المكان رائع كمنتجع و اخترت المكان بعيد عن اماكن الفعاليات ولكن لا شي بعيد جدا فالوصول للاماكن السياحية سهل مابين 35-45 دقيقه كاقصى حد والموظفون جيدون والاستقبال كانوا متعاونين وكذلك المطعم كان جيد جدا لكن الطعام الحلال قليل و طاقم المطعم متعاون ويقدمون النصح والاختيارات الحلال وابتسامتهم دائما تعلوا وجوههم و تعاملهم راقي جدا فشكرا للجميع .

مسبح احد الفيلتين كان مفترض يكون نظيف خصوصا وان قدومي لديهم به علم بالتاريخ والساعه كثرة السحالي في الفيلا موضوع خصم مبلغ 25 دينار من التأمين بسبب ان التان كان على المناشف اعتقد مبالغ فيها جدا خصوصا على مناشف اصلا مستهلكة جدا وتم تسليم الفيلا سليمة بكل مرافقها .

Very bad smell in bathrooms water always flooded Check out they try to make us pay for nothing You have to return all the things in same place so not make you delay more than half hour for checking villa

مكان جميل يبعد عن اقرب شاطئ 5-10 دقايق مشي، يودونكم الفندق للشاطئ بس لها اوقات معينة، فيه شطاف، ومريح ونظيف

المكان جميل و هادي للاسترخاء في منطقه معزوله

بالرغم من جمال المكان الا انه يفتقر للنظافه العميقه .. و وجود رائحة في المكان بحكم انه الابواب تكون دائما مفتوحه لانها زجاج .. عمال النظافه غير حريصين على النظافه نهائيا .. هناك رائحه بول على الكراسي الخيزران الداخليه و ممتلأه بالغبار .. تحتاج الى غسيل قوي لازاله الاوساخ و الرائحه .. الفراش به رائحه و هذا يدل على عدم غسل الشراشف او انه استخدام شخص اخر .. لانه بعد ان طلبت تغيير الشراشف اختفت الرائحه ... و هناك انبعاث رائحه مجاري في الحمامات بعد جربان المياه فيها .. بالنسبه للشاور عند الاستحمام تتغير درجه حرارة الماء بين البارد و الساخن اثناء الاستحمام و هذا شيء مزعج وخصوصا للاطفال و اصابتهم بحروق .. و السليبر مستعمل من مليون شخص .. وعذا غير صحي ابدا .حتى و لو يتم غسله ... يجب توافر سلبيرات استعمال مره واحده لكل ضيف .. باختصار .. يجب النظر في موضوع النظافه و الرائحه لكي يكتمل جمال المكان لانه ثاني انطباع للضيف بعد جمال المكان

The privacy of the Villa

The villa itself was beautiful, but unfortunately the overall experience was affected by the way the hotel handled guests. My children were unable to fully enjoy our stay because the hotel created an atmosphere of worry rather than comfort. Upon arrival, we found a booklet listing the replacement cost of every item in the villa, with what seemed to be extremely high prices. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt anxious about accidentally damaging something. To make matters worse, after our first day, I received a message claiming that we had broken a cup and would be charged for it. I am about 80% sure that we had been very careful, so this was both surprising and disappointing. A five-star hotel should make guests feel relaxed and welcomed, not worried about potential charges throughout their stay. I hope the hotel reviews its approach, as it negatively affected our family experience, especially for our children.

Super Anlage und tolle Zimmer mit viel Platz. Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen war super.

Die Lage ist nicht so gut man braucht in die Stadt je nach Verkehr 30 bis 40 Minuten mit dem Taxi

Room was very old compared to the pictures. I expected much more than this. Air conditioners were not cold at all. The reception staff were a bit rude and not welcoming.

