Absolutely beautiful view, great location Very clean and modern unit with all you need to self cater

Clean, amazing ocean views, excellent pool… honestly this accommodation was the lynchpin that made for an amazing trip. Couldn’t have asked for better at a reasonable rate compared to other locations we considered.

Tv was old, we were extremely active in the day and a few family night movies were hindered by the tv… I am splitting hairs because I really don’t have anything else to note

L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Il dispose d'une très belle terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur la piscine et la mer. La résidence est un peu éloignée du village mais nous pouvions y aller à pieds par le bord de mer, c'est une très belle ballade. Et sinon, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le petit restaurant juste en face, le Sintra Snack, on y mange très bien, et le patron est adorable.

To enter the gate the gate phone needed to be phoned every time. The front gate was difficult to enter / exit, even the other guests could'nt

As we arrived late, there was no one to check us in or take deposit or tourist tax. Lady came on final morning an hour before we were due to leave to take tourist tax. WiFi didn't work in apartment and lots of lights didn't work. Bad smell of drains at some points in day and some plaster peeling off walls in bathroom and toilet room. Also we didn't know until we arrived which apartment we were getting so didn't know if ground floor or upper floors.

We liked the view and the view from the swimming pool. Breakfast was good. There was so much we ended up wasting a bit.

The bed in the main bedroom made a horrendous noise every time we moved or turned over. The pool has worms in the bottom which was unpleasant and I think it needs more cleaning on a regular basis. For breakfast maybe do a little check list so we don’t waste food.

El alojamiento es perfecto, es amplio y muy cómodo, con todo lo que necesitas. Habitaciones amplias, baños grandes con todos los detalles, cocina salón muy amplio tambien y lo mejor la terraza, con una mesa hasta para seis comensales.

It was spacious and had all the amenities needed

Fittings and fixtures are a little old. Even though its a serviced apartment the daily cleaning is not up to a good standard. Towels and beds are old and need to be replaced.

Le cadre est magnifique, calme et reposant, avec une excellente vue sur la mer. Un accueil chaleureux et attentione de la part du staff. Une tres belle experience que je recommande vivement!!

everything worked perfect

The location was perfect! Everything is as described and shown in the photos. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cutlery and utilities. Housekeeping staff came by regularly. The pool was cleaned everyday as well. Close to the beach and stores. The beach is not for swimming, but the location is near other popular public beaches. Included parking spot was a life saver

It could use a deep cleaning, but it was okay as it is.

L’appartamento è molto ben fornito e non manca niente. Nonostante la struttura non sia nuovissima, la manutenzione è fatta con cura. Lo staff è molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

Great to have direct access to the beach. It was in a quiet area only 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Grand Baie. Also liked that it was secure.

Well equipped, spacious and stunning setting.

The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful , and dedicated . Assisted kindly without fail and ensured we were satisfied with what we wanted .The view and pool was immaculate and the overall space was very welcoming.

The dishwasher top rack just was not functioning properly. The positioning of the accommodation was just a little out of the way. If possible ,having a rental vehicle is recommended.

The property was very spacious with supermarket and all other amenities near by. It also had dedicated parking in side the villa. The host was also very responsive and helpful.

Only toileteries were towel and soap. Paste, shampoo, conditioner would have been good. 3 Rats in the apartment, but friendly rats. Not the scary large ones.

Les photos sont conformes, le logement est beau et très bien entretenu. A quelques pas à pieds on peut trouver un snack et un petit commerce mais voiture ou bus nécessaire pour trouver autre chose. La vue est belle sur l'océan et la piscine très bien placée. Le personnel est très disponible et d'une grande gentillesse.

Manque quelques linge de maison supplémentaire dans la cuisine. A préciser que la plage n'est pas propice à la baignade à cet endroit ce qui cause quelques petites déceptions à l'arrivée. Literie un peu dure...

It was very nice step away from the beach. The pool was excellent. With the view of the beach sea.

Excellent location, right on the beach and great pool. Beach is rocky, best to wear beach shoes and short walk (about 75m to the left) to a better swimming beach. 3 restaurants really close, easy walking and few more within a kilometre. Units are serviced, if you want and staff are very friendly and helpful.

No microwave otherwise had everything else you needed.

Wonderful view from the balcony, so quiet and enjoyable, it was a completely well organised kitchen to cook, also shops and a supermarket very close to the property, managed to order a delivery from a nearby restaurant as well. I am very happy with the experience and planning to visit again next year for a longer period.

There was a locker for valuables that we could not use, probably as we were for a short period, the staff did not react enough quickly to our request to check it. Also, the pool it looked like was self-cleaning, but the mechanism was not on from the morning.

It was one of the best stays I have stayed in Perfect rooms, perfect kitchen with all utensils and equipments, and great location. The private beach was a cherry on the cake. Worth every penny.

La piscine et la vue était magnifique de notre terrasse. Nous étions les pieds dans l’eau gros point positif! Le personnel est très gentil. L’appartement est sympa juste un peu sombre mais nous étions en rez-de-jardin. Le calme dans la résidence est vraiment appréciable.

Les fourmis sont présentes tous les jours, partout dans l’appartement, surtout dans la cuisine. L’agence est passée une fois pour tenter de régler le problème, mais il est difficile de s’en débarrasser. Ne laissez aucune nourriture traîner ! Le matériel de cuisine est à renouveler, il est vieillissant. (casseroles, poêles, ustensiles de cuisine). La climatisation de notre salle à manger est très bruyante, il est impossible de la mettre la nuit.

Tout est parfait. L’emplacement, le confort de l appartement, la vue et un personnel accueillant et bienveillant.

Preciosa ubicación

No nos dieron el apartamento que habíamos pedido y no fueron muy ágiles a la hora de gestionar nuestras peticiones. Las fotos de los apartamentos tienen que ser más fieles a la realidad. Los baños huelen a pis, da igual que hagan limpieza, les hace falta una buena limpia y puesta al día.
