The main bedroom was dusty and gave allergies to my daughter and her baby! She got scratchy eyes and the baby kept coughing and crying at night

Néanmoins : piscine toute petite et froide. Le logement est face à la mer mais zone où on ne peut pas se baigner. La propreté sur canapé laisse à désirer ….et c’est déjà marqué depuis des mois sur les commentaires … Les odeurs de remontées d’égouts étaient très très fortes Et surtout le bruit…des 6h du matin c’est comme si vous dormiez dans la rue… dommage …

Nous avons bénéficié d'un appartement en rez de jardin très spacieux avec une très belle vue en front de mer. La construction dispose de 3 étages et 12 appartements. Plutôt excentré du centre ville et de l'agitation, c'est très tranquille. Le ménage est fait tous les 4 jours. Il n'y a pas de comptoir d'accueil, il faut donc contacter par WhatsApp le personnel si nécessaire, et notamment lors de la remise des clés et de la télécommande du portail.

La petite plage est agréable, il y a peu de personne, mais elle ne permet pas la baignade car les eaux sont très peu profondes. Je recommande plutôt les plages de Mont Choisi, Pereybère ou la plage publique de Trou aux Biches, si vous disposez d'une voiture. Le dépôt de garanti se fait uniquement en espèce, il faut donc être prévoyant.

We stayed at these apartments on the recommendation of our friends and did not regret our choice for a moment. It is a wonderful apartment with a beautiful view, and the staff are always available and very responsive. The day after we left, we realized that we had forgotten a few personal belongings there. We contacted the staff, and they immediately helped us retrieve them without any delay. We really appreciated their excellent service and assistance.

Мне очень сильно понравилось в объекте размещение нахождения его прямо на берегу пляжа. Получился дополнительный уют. Понравилось дополнительная опция возможности уборки апартаментов хоть каждый день (за дополнительные деньги)

Мы не пользовались кондиционерами а просто открывали окна, а так как наши апартаменты находились на земле все внешние блоки кондиционеров находились у нас под окнами и люди над нами при использовании кондиционеров создавали гул этих блоков

Fantastisk stor og flot lejlighed med godt køkken. Fremragende udsigt til palmer og havet. Skøn lille sandstrand lige foran lejligheden (dog ikke badevenlig). Dejligt, at det var muligt at bestille morgenmad!

Gulvet var ikke helt rent, men ellers var lejligheden ren og pæn. Madrasser og hovedpuder var lidt hårde.

Even the basic need item which is drinking water is not provided. Master bedroom toilet door was broken.

Apartamento moderno, espacioso, bien equipado y con vistas increíbles. Buena localización para recorrer el norte de la isla. Personal muy amable y flexible. Buenos restaurantes cerca y también supermercados. Parada del autobús para ir a Port Louis o a Grand Baie a 20m. Lugar muy recomendable, repetiría sin duda alguna.

Ventanas no aíslan del ruido y los dormitorios están en el lado de la carretera principal. Para mí no fue un problema, pero si eres delicado, utiliza tapones para los oídos y listo ;-)

Die Ausstattung und Sauberheit waren toll. Außerdem war das Serviceteam bei Fragen einfach und schnell zu erreichen.

The apartment and the breathtaking view from the patio is definitely the highlight of the property. The property was clean and so was the apartment. All amenities are up to date and modern and comfortable. We had an excellent time and stay a here and the staffs, especially Vimla, catered to all our needs with kindness. Will definitely go back

Reinigung könnte öfters erfolgen. Leider ging das Wifi nur im Wohnzimmer und nicht in den Schlafzimmern.

Apartment was so comfortable — we really enjoyed staying there. Especially the braai stand on the veranda — we bought seafood at the supermarket and had a barbecue.

It’s a pity you can’t swim in the ocean in front of the apartments — the water is shallow, but there are a lot of sea urchins and stonefish.

A cosy and peaceful place ideal for relaxation.

The parking allocated was not convenient, it was near a bush at the far end, making it difficult to open the door.

The people were somewhat friendly. Nice to be across the beach.

It is very over priced. You pay basically for cleaning services at another hotel we were booked into after that they cleaned every day. They dont change bedding you pay separately. Also the beach can be accessed but you cant swim at that beach.

You can walk straight out to the beach from apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine was helpful to have so that we did not have to take back dirty laundry

Our gate for the front door did not have a key so we could not lock it. Cleaning of the apartment happens every 4th day, this could be improved.

