Отель совершенно не стоит своих денег, усталая комната, пахнет хлоркой, запах как в общежитии, никогда не пишу плохие отзывы, но за эти деньги совершенно недовольна отелем

The location is excellent. The staff is super helpful. They really care about the customers. They helped me with Uber, itinerary, printing documents, and general suggestions. The rooms have AC. The towels were small but good quality. It has an elevator.

Het meest beviel ons : de locatie om de stad te bezoeken, de parking in de buurt, de eigenaars van het hotel die super vriendelijk en behulpzaam zijn en de zeer gemoedelijke sfeer. De badkamer was niet groot maar handig en alles aanwezig. Bed was voor ons iets te klein, maar de matrassen zijn heel goed.

Small room. Extremely uncomfortable bed.Cheep and outdated furnishing. Not a single door could be closed, including the one to the terrase and the wardrobe doodrs. The room door itself wouldn't close because the bed was too long... The coffee maker had to be placed on the floor to be plugged into the outlet. This problem is obviously easy to solve with an extension cord, if anyone in this hotel actually cared. It was extremely noisy in the morning. The housekeeping staff started work early and, for some unknown reason, kept slamming the doors of the neighboring rooms furiously.

Schönes Hotel und Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Park. Es ist sehr gut gelegen zum Bahnhof. In die schöne Altstadt läuft man ein kleines Stück. Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und das gesamte Personal war unheimlich nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war etwas hellhörig und andere Gäste schon zu frühen Stunden etwas laut.

Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο .το μπάνιο με χαλασμένη πόρτα και κακοτεχνίες , χωρίς παράθυρο χωρίς εξαεριστήρα. Αφού η πόρτα δεν έκλεινε , πηγαίναμε με βάρδιες τουαλέτα .πολυ θόρυβος από τις καθαρίστριες ενώ την πρώτη μέρα μας έδωσαν βρώμικες πετσέτες και νερό με μικροοργανισμούς

This hotel is a very mixed bag. It has a nice location on the square, a decent presence and a generally pleasant staff. However, the drawbacks leave me wanting. Most notably, the walls are very thin, so if you are unlucky enough to be situated next to someone who makes any noise at inconvenient moments, you are at their mercy. In my case, on one night I got up at 5am in order to speak with my next-door neighbors, who were talking at normal volume as they prepared an early morning departure, and were plainly audible in my room. Thankfully they were accommodating after the fact, but my sleep definitely suffered throughout our visit. I also found the environment shoddily or uncomfortably arranged in some cases. E.g. the toilet is latterly touching the tub, such that the lid would graze the tub when lifted. There was also no way to latch the bathroom which was enclosed behind a sliding door.

A szálloda egy négyemeletes polgári ház, a szobák többnyire kicsik, mi a háromágyas verziót választottuk, abban kényelmesen elfértünk ketten. A személyzet szuperkedves a recepciósokat és a takarítónőket is beleértve. A reggeli ugyan minden nap egyforma, de jó minőségű, ízletes termékeket kínálnak. Víz és hozzá háromféle szirup egész nap biztosított, üvegeket, kulacsokat fel lehet tölteni.

Nem igazán volt ilyen. A 9 pontot kizárólag az ár miatt adtam, mert nagyon drágának találtam.

Petit déjeuner vraiment bien, beaucoup de choix de qualités, pancake, fromages, charcuterie, oeufs, croissants pain au chocolat ect. L'enplacement est très bien aussi, il n'y a pas de stationnement, mais il y a un parking Indigo en face, assez dispendieux par contre. Lit très confortable, nous avions une chambre avec trois lits et nous avions emplement d'espace.

La porte qui donnait accès à l'extérieur de notr echambre était condanné pendant notr eséjour.

