Lovely staff. Felt safe on my own. Room very small but comfortable. No complaints but I would book a bigger room if staying again

Being on my own the street was quite dark at night when walking back to the hotel after leaving my friends. However no fault of the hotel it would not stop me from staying again.

We were very happy with our stay! The location is fantastic – everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel is not brand new, but it is very clean, charming and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. Every morning, there were fresh croissants waiting outside our door, and it was also great to have the option to make coffee and tea in the room. A particularly lovely surprise was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel on my birthday. It was truly touching and very much appreciated! ❤️

Close to the main centre

The shower box was insanely small. Could hardly move to clean. Room small but tidy. No lift to take bags up had to lug onto flights of stairs. Wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple of nights here if needed.

The location! It’s perfect for exploring Nice and other areas of France. I traveled solo and loved the area, very quiet and safe. The beach (Blue Beach @ Promenade des Anglais) is a 5 minute walk, the tram station (Alsace Lorraine) is a 7 minute walk and the train station (Nice Ville) is a 15 minute walk. Easy 2-3 minute walk to restaurants, bakeries, fruit market and grocery stores. The Nice Port (ferry) is accessible by tram or Uber. You can walk to the port along the Promenade des Anglais (maybe 25-30 minute). My single room was adorable and comfortable. Pierre, the owner was great! He assisted me with my bags. No elevator or lift but stairs are manageable. The French croissant was a nice treat every morning. Beach towel provided upon request.

No buffet breakfast. Breakfast available by special order. No dining area or courtyard to eat takeout meals. Mosquitoes were a problem for me.

I did, however, appreciate the location, Clement’s attitude, the cleanliness, and the two croissants left at the door in the morning.

I chose this stay to celebrate my birthday, but the experience was not at all what I had expected. I paid for a superior-quality room, but upon arrival I was given an inferior one that was visibly much smaller. What was most frustrating was that the hotel did not honestly acknowledge the mistake and inform me from the start, but only after I raised the issue myself. After that the management apologized and promised to refund the money to my account within 1–2 days, as the room I had booked was no longer available. Three days have already passed, but the amount has still not been refunded. I still hope that the hotel will keep its promise, otherwise I will complain to booking.com. By the way this is the first time I have had such an experience on booking.com. Unfortunately, this unpleasant situation significantly overshadowed my birthday and left a very bitter impression.

I had a wonderful stay at Arome. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, and their warmth and friendliness were a highlight of my experience. My room was larger than I expected, with a unique layout that gave it a lot of character while still feeling comfortable and functional. The hotel itself has a charming atmosphere, and the location was excellent—convenient for exploring the area while still offering a relaxing place to unwind. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Unfortunately, my luggage was lost during my travels, and Pierre went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. He was incredibly responsive, supportive, and proactive during a stressful situation, and I truly appreciated all the effort he put in to assist me. Between the spacious room, the great location, and the outstanding hospitality from Pierre and the entire team, my stay was memorable for all the right reasons. I would gladly stay at Arome again and highly recommend it to others.

Very tight fit. Even for Europe. Probably could’ve been a little better with a ranging things for the space. Be prepared, shower is only 24” x 24” with a corner entry. Very small! What we did love was the service and the morning croissants were a nice treat!

The Arome Hotel was a cozy jewel just off the beaten path from the water. We enjoyed a four day stay and would love to come back again. It was the perfect blend of a more local neighborhood & convenience to the main attractions of the city. The fresh croissants delivered each morning were the icing on the cake!

Kambaryje neįmanoma prasilenkti. Numeryje buvo vienas didelis ir vienas mažas rankšluostis, vienas kavos puodelis, viena kėdė prie staliuko (dvi kėdės, matyt ir nebūtų tilpusios). Draudžiama kalbėti koridoriuose, nors esant kambaryje puikiai gali girdėti kitų žmonių pokalbį už sienos esančiame numeryje. Nors tą patį vakarą personalui sakėme, kad kambaryje smirda kanalizacija, niekas nesivargino kažką daryti. Kambarys, kaip ir įėjimas nuo viešbučio durų iki kambario durų yra tamsūs.

Bedroom is clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Welcoming and friendly staff. A coffee machine and a kettle are provided, plus you get a tasty croissant in the morning! Easy to reach from Nice train station.

Everything was perfect! If I were to be nitpicky, I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine... and there were no teabags provided with the kettle.

Great hospitality, the hosts were very kind. Location is excellent, 2 minute walk from the sea. Room was perfectly enough and well equipped with hairdryer, coffeemashine, hangers, quality shower gel. Special thanks for the breakfast and the black booklet, it was very useful!!! I would recommend this place for a stay definately.

The property does not have an elevator; however, this was clearly communicated by the owners in advance.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich und ich wurde herzlich empfangen. Man merkt, dass hier auf kleine Details geachtet wird. Besonders süß fand ich, dass morgens ein Croissant an die Tür gehängt wird – eine sehr persönliche und liebevolle Geste, die den Aufenthalt besonders macht. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll: Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Supermarkt und auch das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist eine sichere, schöne Umgebung und ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt.

Sehr hübsches privat geführtes Hotel, klein und gemütlich mit nur wenigen Zimmern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Morgens bekommt man ein Croissant an die Tür gehängt und gratis Kaffee. Das Einzelzimmer war ausreichend groß und nicht beengend. Die Lage ist sehr gut, etwas am Rand der City, aber trotzdem zentral und nah am Strand. Die Bahn zum Flughafen ist innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.

Etwas hellhörig, leider waren die Zimmernachbarn sehr laut.

Ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο, αλλά περισσότερο δε μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι η βρύση ήταν εκτεθειμένη σχεδόν δίπλα στο κρεβάτι, ένιωθα σα σε φυλακή.. είμαι κ κοπέλα κ είχα κ πολλά πράγματα μακιγιαζ κτλ κ ήταν άσχημο να είναι όλα στριμωχτα εκεί, ίσως ένα ντουλαπάκι μικρό δίπλα να βελτίωνε την κατάσταση λειτουργικά και οπτικά τουλάχιστον. Το θεωρώ ακριβό για αυτό που παρείχε στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο πάντα, αν ήταν μεγαλύτερο θα ήταν οκ

Emplacement super , accueil vraiment très sympa que ce soit le veilleur de nuit que le réceptionniste le jour. Un petit croissant au réveil ! Bref, j’ai bien dormi et me suis senti à la maison pour une nuit.

La machine à café dans la chambre m’a fait un café tiède et bof. Mais c’est peut être que je n’ai pas compris son fonctionnement .

We really enjoyed our stay at Arome Hôtel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais. Every morning fresh croissants were left at our door — we made coffee and took them to the promenade to watch the sunrise, which was a lovely experience. Our room was larger than expected, very spacious with a big bathroom, which was a nice surprise compared to many small hotel rooms in Nice. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted us at check-out. It was also convenient that we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out. The room was warm even for winter, and there were complimentary coffee capsules, tea, shower gel, and soap. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend Arome Hôtel for its location and friendly staff.

The windows faced an inner courtyard with another tall building, so the room was a bit dark during the winter months. There was a nearby street where homeless people stayed at night, although they were not intrusive. We found it more pleasant to walk along a parallel street, which was very green and had a park.

Agréable, propre et très bien situé, le personnel et bienveillant, s'adapte facilement au situation. Je recommande.
