Mizerie si miros urat peste tot

The location was great, and the staff were very helpful.

There was an unpleasant, stale smell in the corridors, as though they hadn’t been aired out for a while.

Staff was very kind, they offered complimentary coffee and water in the lobby, the location was walking distance from cafes and shops. The check in was quick and easy.

We stayed on the third floor and the hallway lights only turned on when you were underneath and the hallway was very stuffy and humid. Our room was small but fine for us, however, the shower was small and the door was broken and the light above the mirror did not turn on. There was also some kind of renovation happening every morning at 6am which woke us up.

Obsługa , czystość

Location

Bigger room

Great service, welcoming staff, comfortable beds.

Very pleasat comfortable and well-located hotel

Molto vicina alla spiaggia

Stanza e bagno molto piccoli

Location perfect. Close to everything. Clean and AC works. Breakfast was good for the price. Very cozy rooms. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Will stay again.

Very nice hotel, great location

The hotel is a dump. On our first day the the shower flooded a carpeted room. The drain was clogged and had to be cleaned out. The carpet was all wet. The hotel is tired and needs to be updated. They never offered any kind of reimbursement for our troubles. The staff was super friendly.

We had a great stay, reception went above and beyond to help us modify our booking to add an additional day and they made it so easy!

Beautiful experience and great location. The staff is amazing and makes sure to take care of your special needs. Warm lobby and rooms, while small by U.S. standards, were clean and well laid out. Terrace was a perfect place to unwind after a day of tourist stuff. They really tried to make our 6 night stay special.

Lovely hotel! It was in a great area

Great location and easy to sleep

Excellent location, amenities and service!

The Hotel needs complete renovation

Everything at the hotel was excellent—the staff, the cleanliness, and the perfect location: just 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the promenade with restaurants and shops. There is a bakery right below the hotel. You can also borrow beach gear—such as a parasol, a mat, or a small chair—from the hotel free of charge. There wasn't a huge variety of items for breakfast, but everything there was very tasty and of high quality.

I have just one constructive comment. Breakfast was served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. After 10 a.m., some food items were no longer available; that is something that could be improved.

The location is perfect. Receptionists are nice and helpful. But the lady who was in charge of restaurant specially for breakfast in the morning was bad tempered and not hospitable. Also cleaning the room wasn’t don perfectly. The variety of breakfast buffet was good.

Great place to stay, very close to the beach. Room is clean. Not very big but not cramped either. The only problem is that if you end up in some room the wifi is weak.

Close to everything, clean, cold AC and the staff was extremely friendly and informative.

Sooooo great! Perfect location. You must stay here—super clean, super friendly and helpful, like a concierge. Delicious, generous breakfast, too! We hope to be back soon.

Location was perfect and staff was very friendly and helpful

Room was too small for 3 persons and air was not cool enough.

Excellent boutique hotel- located behind the Negressco hotel. Very friendly staff. Had 3 adults in my room with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. Spacious room with AC. About 10-15 minute walk to train station. Highly recommend if you are staying in Nice.

Location 4/5 close to beach, shops and tram Rooms 3/5 very small Breakfast 5/5 great Cleanliness 1/5 we had a sewer smell I bathroom for entire stay. They tried to fix it but couldn't. Also no mattress protector on beds which isn't acceptable, plus mattress badly stained see pics. Made me feel like it was really unclean. Helpful staff 5/5 they were all great. It could be such a great place if only the cleaning standards were raised. Just basics like clean beds, use of mattress and pillow protectors would be a good start. Carpet needs a deep clean too.

Organizzazione scomoda

The staff were very helpful and changed us to a bigger room when my husband decided to join us on holiday.

Nothing, it was in a great location, only 1 street back from the beach.

Great location. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping too.

Room small

Everything sooo perfect, this eas our second time at this hotel and we will definitely return. The only thing ee really missed was a few extra hooks/more possibility for hanging/drying wet towels and swimsuits. All in all: excellent value for money.

Good stay love the place perfect for all ages

It was a very good stay, I enjoy.

Location:5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Room: 2/5 (small dorm room style) Value: 4/5 Cleanliness:3.5/5 ( need to replace carpets) Noise level: 4/5 ( rooms are close so it felt like the neighbors were walking in our room) Service: 5/5 (very helpful) Amenities:3/5 ( breakfast available for a fee)

Was very nice, i love the room is very comfortable. I love the hotel 💗

Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce. Cudowny taras. Blisko do plaży i Starego Miasta. Cudownie 😊

super lokalizacja personel bardzi pomocny u mily Pani z recepcji z Polski bardzo pomocna i uprzejma

Rummet var svårt angripet av svartmögel!!

Wonderful location, close to the water/Promenade, dozens and dozens of shops, bakeries, restaurants. Warm welcome and always available staff. Any person I asked went out of his/her way to be helpful and pleasant! My room was clean and comfortable. The common spaces, including some outdoor space, are nice places to relax or gather. The honor bar in the lobby seating area is a nice, welcoming touch.

Bathroom was quite small without counterspace. But there's a small rolling shelf unit in the bath so things can be easily stored.

