Luxury beach house with spectacular sea view and pool

Superb apartment! Had such a great stay with the family. Amazing sea and pool views. Clean and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Will definitely come again and recommend to family and friends

Hygienisch nicht akzeptabel und abgewohnt.Klebrige Oberflächen, Haare in Schränken, auf WC und in der Dusche. Künstliche Wimpern der Vorbenutzer klebten am Schrank. Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt und lief aus. Benutzter Ohrreiniger lag im Bad im Regal. Insgesamt ekelig. Manager vor Ort verstand unser Anliegen nicht, hat stattdessen nichmal kurz drübergewischt (klebte dann immer noch alles). Sein Kommentar: Wir können ja nun wirklich nicht nach jedem Gast gründlich sauber machen. Wir haben uns entschieden, aufgrund der mangelnden Hygiene kurzfristig auf eine andere Unterkunft auszuweichen. Kein Entgegenkommen zwecks Erstattung (wir hatten für 19 Tage gebucht).

Déjà j'ai perdu une nuit car notre vol a était annulé le jour j, en plus côté hygiène c'était pas correct du tout, l'appartement très sale, pas d'intérnet ni WiFi pendant notre séjour, pas de télé car le propriétaire n'avait pas payé la facture, et la cuisine très sale

Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft leider in einem für uns nicht akzeptablen und nicht bewohnbaren Zustand. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht den Erwartungen und dem, was wir bei einer gebuchten Unterkunft voraussetzen. Wir sind deshalb direkt wieder ausgezogen und haben dort keine Nacht verbracht. Da wir mit zwei Kindern gereist sind, mussten wir kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft organisieren.

The place was very nice,the pool was clean,peaceful place host was always available within seconds. On site staffs very caring. The place needs some mini maintenance but still I will rate it 10. Price wise, highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay. The view is wonderful and there is direct access to the beach so you can watch the sunset. 10/10 communication with the team. Would definitely recommend it.

Nous avons aimé le calme, la sécurité, les équipements, la vue sur mer, la piscine très propre. Tout est bien dans cet établissement et notre hôte reste en contact en permanence si besoin. L'ensemble du personnel reste également à l'écoute et sont très gentils.

Tout est bien, d'autant plus que des boutiques, restaurants, ATM, plages se trouvent à proximité.

Logement bien situé en bord de mer avec une belle vue, l’hôte est attentif et communicatif, la chambre coté mer est calme mais celle coté rue non, dans l'ensemble le séjour a été agréable

le ménage pourrait etre amélioré, éclairage de la SDB coté mer a réparer

La personne à l'entrée de la résidence était vraiment adorable, la piscine sublime, la vue incroyable également.

La propreté : terrible… et pas d’eau chaude ! Murs sales, porte d’entrée cassée, insectes morts dans la cuisine, toiles d’araignée et poussière partout, vitres visiblement jamais lavées… Nous venions pour notre lune de miel, et quelle déception. Rien n’était propre. Nous avons pris des photos et les avons envoyées à la personne en charge de la réservation. Sa réponse : « Les photos que vous venez de nous envoyer ne sont pas incluses dans le périmètre de ménage classique. » Je me demande donc ce qui est réellement inclus… Même les draps étaient sales. Finalement, ils nous ont tout de même fourni de nouveaux draps. Nous avons demandé un remboursement, mais sans succès. Seul Booking.com a fait un geste commercial de 140 € pour compenser le manque de professionnalisme des propriétaires de cet appartement.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and it was clear that a lot of thought has gone into the facilities and overall setup. The amenities were convenient, well-maintained, and designed in a way that made our stay completely hassle-free. We really appreciated how comfortable and easy everything felt, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our time without any worries. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and the pool with view over the sea was an added value. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It's a lovely place to sit on the balcony with an ocean view and go for morning walks. Our hosts organized everything perfectly. It's an extremely high-quality place. You should definitely stay here.

Its distance from the city center is the biggest problem. Also, despite being right on the sea, the beach isn't suitable for swimming. Taking a taxi to go to the city is very expensive.