Великолепен, бутиков и кокетен хотел! Много добра локация. На пешеходно разстояние от гарата и от всички забележителности за посещение. Отлична хигиена. Много любезен и мил персонал, който винаги се интересуваше как сме, добре ли прекарваме и имаме ли нужда от нещо. Приятна изненада беше картичката с лично послание за " Добре дошли". С удоволствие бих посетила хотела отново и бих го препоръчала на приятелите си. Благодаря!

Hotel Aria is conveniently located to Nice old town, about a 10-15 minute walk. Reception staff are available 24/7 and were able to help with inquiries. The room was basic but has everything you need and the air conditioning worked well.

The bathroom and bedroom are quite dark as there isn’t much lighting. The shower is also very small, in a decent sized bathroom. The bed and pillows are quite uncomfortable.

Very clean room - well appointed. Choice at breakfast was limited but all items were of excellent quality and the dining room was calm - no queuing for coffee etc. Free still and fizzy water at all times. Aircon was quiet and effective. Helpful staff. Overall, a lovely stay.

Room/bathroom were on the small side but they were well appointed.

True value for money & well located near to everything.. including the train station - I tried this one after exhausting myself after an Arbnb and a Marriot brand fooling me with pictures that didn't match reality , I checked in here with similar hopes but was happy with the result.. the same day after 2 disappointing rounds ( and wasting almost 700Euros with both other brands & uber )

Pidin erityisesti henkilökunnan lämminhenkisyydestä. Jokainen hotellivieras otettiin avosylin vastaan ja tuntui, että olin ennemminkin vieraana ystäväni luona kuin hotellissa. Tunnelma oli kotoisa. Aamiainen oli riittävä ja koottu tuoreista ja laadukkaista vaihtoehdoista. Hotellin sisustus oli viehättävä ja kaikki huoneet olivat sisustettu persoonallisesti ja tyylikkäästi. Huoneessa oli safety box, loistavaa! Matkalaukkusäilytys oli hoidettu asianmukaisesti. Huonesiivous hoitui ripeästi ja hyvin. Sänky oli mukava ja ilmastointi tehokas.

Ilmastointilaitteen asetuksia (lämpötilaa) ei jostain syystä saanut muuttaa. Tämän vuoksi huoneessa oli jossain kohtaa jo jopa hieman kylmä.

Convenient location for station, buses, beach and town centre. Comfortable bed, balcony overlooking Mozart Square, buffet breakfast was exceptional for choice and quality. Air conditioning in bedroom, staff were very helpful. Loved the old lift, stylish.

An awkward toilet position in our room, too close to the bath edge. The wardrobe could do with updating, a bit scruffy.

The room was very large in comparison to other large city hotels. The location was perfect for my plans, close to sites, public transportation, grocery stores, etc. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, yet it looked good when passing the dining room on my way out.

Maybe post signs in the lobby, elevator & each floor for tourists to be respectful of others by being quiet. I had some rather noisy neighbors slamming doors & talking loudly early in the morning and late at night.

My favorite part of this hotel was the 5 min walk to the train station since we used the train multiple days for travel. Rooms were comfy and good size. There was a separation door for the bedroom to the bathroom area. A/C worked great. Was greeted with a nice welcome note on the table in our room 😀

Breakfast was not worth the money but it was located in a nice dining area. Elevator is tiny. One person with luggage at a time.

Hotel in a good location, walking distance to the major atractions, in a calm residential area but super close to the train station. Room good enough for a couple of days spent almost entirely outside the hotel. Hotel is clean and our room had a bathtub.

Kind of expensive for what is offered, but nothing uncommon in this area. Breakfast is basic and you almost have to do it yourself: you must squeeze the oranges for a fresh orange juice, etc...

Great position, our room was small but very comfortable and quiet. The front desk people were friendly and helpful providing maps and helpful advice.

Some vehicle noise outside, but not excessive. We didn’t experience noisy guests in the hotel. Hotel staff were pleasant So all in all, a positive experience. Pleasant neighbourhood.

