Very good

I was there for work. Excellent wifi, comfortable room with all the amenities I needed and staff were attentive and helpful. Restaurant downstairs with a great selection of drinks, snacks and main courses. Very central position. My favourite hotel when I'm in town on business.

Travelling Lombok one can only return the Taman for the true centre of Sengiggi . A warm welcome back by all the staff and their great service , food and pool.

Het personeel. Zo behulpzaam, vriendelijk, attent. Dit hotel heeft veel te danken aan zijn personeel. Dat maakt dat ik een hoger punt geef als dat het hotel waard is aan faciliteiten.

Geen koelkast, geen koud drinken in de avond nacht. Ook kon je eten wat je eigenlijk wilde bewaren door het koud te zetten in de koelkast, weggooien. Ruimte van badkamer niet onderhouden, douchekop kwam met schroeven en al van de tegel wand af. Riool van wasbak zat verstopt, tegels en voegen etc toe aan vervanging. Vloer rooftop en ook zwembad jaren lang geen onderhoud. Er staken spijkers uit de vloer. Airco werkt goed, echter nooit geen filters van vervangen. Deze zat vol met stof. Hoestklachten tot gevolg. Eten en drinken duur, 3 tot 5 keer zo duur als supermarkt of lokale wahrungs. Is ook niet erg als de faciliteiten up to date zouden zijn, daarom dat ik het aanhaal. Investeren in dit hotel!

The Taman is perfectly located on the Senggegi strip, close to all the facilities and nightlight. It has a delightful garden restaurant and bar and a varied quality menu. Thera a rooftop pool which is great to relax by. Staff are delightful and helpful

The pool deck was fabulous. Near the beach. The breakfast was great value and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lots of little extras. Reading lights, internet that works, international plugs etc.

Hanya lokasi yang mgkin bagus, properti sangat beda jauh dgn apa yg ditampilkan diweb, pintu susah ditutup ( pintu balkon), apalagi view didepan balkoni ada tanah kosong yg tidak terawat dan terkesan kalau malam hr sangat mengaganggu. Kita liburan keluarga memilih utk tidak stay dihotel. Mungkin perlu maintanance hotel agar lbh rapi dan nyaman buat tamu , melihatlokasinya sangat bagus.

I ove staying at this quaint little hotel. It’s central so I can walk to the other attractions. The rooftop pool is a real bonus and the staff are lovely. I think it’s my fourth stay.

We had a good time during our stay here. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom/ room had a bit of a mouldy smell, if attention was brought to that we would stay again. The location was great as it was close to everything and had beaches around as well as lots of great restaurants!

We loved this sweet little hotel.It could not be more central which we like. Of course being in the center of the action means you hear the mosque but not having to get transport back to your hotel from the bars and restaurants was a big plus for us.The room was ultra clean and having a great breakfast including vegetarian was great .

I was very happy with my recent stay. Right from the check in,The staff impressed me with his efficiency. His genuine warmth and helpfulness with ordering breakfast etc struck me. Then when I arrived at my room, I knew straight away that this was a very well run hotel . There is nothing special about the design of the hotel apart from being fitted behind the Garden restaurant , but the style , while not ultra modern is lovely, as was the presentation and cleanliness.

The way they run the hotel i like it, central of senggigi and everything was near here, easy to get what you whant it , haight recomended

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das angrenzende Restaurant hat eine vielfältige Küche und das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker.

Leider ist das Hotel schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ursprünglich ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht, dieses Zimmer hatte jedoch kein richtiges Fenster und es roch im Badezimmer sehr schlimm. Daraufhin haben wir kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein premium Zimmer erhalten. Dennoch war es nicht wirklich sauber und die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal hat sich dennoch sehr darum bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und hat täglich unseren Raum gesäubert. Der Pool war zu unserem Aufenthalt gesperrt. Das war sehr schade, da wie gehofft hatten uns an den Pool legen zu können.

The room was spacious and airy. Universal power points made things easy.The bed was very comfortable. Lots of clean, fresh towels. Breakfast was great value. A coffee machine made really great cappuccino. The fruit salad was excellent. The host and the whole staff were very polite, accommodating and friendly.

