besten den Hintereingang zum Strand benutzen. Am Pool werden ab 07:00 Uhr morgens die Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert, sodass man ab 09:00 Uhr wenig Chance hat einen Platz zu bekommen. Hier muss das Hotel handeln.

Luggage storage e courtesy room prima di lasciare la struttura. Interessanti le serata a tema culinario differente. Animazione presente sia in giornata che alla sera ma non invasiva.

Camera un po' vecchia con alcuni dettagli non molto curati anche se comunque pulita.

O nosso quarto com vista terra era extremamente ruidoso com os bares e discotecas o que condicionou o nosso descanso. Não aconselho a reserva neste tipo de quarto.

Las zonas comunes se ven algo antiguas. No hay buena playa justo en frente del hotel y hay que desplazarse bastante para las playas buenas de la zona.

Buongiorno siamo ritornati dopo 40 anni per l’anniversario di matrimonio, il viaggio di nozze lo avevamo fatto da voi, dobbiamo dire che ci siamo sentiti accolti e nonostante non parliamo lo spagnolo non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con lo staff, lo consiglieremo sicuramente ad amici.

J'ai tout aimé c'était super. chambre confortable, personnel adorable, grandes piscines, peu de monde en juin. Je suis allergique au gluten et je pensais ne pas avoir beaucoup de choix, et au final un responsable de salle m'a accompagné tous les soirs pour me dire ce que je pouvais manger et franchement il y avait du choix. J'ai même eu droit à une part de gâteau sans gluten

La proximité avec les restaurants, la plage, les bars, les taxis, les golfs

Le restaurant Café de Paris. Nous avions commandé des gambas, ils nous ont servi du homard dans des grandes coquilles sans rien nous dire. Nous avons refusé de payer l'addition dont le montant était le double en expliquant que nous ne savions pas que c'était du homard car c'était de la chair de homard dans une coquille et que nous n'avions pas commandé ce plat. Le responsable de cet établissement a appelé la police qui nous a répondu après 2 minutes que nous devions payer. C'est honteux. Ve sont des voleurs

Zimmer waren schön und ordentlich und wir hatten Meerblick.

Das Essen war nicht gut. Ich war schon in mehreren H10 Hotels, und das war sowohl beim Abendessen wie auch beim Frühstück das mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel. Von Halbpension kann ich hier nur abraten.

The atmosphere by the customers was excellent, the pool and entertainment was good. But big issues with attitude of certain front desk staff.

Air conditioning issues across multiple rooms. Some staff that were customer facing could not speak any English so was difficult to understand what they were communicating to us. Some staff were not customer friendly, some were. Food quality is not good to be honest , it’s like adequate . The staff in restaurants were excellent. But some reception staff appear to have a ‘ I don’t care this is how things work around here ‘ attitude. The area really isn’t for family I would suggest the h10 closer to golden mile for more family orientated experience. Overall my experience would have been better if the staff went a little beyond their own unwritten rules (if you can understand what they were). We attended for 11 days all inclusive and would not consider coming back to this specific hotel due to the above.

Rooms were very small and dingy.. the air conditioning in the restaurant was so cold you couldn't enjoy your food.. we were billed for food and drinks that we didn't order.. you cannot smoke on your own balcony which I have never known in using H10 Hotels for 10 years.. would never book this Hotel again.. the only positive was the 2 coffee bars and the staff in there were lovely!

The hotel itself was pleasant enough, but our room seemed to have been given the “scenic view of noisy air-con units” upgrade, along with a soundtrack from the nearby bar whether we wanted it or not. Bathroom privacy was… optimistic at best, thanks to a frosted glass door that didn’t quite believe in closing properly. On half-board, we quickly learned that “dinner included” doesn’t extend to drinks (or even water), which was a surprise at the table. We only watched the entertainment once, which was reminiscent of my kids primary school show! The pools were a real highlight - nicely kept and the right temperature - while the buffet was standard hotel fare; nothing fancy, but you won’t go hungry. The beach, however, looked more like a concrete concept than a relaxing seaside spot. On a less amusing note, being offered drugs right outside the hotel on our first night wasn’t exactly part of the brochure. Despite all that, we still had a good time thanks to meeting friends further along the coast towards Los Cristianos.
