Zimmer zu klein,Duschkopf kaputt konnte nicht Höhen verstellt werden,Zimmer muffig,Aufzug keine gute Bewertung,deshalb gelaufen in 3 Stock,trotz Anfrage ob glutenfreies Frühstück und versichert wurde gäbe Optionen"nur" 2 verschiedene Kekse sehr traurig für Menschen mit Zöliakie diese Aussage!!!!Auch unverschämt generell für normales Frühstück 15Euro zu verlangen(kaum was da)

Todo muy limpio y ordenado, buena ubicación y se descansa bien. El chico que trabaja en el turno de noche es una maravilla, me ayudó con mis dudas y es muy atento y respetuoso. 10/10 la atención de él

This was a single night stay before catching a flight home, so I hadn't booked anything fancy. However, notwithstanding it being quite cheap, it was an excellent establishment with a really nice and helpful set of staff, and an excellent location near two restaurants, the Metro and a tram line. The place was very clean, had all the usual facilities, and I had a good night's sleep. Great place

Не побажала б ворогу зупинятись в цьому готелі. Наш номер знаходився на 0 поверсі, відчинити жалюзі і вікна неможливо, бо ти буквально у всіх на виду. Дихати просто не було чим! В кімнаті було на стільки затхле і вологе повітря, наче ти знаходишся в запліснявілому підвалі. Від кондиціонеру було нуль користі, тільки жахливий гуркіт. Разом з рушниками нам залишили беруши, що слушно, бо без них там неможливо знаходитись - чути абсолютно кожен шорох навколо, стіни картонні! Меблі всі старі і зношені, особливо ванна кімната. Добре що ми лишались лише на одну ніч і що хоча б була гаряча вода з нормальним напором, і нам вдалось «змити з себе» цей побут.

Não é um hotel para 3 estrelas como é indicado, tem bastantes pormenores que deixam a desejar. Ficámos num quarto em que a pintura do quarto estava terrível. Na recepção era um cheiro horrível a tabaco.

Le stanze che sono a piano terra danno in un atrio. Ho dovuto tenere le finestre sempre con serrande abbassate. Della pulizia interna dell camera non mi è piaciuto il saliscendi della doccia rotto il porta rotolo sopra il water,in testa .le finestre non le puliscono.il frigo piccolo e funziona poco.non hanno freezer in struttura

Que hubiera aire acondicionado en la habitación y el personal hablaba nuestro idioma.

Las almohadas un poco bajas.

Todo estaba muy bien, la ubicación, la limpieza, la seguridad. Incluso pudimos hacer el check in antes de tiempo.

A liftet többen nem jól használták, így sokszor nem tudtuk hívni. A párna nagyon kényelmetlen volt

Problème de wifi ++ Problème d’ascenseur (nous ne l’avons jamais pris car toujours occupé pendant de long moment) même lorsque nous avions la valise - nous sommes montées à pieds. Bruit ++ dans les couloirs - résonances.

Dobra lokacija, blizu metro stanice. U blizuni je market i dosta kafica i restorana, a opet kraj je veoma tih i miran. Smestaj se cisti svakog dana, ima sve sto je potrebno i domacini su ljubazni.

Dorucak je prilicno skroman. Uglavnom je sve kupljeno upakovano i onda posluzeno: tost hleb, keks, biskviti. Sluzi se po jedna vrsta prsute, kackavalja i salame. Nedostaje svez hleb po kome je Italija poznata, sveza salata, jogurt, jaja i sl. sto se uglavnom sluzi za dorucak u hotelima.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i czystość w pokojach. Pomocny personel.

Łazienka w kiepskim stanie, bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji i klimatyzacji.

Nice and helpful staff! Metro station, grocery store and laundry facilities close to the hotel. Also very good fresh bakery around the corner.

The room had 3 beds ,but was little bit tight, not in off cabinets for 2 people clothes. The breakfast was with limited options and the Tv also was with limited channels as well.

El recepcionista del último día. Recibimos un trato denigrante por su parte, no supo gestionar un problema que se creó por mi despiste. Nos grito y amenazó con vaciarnos la habitación sin estar nosotros. Para una persona que tiene ese puesto no supo estar a nivel.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon, dass hat mir sehr gut gefallen und es war sehr sauber und modern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Parkplatz war gut

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et le fait de pouvoir manger sur la terrasse était vraiment agréable. Le lit était confortable et l’établissement très calme. L’emplacement de notre chambre était également parfait pour passer une bonne nuit. Merci pour votre accueil ! 😊

Ce que j’ai un peu moins aimé, c’est que l’ascenseur est assez petit. J’aurais également apprécié de pouvoir rester un peu plus longtemps dans la chambre le matin, car devoir partir avant 11h est un peu tôt.

Habitación amplia. Camas cómodas. A la vuelta de un supermercado y cercano a medios de transporte que conectan con el centro. Excelente atención de los recepcionistas tanto la de la mañana como el de la noche. Que estuvieron atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos en las cosas que le pedimos.

Tudo! As meninas da recepção maravilhosas, atenciosas e simpáticas! O bairro era incrível, dava vontade de morar lá. É permitido deixar a bagagem antes ou depois do checkin/checkout. Quarto limpo, espaçoso e completo.

Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak.