La struttura più sporca che io abbia mai visto in vita mia ed è 40 anni che giro lenzuola macchiate di sangue e con impronta di scarpa formiche in camera pulci nel letto porco in tutta la struttura camminata. Mio figlio ha camminato due minuti a piedi scalzi in camera e aveva i piedi neri di cui allego le foto

The best things about the hotel are the central location, the incredible restaurant (don’t go anywhere else - just eat in the garden restaurant) and the absolutely lovely staff. I’ve stayed here before and I will definitely come back. It is just fantastic.

There is nothing I didn’t like. It is a bargain. For the price you can’t go wrong. I sincerely highly recommend the place.

La note booking de 7,9 ne reflète en aucun cas la réalité de l'hôtel: - salle de bain en piteuse état, pas de pomme de douche, pas d'évacuation des eaux (toilettes inaccessibles après la douche). Huisseries et robinetterie sales et moisies. - deuxième lit, dans chambre familiale, posé à même le sol. Fortes odeurs de moisie et d'humidité (presque insoutenable). Installation électrique douteuse. - les communs ne sont pas entretenus. - la majorité du personnel ne parle pas anglais - etc... Ne gaspillez pas votre argent. Pour information, un problème de sécurité informatique à provoquer un piratage sur mon compte bancaire (600€).

Great location right in the heart of Sengiggi. Brilliant food. Excellent staff. The best budget accommodation in Indonesia. I’ve been here twice and am already planning a third visit. Highly recommended. You just can’t go wrong for the price. I love it. An amazing hotel with everything you need.

Location central for day trips and multiple restaurants all round after a day of exploring. Staff organised our adventures and transport to the Gili islands. Easy pleasant experience in a foreign country.

Great value hotel in the middle of Senggigi with a rooftop pool. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast fruit salads and excellent coffee. Staff were always ready to help and made us feel at home.

Location , Friendly staff , delicious food with an amazing varied menu . Strawberry milkshakes , Eggs Benedict( plenty of pepper in the shakers ) , Great coffee with Peter the owner always up for a chat . I love that you walk up ramps and not stairs . Very spacious rooms and great air cond . 12.00 pm check out . The roof top pool is amazing . I'll be back !!

Very disappointing overall, not at all like the pictures The room was very much below standard, the wall and ceiling had mold The bathroom and shower were extremely old and not adequate ( my son was upset the second we walked in) The breakfast was too small a portion ; two eggs & a piece of toast ; below expectations The pool needs serious cleaning The room didn’t even have a trash bin The mosque across the street is very inconsiderate of the surrounding environment 😔 reciting Quran on loudspeakers at 4 am for a long duration non- stop , totally disturbing!! And not the norm for a mosque at all! We expected a lot more , so not at all value for money; would not come back!

Second visit here, everything is great!! any problems and the super friendly staff are on it immediately .Best location in Sengiggi and the rooftop pool is a bonus for a relaxing dip. Recommend it to anyone visiting Sengiggi.

Et super fint hotel, med en rigtig god central beliggenhed. Alt hvad man har behov for er i gå afstand. Derudover er personalet super flinke og hjælpsomme.

Hôtel laissé à l'abandon. Restaurants/cuisines salles : des baskets posées sur le plan de travail. La wifi fonctionne une fois sur 10 et on ne capte pas bien non plus avec la 4G. Chambre remplie de fourmies y compris dans le lit. Des trous de cigarettes sur le canapé. Salle de bain extrêmement salle, le pommeau de douche ne fonctionne pas du tout (même après avoir été "réparé") + odeur d'égouts infecte !!!! Impossible de profiter du rooftop: Piscine salle, pas du tout entretenue, les tables se détériorent, les transat sont quasiment tous cassés avec des trous partout. Nous avons eu des hotels largement mieux pour 8€ la nuit. Fortement déçue. Nous ne pouvions pas annuler donc nous avons dû prendre sur nous pendant une semaine. Dans l'incompréhension de cette note de 8 sur booking. Pourtant nous ne sommes pas difficile.....