La, Habitación doble comfort muy pequeña y escaso lugar de guardado. Baño cómodo en relación al tamaño del cuarto. Ante un problema de cañería en la habitación lo solucionaron satisfactoriamente para nosotros hospedandonos en una habitación superior.

Tesis konum olarak çok merkezi tren istasyonuna çok yakın Monako’ta ve Cannes a çok rahatlıkla geçebilirsiniz. Gün içerisinde kahvaltı salonu da bulunan kahve makinasından ve çay ikramlarından faydalanabilirsiniz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim .

The location is excellent

Staff were rude and unhelpful, and could not provide even basic information such as transit to the airport. The facilities in the room were very basic and quite frankly inadequate, The historic lelevator is tiny and is rarely available when needed. The hotel is very overpriced for the level of comfort and service provided.

Great Hotel. Well located just 7 minutes from train station and 15 minutes from promenade. Very good reception staff. Room was better than expected with a comfortable bed. Great old lift. My wife took all our luggage in the lift and I went up the stairs. Lots of good well priced eating areas close by. Mozart Park opposite was fun watching the dogs being given some exercise. Would stay again.

Ett hotell som låg nära allt ( mellan Nice Ville tågstationen och Stranden), fantastiskt bra läge i ett lugnt område. Frukost som har det mesta, önskade lite grönt (paprika, gurka) till maka, ev. filmjölk och bättre kvalitet på kaffe. Variera gärna brödet och ostarna och påläggen till frukosten. Det blir lite tråkigt med samma en hel vecka. Härligt att man kunde ta kaffe, saft, fruktyoghurt under hela hela vistelsen, tom karaff med vatten/saft till rummet. Det städades varje dag, rena sängkläder och handdukar varje dag.

Allt var till belåtenhet! Kanske godare kaffe!

The property had a very good location to explore Nice and the surrounding areas by train. The staff are all very friendly.

The rooms are a little small with not much space to store bags.

This is the first property I’ve stayed at that had a personalised post card of Nice in the room welcoming us. Was such a cute touch that I still smile about days after leaving! The hotel was lovely, clean & a lot more modern internally than I was expecting. Only a 5 minute walk from the main train station & a 10 minute walk to the promenade/beach or main spots in town. Loved every minute of our stay in Nice & would definitely stay at Aria again

No small fridge in the rooms & the uphill walk back to the train station (which obviously is no fault of the property lol)

Generally, the hotel is very nice, with a great design, friendly staff, and an excellent location.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The towels and bed sheets were not properly washed, and there was a lot of dirt in the corners, especially near the skirting boards and around the bed frame. I also got bitten during the night, probably by bed bugs. I don’t know if we were just unlucky with the room and the rest is fine, or if all rooms are like this.

We loved our stay here. Pierre was very very nice and extremely attentive. Pierre was our favorite!! Gave us excellent directions and recommendations for walking around the city. Explained everything about the hotel in detail making sure we were well informed. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Great location. Short walks between train station and nearby beach. Many great cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby.

Shower was a little awkward and we wished the tv had options to cast from our devices to ghee other options to watch from. But other than that no major complaints. Our stay was lovely

Convenient location close to the train station. Russell at the front desk was excellent — very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice with a good variety.

The room we received was not the Comfort Double we reserved. The substitute room was in poor condition: peeling wallpaper and flooring, a bed that felt smaller than a double and was pushed against the wall with no side table, a non‑functional safe (which staff said they were already aware of but reassured us that the area is safe), a deadbolt that didn’t work, and a broken reading light. The bathroom was poorly lit with only two small ceiling pot lights, and the shower was so small it was difficult to turn around. When we reported the issues, we were told a room change could be considered the next morning. We were moved the following day to the room type shown on the website. When I asked why the initial room wasn’t listed anywhere on their website, the response was that ‘not all rooms can be shown,’ which didn’t address the quality concerns — and of course you wouldn’t advertise a room with peeling wallpaper and flooring.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Friendly staff. Great location for the train station and short walk to the beach. Family rooms ideal for families or groups of 4.