Grosse arnaque

La maison n’était pas propre, elle ne fait pas les 170 m² comme énoncé. Il y a une petite télé devant la grande télé HS. La clim d’une chambre ne fonctionnait pas, on nous a demandé de dormir dans un clic clac dans le salon. L’établissement n’est pas venu voir le problème. Pour eux tout fonctionnait alors qu’ils ne sont jamais venus, mais avant notre arrivée, ils avaient déjà mis un petit Ventilo qui faisait beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre. Ils ont quand même envoyé un Technicien qui a déclaré que le compresseur de la clim est HS. Et malgré cela, après le séjour, l’établissement nous dit qu’il n’y a pas de problème, et que c’est normal à Maurice il fait chaud, il y a de l’humidité. Le client avant nous ,a rencontré le même souci. L’établissement leur a dit de dormir dans le salon. Ils n’hésitent pas à mentir et est extrêmement malhonnête. Ils ont mis sur Booking qu’on a beaucoup aimé le séjour alors que dès le premier jour on les a signalé différents problèmes mais il ne sont jamais venus, ils nous ont expliqué à distance comment rentrer dans l’appartement. On a rencontré strictement personne de l’établissement. Ils mentent en disant qu’ils sont venus déposer des ventilateur avec nous alors que c’était pas le cas. On a voulu quitter le séjour après la première nuit, l’établissement n’a pas voulu nous rencontrer, on a pas pu s’en aller. C’est une escroquerie. À cause de la chaleur, on a pas pu dormir, il nous disent que c’est juste un problème mineur; vu le prix et le manque de confort, c’est inadmissible. On a passé nos vacances (4nuits a 1200€) en essayant de les appeler pour régler le problème au lieu de profiter de notre séjour.

Situation de l'appartement Espace des lieux avec chaque chambre bénéficiant de toilettes et salles de bains très grande piscine Gardiennage très apprécié notamment la personne responsable de la sécurité qui a grandement aidé à nous sentir bien dans ce lieu. Réactivité des propriétaires quant au pb rencontré pour la télévision.

Climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la petite chambre obligeant les enfants à utiliser le ventilateur ou dormir dans le salon.

De locatie met zeezicht en de appartement was ruim. De locatie was goed bereikbaar en in de buurt van mooie stranden en malls

De sleutel van de deur was gebogen en omdat wij maar 1 sleutel hadden was het steeds spannend om de deur te openen of te sluiten, namelijk dat het in de slot kapot zou kunnen gaan. De bank was kapot en de geluid van de tv deed het niet waardoor wij niet op de bank gezeten hebben en ook geen tv gekeken hebben. De badkamer was niet goed schoon, de kasten waren niet goed opgeruimd en op de kast lag een dik laag stof. Er bevonden 2 koelkasten in de ruimte. Na enkele dagen bleek dat de grote koelkast niet goed koelde en het maakt af en toe een luid raar geluid. Wij hebben ons was wel kunnen doen maar de wasmachine maakt een hoop herrie bij het wassen en drogen. Er zit een heel luxe keuken in het appartement maar de kastdeuren sluiten niet soepel. De deuren van de overige kasten in het appartement sluiten eveneens niet soepel.

Het appartement ziet er goed uit. De locatie is prima. Een auto is gewenst. Ik kwam daar tot rust. Hygiëne is ver van zoek.

Het schoonmaken had netter gekund. Appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt. Contact gehad met de eigenaar. Stond open voor feedback. Zal dit snel oppakken.

Eine gepflegtes Apartment in einem abgeschlossenen sehr gut gepflegten, sauberen und bewachten Komplex mit direktem Strandzugang und Blick aufs Meer! Der Pool der Anlage ist groß und sauber! Unser Vermieter war jederzeit zu erreichen immer freundlich und kümmerte sich bei Anfragen umgehend (kaputte Glühbirnen) um Abhilfe. Der selbst Check in funktierte reibungslos und alles war wie beschrieben! Der Apartmentkomplex ist ruhig gelegen aber es gibt in der Nähe Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Einziger kleiner Negativpunkt, der Strand eignet sich nicht zum Schwimmen. Dazu kann man aber z.b. ca. drei Autominuten entfernt nach Trou aux Biches an den Strand.

La vie etait magnifique. L’environnement etait tout simplement paisible. Un très beau cadre pour passer du bon temps entre proches.

The location is great! Supermarkets, restaurants and popular places nearby. The house is safe and luxurious. Private and secure parking was a big plus. The apartment was airconditioned, spacious and clean with all the facilities we needed. The sea view and the pool are amazing. The owner was very professional and polite. He contacted me before check-in and provided all the details I needed. My friends and I had a great time and we look forward to booking again! A solid 9/10 for this accommodation.