I understand the accomodation is old but I think need to keep always. Everything is good but just need to improve all aspect.

This place ticks all the boxes ,clean rooms with comfortable beds and spotless bedding ,very helpful and smiling staff ,I had a very late check in and they were waiting for me..Best location in Sengiggi shops vg massage spa,restaurants all very close by.5 mins walk to the beach .Nice garden restaurant downstairs with good coffee and breakfast. A rooftop POOL ......great for watching the beautiful sunsets every night !! Highly recommended...good price for what you get as well.

5am wake up call…””ala Akbar “…totally unnecessary with three mosques in close proximity…far too loud and no need to have every page of the Koran broadcast for an hour…doesn’t happen in Mecca…a simple broadcast to say “ hey you guys, wake up it’s time to pray” would suffice

Verblijf stelde toch teleur, vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk bed maar hygiëne en onderhoud van de kamer waren niet zoals gehoopt

Je suis arrivé tard et j'ai eu la chambre 3 Delux paraît-il. Air vicié, odeur de renfermé et de gaz d'échappement. J'ai dû ouvrir la fenêtre toute la nuit pour avoir un peu d'air respirable, évidemment la moustiquaire était déchirée. La porte de la chambre à une partie en verre dépoli. Je me demande qui a eu l'heureuse idée d'installer ça ? Résultat ; impossible d'avoir du noir complet pour dormir. Je ne vous parle pas du lavabo bouché avec des traces de dentifrice des hôtes précédents sur les parois . Cet hôtel n'est pas cher mais il l'est encore trop vu la médiocre prestation. Pour 2 ou 3 euros de plus on peut trouver beaucoup mieux.

El olor de la habitación, taza del baño sucia y sábanas manchadas. Entiendo que por el precio todo sea sencillo, pero debieran preocuparse por la higiene.

Staff were very sweet, it had a nice relaxation area it was centrally located it had air con it was cheap it was near the Gili islands

It was my fault, it was a small room, you get what you pay for, only two people were staying there, It was just too claustrophobic, I had to move out to a more luxurious place on the beach using booking.com , the photo of the property was too good

Les 2 jeunes filles pour le déjeuner sont toujours souriantes.

J ai été malade tellement il y avait de moisissures partout dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Le ménage n a pas été fait depuis très longtemps. A la piscine toute les chaises sont défoncés et les coussins sont remplis de fourmis. Les marchés de piscines sont gluante.

L’état de la chambre était déplorable. Cloques de peinture, traces d’humidité et moisissure, douche partiellement fonctionnelle (pas de pommeau de douche) serrure de porte bloquée. La chambre souffrait également d’une mauvaise isolation sonore, musique de boîte de nuit jusqu’à 4h comme si on y était et chants religieux à partir de 5h, impossible de dormir. Le restaurant était à la hauteur de la chambre, viande caoutchouteuse et dure au dîner et petit déjeuner continental non satisfaisant, le croissant était dur comme de la pierre.

Es un hotel grande pero demasiado descuidado, habitación muy descuidadas baño muy feo, las fotos engañan, no hay nevera para tener algo de beber frío a mano, el desayuno es muy simple.

The owner Puspa is a lovely person and extremely informative and helpful about what to do and where to go around Senggigi and Lombok. She arranged taxis and good scooter rental for us. The hotel restaurant has reasonably priced food which was delicious. For the price, the amenities and the central location, this place is a must.

The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and catered for. The hotel is excellent value for money and in the centre of town. We didn’t have transport and really didn’t need scooter etc.

This hotel has a great rooftop infinity pool with views to the ocean and jungle. It’s smack bang in the middle off Senggigi so you can walk to all the attractions. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.

This is my second time staying in this place with a long trip from my country, but i like it here, the staff are incredibly helpful, the atmosphere is calming, and the thing i didn't expect is the amazing hotel owners, Mr. Peter and Mrs. Puspa, thank you all, i highly recommend this place.