Tájékoztattak minket a csend szabályzatról, viszont abban az idősávban elkezdtek dolgozni fúrni, csörömpölni, hangosan zenét hallgatni a munkások. Felvettem a szállodával a kapcsolatot akkor este, mert nem szóltak előre hogy itt lesz ilyesmi este 10 után. És azt a választ kaptam, hogy türelmet kérnek mert szerelik a légkondit az egyik szobába. Sajnos ezek után a hangos zene nem hallkult el de a munkálati folyamat csendesebb volt azért.

Great location with tram and subway stations, beautiful and quiet district.

Not 3-starts at all. A small and slow TV placed far away from the bed, the thinnest toilet paper out there, plastic glasses, small pillows, weak air conditioning, the smallest buffet for the breakfast I have ever seen with no hot food, old lift that is tricky to use, difficult to find reception, not very helpful stuff. There are no facilities at all, you can't even get a piece of ice for your plastic glass.

It was clean and breakfast was lovely

The air con would not allow you to change settings and with four of us in a room it was 27 degrees all night. None of us slept due to it being uncomfortable and hot with no way to vent the room.

We went to a concert in Circolo Magnolo, for this it was super well located and easy to get to on the metro. Good price, it was comfortable and staff were very nice.

Het bed was goed, alleen de kussen waren plat waardoor ik iedere ochtend wakker werd met een stijve nek.

Platte Kussen en die handdoeken en het was zo oud en met afdrogen scheurde. En ook geen theepot en de douchekop moest ik een tandenstoker gebruiken zodat het niet naar beneden glijd.

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres doubles et 1 simple. Notre chambre était plutôt bien malgré une douche qui mériterait un coup de neuf : support de douche et tuyau de douche cassé. La literie était confortable. Les 2 autres chambres en revanche étaient beaucoup moins agréables : petites, literie pas top et une odeur d'égouts.... Le petit déjeuner était très léger. Des pâtisseries industrielles, des simples toasts. Un matin, nous sommes arrivés trop tard pour le jus d'orange !

Nos quedamos 1 sóla noche pero la experiencia fue bastante positiva. La chica de recepción fue muy amable. La habitación bastante amplia, con camas muy cómodas, refrigerador y buen baño, equipado con toallas y amenities. Nuestra habitación tenía un pequeño balcón con vistas al exterior, algo que nos encantó. Disponen de recepción 24h y no hay problema en realizar check out de madrugada. Tienen máquina de café y te puedes tomar uno de cortesía, un detalle que se agradece cuando tienes que madrugar tanto.

Por decir algo, las almohadas eran bastante finas. Lo demás, estuvo perfecto 👌

Het personeel, tijdens het inchecken begon de irritatie al een beetje ze hebben ons lang laten wachten vervolgens elke keer toen we iets vroegen aan de medewerkers was het van “ you have to let us know” alsof we alles duidelijk uitgelegd hebben gekregen en dat we het daarom vroegen.

La habitación estaba limpia y los muebles nuevos, justo los estaban cambiando. Además el baño muy limpio.

Por decir algo, los productos de baño que dejan son muy escasos y por otro lado no está tan cerca del centro o de la estación como se dice, tuvimos que coger siempre metro o Uber.

Ühistranspordi kasutamine oli mugav. Lähedal olid tramm, buss, metroo. Meeldis rõdu ja ilus vaade. Personal väga abivalmis.

Petit déjeuner un peu simple même si c'est un buffet, et il y faisait très chaud en plein mois d'août car pas de clim dans cette pièce. Pas de chaise haute pour bébé ni de micronde dans l'établissement, à savoir si vous voyagez avec un jeune enfant. Et pas de bouilloire dans la chambre

L'accueil chaleureux. Nous sommes sommes arrivés vers 23h et le personnel a ete au top. Très bon conseil pour aller à la station centrale.

Comfortable and clean accommodations. Great location, pretty quiet area. Staff let me check in early so that was super helpful and appreciated. 24 hour desk is also appreciated as I had a super early check out.

L’établissement est propre. La chambre et la salle de bain sont suffisantes pour 4 personnes. Le personnel est au top. Une personne vient ranger la chambre entre chaque nuit passée a l’hôtel ! Il y a la Clim dans les chambres.

Das Frühstück

Before arriving, I contacted the hotel because I had unfortunately broken my ankle after booking and temporarily needed to use a wheelchair. I specifically asked if the hotel would still be suitable, and I was told there were only five steps followed by a lift. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the lift was far too small to fit a wheelchair, making the hotel inaccessible for me. Had I been given accurate information, I would never have travelled there, it’s clear to any one that a wheelchair would not fit into this lift. To make matters worse, the room was not as advertised. There were stains on the toilet cistern, signs of water damage on the walls, and the overall condition was disappointing compared to the photos on the website. I was told not to disrespect the cleaners by the manager but it has to be noted this hotel has extensive wear and tear that’s not published on the website. When we raised our concerns, instead of trying to help, the manager was rude, dismissive, and called us “childish” and “time wasters.” No attempt was made to find a solution or offer even a partial refund. We were left with no choice but to book emergency accommodation elsewhere, leaving us significantly out of pocket. Accidents happen, and I understand my injury occurred after booking. However, what I cannot accept is being given misleading information about accessibility, being treated disrespectfully when we asked for help, and being left to pay for another hotel because this one was not suitable. Only person with a sensible head on his shoulders is the guy at check in as he was extremely professional unlike his boss.