We hebben meerdere malen gevraagd of de filter van het zwembad aankon maar dit gebeurde niet. Het heeft de eerste dag aangestaan bij aankomst en is vervolgens niet meer aan geweest. Hierdoor konden we jammer genoeg niet zwemmen. (Waar ik eigenlijk voor heb betaald)

Villas are 100% recommendations for staying! Modern style, private pool, two floors (in duplex), fresh furniture, 100% private relax. Also recommend take seafood BBQ (personal bring all you need and fresh seafood on your villa) - it's not expensive and a lot of impressive! And you 100% must visit massage therapist-also not expensive and fantastic feeling. Breakfast very good for this price, including local food and menu items.

- สำหรับคนที่ต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวในการเล่นน้ำ ขอห้องที่มีสระหน้าบ้าน+ต้นไม้ทึบ จะดีกว่า ห้องที่มีสระหลังบ้าน (สระหลังบ้านจะไม่ส่วนตัว ชั้น2 บ้านด้านหลังมองลงมาเห็น) - ทีวีเข้า youtube ไม่ได้ ช่องที่มีส่วนมากเป็นฟรีทีวี

The room, personal pool

Location is very far from any Resturant’s, shops and any entertainment. To get to city 40 to 50 minutes with taxi and lots of traffic, The breakfast very limited options and some items like cheese not fresh.staff are average.

הבריכה תמיד מוצלת ואין שמש בכל שעות היום. מדרגות מסוכנות בוילה. נשפך קולה על הרצפה וניקינו עם המגבת אמבטיה חייבו אותנו 500 בהאט על זה שהמגבת מלוכלכת נשמע לי הזוי !

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, with cheerful smiles at both the front counter and staffs in the restaurant. We ordered shabu to enjoy in the room. The price was very reasonable and definitely worth the money.

I would like to suggest adding more lighting in the bedroom and around the swimming pool area.

Den Komfort den man sich erwartet bekommt man nicht, qualitativ ist die Ausstattung schlecht, bett mittelmäßig, Bad Duschkopf sollte schon vor jahren getauscht werden, kein wasserdruck, es sind auch nicht 170m2 sondern ein Raum mit ca. 35m2 plus ein Bad ca.10m2 also ca.45m2 Zimmerfläche. Frühstück auch nicht besonders gut

وايد بعيد عن كل شي اقل درب 25 دقيقة و المسبح وايد بارد و تصميم المبني مايخلي الشمس اطق المسبح و الغرفة وايد وايد قديمه و مستهلكة يحتاج للتجديد و الحمام الي تحت ريحته مجاري اذا ماسكرت باب الحمام تدخل عليك ريحة المجاري لي الصاله .

The place is nice, cozy, suitable for family vacation. The service is also absolutely best, especially for Mr Ken n Mr Tee.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious—great for families or friends since there are two separate rooms. The property isn’t very modern, but it’s clean and comfortable. That said, I did not like the A/C because it blows directly on your face and the direction isn’t adjustable. It made sleeping uncomfortable.

I did not enjoy my stay. The A/C in the room blew directly onto the bed/face and the vent direction could not be adjusted. I woke up with my face freezing and had to sleep with my head covered just to avoid the air blowing on me all night. The other major inconvenience was checkout. They required sending someone to inspect the room twice to make sure nothing was missing. That felt disrespectful and unnecessary—especially since they already had my credit card deposit to cover any incidentals. This is not the kind of process you expect from a high-end hotel, and it wasted my time. I would not stay here again.

Bad experience overall. Not worth considering . Equipments not working and toilets showers not working and toilets flooded when bathing.

Very friendly staff, especially Ken! But the property is a bit worn down. Maintenance needed. We stayed in the privately owned villas, can not speak for the hotel, which may be in a better shape. The difference between the hotel villas and privately rented villas is also confusing to guests.

Boutique hotel with great breakfast, private villas. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - especially Khun Ken who assisted us with our check out and the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Facilities are ok - not too impressive.

Ken and Ton good service, the place is very chill good for relaxing, although it's a bit far from the city Novemeber is kind of chill so it will be a bit windy

Pretty solid, from the room to the breakfast. Had eggs royale every day and loved having the white noise of the pool lull me to sleep every night. A premium experience, start to finish. Ken, the shuttle driver, was super on top of everything too.