Le bruit de la route très passante que l’on entend dans les 2 chambres à coucher. Pas de possibilité de baignade en mer, le bord étant une lagune de roche et une eau un peu stagnante. Il faut aller à la plage de trou aux biches à environ 1km/1km500 pour trouver un bel endroit où se baigner. De plus pas facile de s’y rendre a pied car les abords ne sont pas entretenus et les possibilités de se garer sont rares à la plage de trou aux biches. Pas assez de vaisselle, ni de couverts. Pas de kit de lave vaisselle / machine à laver pour dépanner, ni dosettes de machine à café

Csodás volt a kilátás,Tágas tér.Jó volt a medence.Étterem,bolt közel. Korabban érkeztünk,mint 14 óra.Az apartmant azonnal eltudtuk foglalni.Kedvesen fogadtak minket. Csodás minden reggel az óceán látványára ébredni.

A textil huzatok a hálóban, nappaliban a kanapén,függöny alja,díszpárnákon nincs tisztítva.Nagyon foltosak,koszosak.Nem volt gusztusunk ráülni.A hálóban a klímák elhelyezése miatt alváskor nem használható mert az ágyra fújja a levegőt.Kerti kiülő párnák szakadt,koszosak. Reggelit ételkiszállító hozta.Minden reggel.ugyan az volt.Utolsó 2 nap.már nem.is kívántuk.

Der erste Eindruck des Apartments ist positiv . Es ist gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen. Das Sofa drinnen und draussen hat viele Flecken. Sowie die Handtücher und das Bettzeug und es wird sehr schlecht geputzt , die Böden sind dreckig und im Bad liegen Haare und Dreck in den Ecken. Wir haben wiederholt auf die Mißstände hingewiesen. Ausserdem kann man am Strand nicht schwimmen und man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto .

We stayed at this accommodation, which advertises “luxury stays,” but unfortunately our experience did not match that claim. The service was disappointing: the grill did not work, check-in and check-out times were very inflexible, and communication with the staff was poor. Another major issue was the deposit and payment procedure. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay a €200 cash deposit or alternatively provide our credit card details on a piece of paper—a practice that felt extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Moreover, this requirement was only printed in very small text on the voucher we received, making it nearly impossible to notice beforehand. This is highly problematic, as sensitive credit card information must be handled securely according to legal and privacy regulations, which is clearly not the case when written on an unsecured sheet of paper. The apartment itself was the only positive aspect – it was clean and nicely furnished. However, this cannot compensate for the many shortcomings and poor service. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. On Friday, it was entirely insufficient in both quality and quantity. We canceled it with our contact person, yet breakfast was still delivered on Saturday despite the cancellation, and on Sunday, our departure day, no breakfast was delivered at all. Nevertheless, we were charged for all three days. We contacted the accommodation asking for a refund. Initially, they promised to refund the breakfast out of goodwill, but this never happened. After that, the property stopped responding entirely, even when Booking.com followed up. Eventually, Booking.com issued the refund on their own, although the responsibility clearly lies with the accommodation. This behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely customer-unfriendly. Overall, we cannot recommend this property.

Rien à dire c’était parfait.

Manque de propreté du logement. Canapé et fauteuil avec de nombreuses tâches. Des draps et des serviettes tachés. Une porte de chambre sans poignée, une porte de placard manquante. Suite à notre réclamation, passage effectué mais pas de changement niveau nettoyage et pas de changement de literie.

Très joli cadre, à proximité de plusieurs lieux à visiter. Piscine entretenue, accès à la plage vraiment très agréable. Stationnement sécurisé. Extérieur agréable et petit déjeuner très copieux ! Vue sur la plage incroyable, on ne s'en lasse pas ! Un plaisir de voir cela au réveil. Proche des commerces et boutique souvenirs, le restaurant La Charette d'or est un délice (à 10min à pied)

Propreté des canapés intérieur et extérieur à revoir. Bruit des voitures et motos et difficulté pour marcher jusqu'à la plage trou au biches, mais ce n'est pas du ressort du logement, soyez prudent si vous marchez à pied sur la route.

Eine superschöne und top modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. ( Ein gewünschter Wäscheständer wurde am nächsten Tag gebracht) Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nur zu empfehlen... Top auch mit unseren Kindern.

Very spacious . I liked the fact that we had the sea view from the living room and kitchen. Housekeeping staff ( Prema and another lady )work thoroughly They emptied my kitchen bins almost everyday They tidied up every 3 days. The admin staff were excellent too. I could text Vimla any time if I had any queries Wendy arranged for my horse riding session over the weekend. Garden and swimming pool attended to by staff every day. Very nice experience.

The beach itself is a good 20 mins walk away from the property . I did not mind the walk though. Sea at the property is rocky. Some stains on sofa even though it looks clean

Il manquait un peu de vaisselle à notre goût pour bien profiter de la grande cuisine.

L' emplacement, avec une vue exceptionnelle, la piscine moderne et raffinée et l' appartement spacieux et meublé avec goût.

Il manque des transats piscine ce qui est inadmissible pour une résidence de cette catégorie : 10 appartements et 4 transats ! Sur les terrasses privatives a l' étage 2 fauteuils et petite table basse serait un plus.