Jacqueline and her team were super accomodating and helpful. Check-in was super smooth and Jacqueline is super friendly. The location is great, walking distance from the old town and the beach and lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are Clean and hotel is very close to the sea. Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel has umbrella and sea stuff to use for free. Definitely recommend if you come to Nice for summer holiday.

Läget är fantastiskt! Frukosten var toppen!

Städningen!

Very good location, close to the sea and lots of places to eat.

Not very accessible by car for unloading luggage.

Nothing but great things to say. It was easy to get around on foot from here. Staff was amazing

Such a nice kind staff in the heart of Nice! Merci

Bien placé

Difficile de se garer

Nice hotel in a great location. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

The best hotel! So nice service!

Great hotel! Staff were welcoming and helpful!

Great experience the hotel staff was kind

Close to everything, very good for a short stay.

L’emplacement, personnel sympathique

Mini bar vide , literie moyenne, insonorisation médiocre

Bien ubicado, cómodo y limpio.

Locatie was prima

Kleine warme kamers.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked it at the last minute, expecting it to be just a place to rest, but it offered so many great perks—from a private beach club and spacious, clean rooms to beach gear rentals, a lovely patio, and a superb front desk team. My only regret is not discovering this place sooner! The location was also perfect: less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and not far from the train station. There’s a lot to love about this hotel!

Very friendly staff. Excellent beach access. rooms were clean and comfortable. great location. affordable and tasty breakfast. also fair parking.

The hotel is small and boutique, and conveniently located with a cute vibe.

The bathroom/ toilet smelled like sewer and we had to close the lid and the door to avoid smelling it in the room

Excellent stay Very close to any place Nice rooms Very good breakfast We enjoyed!!

Great hotel, central to everything. No issues.

Wonderful experience. A very warm and helpful staff. Wonderful location near the beach.

Location. Staff was pleasant and accommodating

The Small Family Room was far too small for a family of five, with virtually no space for luggage or to move around comfortably. The bunk bed room had no ventilation and remained hot and stuffy despite the air conditioning running at full power, while the AC vents blew directly onto the main bed. The toilet barely worked, requiring multiple flushes each time, and there were ants in the bathroom and the smaller bedroom. The overall standard of maintenance and cleanliness was disappointing, and considering the room cost almost €1,000 for two nights, it offered very poor value for money. I also developed several very itchy bites after the stay, which I will be reporting to the hotel so they can investigate.

The incredibly helpful and friendly staff makes this property a fantastic experience! Everyone we encountered at the hotel went out of their way to suggest or advise about the area. Air conditioning was adequate during the heat wave. Mats, umbrella and towels are available to use at public beach. Laundry service was reasonable and fast! Loved the filtered water available in the lobby and even a mini ice maker! Room was comfortable. Location is excellent.

Nice hotel, nice stuff and beautiful rooms.

Clean and nice hotel with a very good location. Friendly staff. We were offered complimentary water upon arrival and departure. Bonus: you get free drinks when you skip a day of housekeeping + there are several great pastry shops just around the corner 🥐

Great location and very clean Very good breakfast also Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Senttral beliggenhet.

The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to the main attractions in Nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the late check-out option and the possibility to leave our luggage safely at the hotel until our flight. Thanks to the wonderful team, my mother, sister, and I had a fantastic city break.

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

My mother, sister, and I stayed at this hotel from June 11–13, 2026, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk from the beach and very close to Nice’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. We enjoyed a dream city break, and this hotel played a big part in making it so memorable. Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. They were always happy to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room, which made our stay even more comfortable. On our last day, we opted for a late check-out, and after that, we were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel until it was time for our flight. This thoughtful service allowed us to enjoy our final hours in Nice without any worries. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice!

Super freundliches Personal und tolle Lage!

Perfect location - within walking distance to the beach & old town Very friendly staff, helped whenever needed e.g providing an ironing board and hair dryer Clean rooms, a bit on the smaller side but still perfect for 2 people - we had 2 large cases & 2 small cases and it was still fine Lovely breakfast - toast, eggs, bacon, pastries, tea, coffee and more

Location

My room was small

Lots of flies.

Location was great. Close to the beach, tram and train lines so could get around easily. Staff at reception and the lady who did breakfast were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Maybe new towels for the bathroom

Room looked very nice and clean. Desk workers super Nice Bed was perfect with option of choosing your pillow Location perfect. Short walk to nice streets with small restaurants When the windows where closed noise was canceled out

Camera, reception, pulizia, eleganza, posizione

Ungeheuer netter Empfang, Top-Personal. Absoluter Geheimtipp zu einem sensationellen Preis.

The location was perfect, super close to the beach, staff was very friendly & helpful & there were lots of facilities in the room.

Hôtel centrally located in Nice, quiet area which is great. Friendly staff and equipped with everything you might need!

Sehr gute Lage ! Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal! Sehr sauberes Zimmer

Es war alles erwartungsgemäß

Very nice stay in the heart of the Nice. Hotel is on perfect location with full service and help from the stuff, who is very nice and generous. But the most important it that is very clean.

Clean and friendly staff Modern update to rooms which were nice

Mattress and pillows were not comfortable

Super Lage.
