Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Séjour en réalité un peu particulier. En effet, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été mis sur le fait accompli : plus de de chambres disponibles dans l Hôtel. Du coup, nous avons été re localisés dans un autre hôtel avec ma compagne. C’était un up-grade avec un hôtel all in et 4 étoiles. C’était donc positif mais on a pu expérimenter l’Urban Oasis et nous n’avons pas pu choisir le nouvel hôtel.
L’hôtel all-in était assez ancien et peu moderne. De plus, les restaurants du soir de l’hôtel sont uniquement accessibles via réservation avec l’application de l’hôtel. On s’en rend compte uniquement 3 jours plus tard et cela a été frustrant car nous avons dû se retourner vers les buffets à volonté uniquement. Le seul moyen de réserver un restaurant de l’hôtel était de le faire 2 à 3 à l’avance (mais notre séjour était de 4 jours) ou d’acheter une bouteille de vin. En tant que non buveur d’alcool, c’était très frustrant.

Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme, nous avons eu une chambre sur rue très mal isolée et donc particulièrement bruyante : trafic routier, alarme de la banque d'en face qui se déclenche pendant de longues minutes en pleine nuit... Personnel de la réception peu à l'écoute et n'ayant réponse à rien - tandis que les agents de sécurité sont eux très agréables et nous renseignent avec efficacité.

The room was extremly dirty, old and filthy, nothing like on the pictures. I booked at Oh! Cancun but the elevator to my room was in the Smart Hotel part (same building). I was told that 6th and 7th floor were the Oh! Cancun standard. When I got my room the bathroom sink area was dirty and clearly not cleaned. I called reception but was told to wait for an English speaker just for them to hang up on me 1 min later. So I went downstairs to the reception to complain and got a different room on the 5th floor (looked exactly the same so their explanation with the floors and standards seems not true). In that room there were small bugs in both beds so I left right away to complain again. Got a 3rd room again on the 5th floor. Checked that one, again small bugs and flies in the room and bed, super disgusting. I told the guy at the reception that bugs in the bed are a massive issue, he even didn't say something. He asked me to go back to the first room and he'd send someone to clean the bathroom. At least there were no bugs in that room. 15 mins later he came himself to tell me that all cleaning staff was gone and just cleaned the toilet paper in the sink and the hair with a napkin. Said they'd clean the next day. Next day I left at 7am for a day trip and put out the cleaning sign. Got back to the hotel around 4pm and the room was still not cleaned. I complained again, same reception guy who said to call cleaning stuff and arrange it. When I got back around 8pm it was finally done. As one could not close the sink, I asked if it was possible to get a bucket to rinse my underwater camera, he said they had no buckets, I asked about a cleaning bucket to return it within 15 mins, but he refused it and did not offer any option. The reception staff was mire busy chatting among them and couldn't have cared less about guests. Extremely disappointing stay, completely overpriced for what one gets...KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Hubo un problema (desconocemos el motivo)y estuvimos sin agua en el hotel desde las 3 de la tarde a las 3 de la madrugada (unas 12 horas) Entiendo que pueden suceder incidentes de este tipo,pero el personal del hotel debería estar preparado y ofrecer opciones o soluciones al problema. Parecía que les importaba bien poco.No se molestaron en ayudar ni lo más mínimo. Después de conversar con ellos y rogarles algún tipo de alternativa, nos tuvimos que duchar con 3 botellas de agua mineral que había en la estantería de la recepción.Su única alternativa era esperar al día siguiente a que llegase la gerente del hotel. La verdad es que este hecho y la reacción del personal ,restaron encanto a la estadía.

Localização boa para quem esta de carro, pois fica perto do centro e facil acesso para zona hoteleira e parques. Ha estacionamento no local. A piscina é ótima, com espreguiçadeiras confortáveis, toalhas disponíveis.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The pool and the area around it is great, much bigger than expected with ample space for relaxing in the sun and in the shade. The breakfast is also excellent with lots of choices - all really good. The location is good. A very pleasant stay overall.
Possibly the double beds are a bit small for two adults but their size seems to be the standard here in Mexico.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Our room was not cleaned until 16.00 on Wednesday 17th June, despite having to ask reception several times, not sure if the house cleaning team were off on this day. There were 2 bins filled to the max and smelling of the nights before left over dinner, the room could of done with a clean and tidy up. When we arrived at the hotel on the 11th June the shower attachment to the wall was hanging off the wall. It was reported to reception and we fixed the following day. The day after if was broken again and we had just used the broken shower as it was for our whole duration at the hotel.
We were charged £102.00 ($2240.00) upon arriving at the hotel, which we were told this was told this was hotel tax. When we booked this hotel it was showing on the booking.com website that the amount for the hotel tax would be $

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Bon rapport qualité-prix. Bien situé. Pas loin du centre. Chambre moderne avec un grand balcon. On a eu une chambre avec un grand balcon donnant sur les jolies piscines. C'était calme. Lit confortable. Petit-déjeuner buffet très bon et beaucoup de choix.
On était content de voir une machine à café espresso, étant des amateurs de café. Quelle déception de voir le matin que la machine n'est pas fonctionnelle. On a essayé d'appeler la réception. On n'arrivait pas à entendre notre interlocuteur. Disons qu'on s'attend à mieux dans un hôtel de ce niveau.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Room was spacious and clean, with supplied bottled water. Included breakfast was excellent. Pool area was good, and bar staff attentive.Great quality stay. Pick up for Chichén Itza trip was outside the hotel.
Our room was on road side of hotel, so got some noise.