The only negative part was the sofa bed with its uncomfortable and hard spring mattress. The sofa itself is ugly and it does not match with the luxury of the apartment. If I were the owner, I would change it immediately.

Very pretty apartment with beautiful views of the sea and pool for the perfect evening sundowners. We loved our stay. Dishwasher, coffee machine, everything available for the perfect self catering holiday with the family.

We had a wonderful 1 week stay at this property. The view from the living room and balcony was super relaxing looking out over the ocean. It was walking distance to restaurants and the swimming beaches. House had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive throughout our stay when we had any questions.

The apartment is located at a very nice place and near to beach.Apartment size is enough for a family of 3 adults and 2 kids.The kitchen was equipped well and the host was very supportive and was in constant touch during our stay.

Host should provide a remote to open the main gates as everytime you have to get down from the car to open the gates. There are no supermarket at walking distance but the nearest one also is not so far and it can very well reach by a 10 min walk or by car.

We had such a great time in this apartment in Mauritius. Very value for money. Super clean. Very friendly host. Amazing location. Will come back again soon for our next holiday!

Not much to say. Just the cleanliness perhaps a bit but in general ok

The location of the place was well located to the nearby beaches and local ammenities. The parking facilities were great and the place was secured and we felt safe inside. We like the fact that Mr Dooven came to meet us when we were leaving. We hope we could have meet him earlier on the day of arrival and asked him for some recommendation. We liked the remote assistance while we trying to check in ( use of a video clip). We found this really helpful!

Everything was great. There was an issue with the sound on the TV which doesn't sound correct. We also had some confusion on the collection of the keys but was quickly sorted by the agent by calling me to assist and help me.

-Great apartment and my favourite spot is the terrace with all the privacy you need as well as a fantastic view and comfortable furniture -Each room has a bathroom: master bedroom with a huge walk in closet and a gigantic shower,guest bedroom with a separate bathroom. -Big kitchen-but it needs some love to be perfect direct access to a small beach and a clean and beautiful pool area - nice living room which we never used due to the terrace -private parking,covered from the sun -neat waste disposal room in the area -WC in the garden -super clean -nice towels and white beds -big comfortable wardrobes -hoover to clean from sand and dust!!!! -absolutely amazing friendly and helpful host!such a kind person!!this is Mauritius!

I found only one big minus and that is the furniture on the terrace.The pillows smell as if they must have been washed 2 years ago. Please wash them as often as you can! The rest are recommendations to make the word Luxurious valid: -change the silicone in the shower -add plates and cutlery: now there are 4 plates and 4 forks etc. and a huge dishwasher. We ended up washing by hand because you cant survive with 4 plates if you want to use the dishwasher.You also cant cook a dinner for 4 people with so few of them unless you start the dishwasher almost empty after each meal.Really invest a little into kitchen appliance's -fix the loose door handle on the main entrance door -the windows are not sound proof so only the people sleeping in the master bedroom get a decent sleep.You can hear the crazy dog barking on the other side of the street and all cars and trucks driving by The apartment is very nice but needs some maintenance to fix the worn down things

We spent a week at the Luxury Beach House in Trou aux Biches and loved it! To be clear, it is an apartment in a small, gated complex. Parking is safe, secure, and free. The beach view is AMAZING!! We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. The pool is wonderful, and beach access is only a few steps away. If you like to travel away from the big resorts, this is the place to go. It is about an hour's drive across the island from the airport. Even though we arrived after 10:00 PM (2200), the owner (Doo) met us with the keys and a smile. He is super easy to work with and so helpful! A supermarket is 5 minutes away, and the most charming, hospitable, and delicious restaurant is right across the street. Highly recommend!

The elevator to what we Americans would call the 2nd-floor is very small. As a traveler with disabiities, I had forgotten that 1st floor doesn't mean the same thing. Thankfully, it fit my manual wheelchair but just barely. It's no reflection on the rental, just something to be aware of if elevator access is important.

A lot of space and great sea view

The pool, the view and the location were very good. There is a lift as well if you have lots of luggage.

The flat was not clean and the appliances were a little worn down. The flat probably needs some maintenance. There was a bit of mold on the mattress of the baby bed. The towels didn't smell fresh. The beach in front of the location was not so nice, swimming was not possible.

The apartment is in a stunning location, steps from the beach with a fantastic pool. It is well appointed with everything you would need. Nooven, the host, was extremely helpful and welcoming. Communication was timely and useful. We highly recommend this property!