The Appartement was spacious and very nice. We spent a lot of time on the big terrace whatching the sunsets and the ocean. The rooms, kitchen and livingroom also spacious and modern.

Important to know. The ocean in front is not for swimming. You can do walks. For swimming you need to drive five minutes north. The swimming pool is nice and clean.

La propreté de l’appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. Moisissures sur le joint du frigo, taches sur les draps, les serviettes, les torchons, les matelas, les oreillers, sol sale à notre arrivée, évacuation de la salle de bain dégageant de mauvaises odeurs. Le lave vaisselle fonctionne mal. Il mériterait clairement un rafraîchissement ! Il y a un boîtier à clefs pour chaque logement (avec une clef pour les femmes de ménage) qui reste en permanence ouvert donc très peu sécurisé! Nous l’avons découvert à la fin de notre séjour. La piscine a été inutilisable pendant un peu plus d’une journée : elle était verte, et l’on distinguait à peine le fond. Il a été assez compliqué de faire venir quelqu’un pour gérer le problème. Nous avons cassé un verre et avons bien sûr eu l’honnêteté de le signaler. Ils nous ont demandé 300 roupies à la fin du séjour, ce que nous avons assez peu apprécié, sachant que nous sommes restés 15 jours.

-The apartment had a very spacious living room with a large dining table and an absolutely stunning view of the ocean through the window. It was truly a pleasure to relax there and enjoy the scenery. -Another big plus is that the bus stop is very close, which makes it easy to get around without a car.

-When we arrived, one of the duvets was dirty, so I had to wash it immediately. -The Wi-Fi barely worked in the bedroom, which was frustrating. -While the apartment is indeed located right by the beach, it’s worth noting that the beach is very rocky and not suitable for swimming. -However, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The food was of low quality and not very tasty. Sometimes it was served on a plate, other times just in a paper box. The presentation was far from what is shown in the photos. On the first day, the breakfast more or less matched the menu, but each following day it got worse — first no yogurt, then no jam, and on the last day there was no coffee, tea, or half of the listed items. Unfortunately, even after reporting this issue, nothing was done to fix it. I definitely do not recommend the breakfast option.

We recently stayed at Les Estivales Beachfront Suites & Penthouses with LOV for five days. While the overall experience was positive in terms of location and comfort, we did encounter several issues that took away from what you'd expect in a luxury apartment setting. The beachfront location and general layout of the living area were impressive, and the beds in both rooms were comfortable. However, one of the rooms was noticeably smaller, which limited space, especially considering we were traveling with a child. In addition, basic services that should have been more accessible—like replacing a gas cylinder for the barbecue—were a hassle. It ended up disrupting our dinner plans, which was quite disappointing. Another point worth noting: daily cleaning was not included and was offered at an extra charge. For a five-day stay with a young child, this felt unreasonable, and again, not in line with luxury expectations. To sum up: while the property itself has potential and offers a comfortable stay, the service experience did not align with the premium price point. A bit more attention to guest convenience and flexibility could make a big difference.

Our biggest concern was the lack of flexibility and support services. We had an early arrival and were surprised by the high charges for early check-in. Despite efforts to negotiate, we struggled to get a reasonable deal. For a luxury property, we expected more customer-friendly policies.

Nous avons séjournés une dixaine de nuits au penthouse et avons grandement apprécié l'hébergement. La terrasse est vaste et vous pourrez adminer de très beaux couchers de soleil sur la mer. L'appartement est trés confortable avec de grandes chambres à couchers. Le personnnel est agréable et à l'écoute avec le soucis de satisfaire la clientéle.

The Location was superb. The apartment is lovely and spacious.

No one to welcome you and give you a run down of the facility. The staff do not respond to mails or messages. The apartment needs a good scrub, the couch was filthy. No clean towels or top up of toilet paper, no Dustbin bags or cleaning detergents to clean up, only after 4th day did the place get clean linen only.

I am very disappointed due to Les-Estivale when they said I didn't pay for breakfast and when I did booking I choose hotels with breakfast because I was going to foreign country that's why i did booking with breakfast included. I stayed from 8 -12 may 2025 with having breakfast from the hotels whole I have paid and on top of that they ask me to give them my credit card number ,expiry date and my cvv number, that's when I refuse to give them because I didn't understand why I have time give them my cvv number even the my banker I can't give it them .so I'm back home now without having the breakfast that 0i have paid for .on the 11th I paid one day breakfast for 8 people morning just to have breakfast on the 12 may with my friends .so far I'm so disappointed I really need my money back for breakfast because we didn't have that breakfast that we have paid for.i did sendrhw proof but they refuse to offer us breakfast till we coming back home .

I don't trust Les-Estivale anymore. I seriously paid breakfast and didn't eat anything on the 9th morning and remember we don't know where we're the shops around I was really frustrated
