Perfect location- easy to get everywhere on foot or by public transport. Clean, modern loads of restaurants nearby.

A little noisy through the night but that wasn’t the hotels fault it was the other guests who may need a reminder that 4-6am is perfectly acceptable to come back in, but perhaps not quite so loudly.

Staff was very friendly

Room was small and full of small beds even though we booked a king bed room. It did its job. Neighborhood is OK but parking garage is blocks away.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca del centro de Milan, hay una estación del Metro llamada Puerta de Venecia a 250 metros del hotel.

El desayuno no lo incluyeron aunque en la reserva de Booking decía que si. El hotel contestó que ellos NO tienen convenio con Booking para incluir el desayuno, que es un error de Booking ofrecer ellos desayuno incluido.

Propreté et emplacement

El hotel hermoso y aggiornado. La habitación excelente: nueva con aire acondicionado, colchón y sábanas muy buenas. Baño y ducha impecables. Toallas suaves y bien limpias. Personal cordial y habla varios idiomas. Todos genial. La ubicación espectacular ideal para cenar o almorzar. Porque hay alrededor de todo y muy cerca corso Buenos Aires donde hay negocios y vinculación a otros corsos.

Ottima posizione e organizzazione. Camera con tutto quello che serve, anche in bagno. Bella doccia comoda. In generale ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, anche per la posizione e la disponibilità e professionalità degli addetti alla reception.

La stanza, una piccola doppia ad uso singola, era al primo piano ma affacciava su un cavedio rialzato con tubature. Arredamento e finiture molto standard in camera ed ai piani.

בחדר שלי דלת ההזזה של השירותים והמקלחת הייתה נוראית, ממש היה צריך להילחם איתה כדי להזיז אותה מקווה שזה יתוקן, כמו כן טמפרטורת המזגן לא הייתה מספיק קרה ולא יכלתי לשפר אותה.

Wir suchten nach einer Unterkunft mit Parkplatz fürs Auto. Dabei wurde unser dieses Hotel vorgeschlagen. Nach Buchung bekamen wir eine email, dass, 1. eine Parkmöglichkeit 500 m entfernt und gegen Aufpreis besteht. 2. Das Zimmer wäre nicht im Hotel sondern 150 m entfernt vom Haupthaus. (Es handelte sich um ein umgebautes Privathaus). Das hat nichts mit einem Hotel zu tun. Sehr enttäuscht waren wir darüber, dass o.g. Informationen erst nach der Zahlung bekanntgegeben wurden und eine Stornierung ausgeschlossen wurde.

Booking.com sollte ihre Angebote genau prüfen und wesentliche Bestandteile nicht nach der Buchung bekanntgeben sondern vor Abschluß genau auf solche wesentlichen Begebenheiten aufmerksam machen. Dies ist für mich ein deutliches Merkmal für gute Qualität!!

Nos mandaron a un edificio anexo, pésima calidad la habitación, sobre el nivel de la calle con las paredes de afuera todas rayadas. No tenía siquiera un vaso para tomar agua, no tenía cafetera, para calentar agua tampoco. El desayuno por 10 euros por persona pasa, pero el café de la máquina sale frío.

Incredibly convenient for metro to key sites. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Incredibly clean and tidy room. Great staff.

The staff were lovely and we were able to leave our luggage free of charge until the afternoon. There is a small fridge and a safe in the room. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the metro at Porta Venezia and the tram stop is close too. There are many restaurants and there is a supermarket very close-by.

The shower gel comes in small bags, so we suggest you take your own toiletries.

Struttura vicino alla stazione metro di Piazza Venezia: personale cortese e preparato, camera pulita e confortevole, colazione continentale a buffet e presenza sala sauna. Ottima soluzione, consigliata a coppie, famiglie, professionisti e single.

Camera poco silenziosa

The hotel location was quiet and had lovely restautants near by. It was excellent as it is near the metro , trams and milan grand central station. It was also in a 10 minute walk to milan city centre. The hotel was itself was very clean and the staff were excellent .

The only think i did not like was that all the channels on the tv were in italian and you could not put subtitles on to understand the programs.

Close to the Metro, which was very handy. The family room was huge, very clean and had a big balcony. The AC worked well. The staff were very efficient and helpful. Lots of good restaurants a stones throw from the hotel. We also had an unexpected jacuzzi in the room, which was fun!

The beds were a little hard but otherwise all perfect.

Muy bien ubicado para conocer la ciudad, limpio y sencillo. Llegamos antes de tiempo y nos permitieron acceder a la habitación. La recepcionista fue muy amable

La habitación no era muy grande por lo que para muchos días quizá no sea lo más apropiado.

The location was perfect for me

The put me in an annex room about 100 metres from the main hotel building and they gave me a code for the door. The number were so tiny that i needed a torch to see it whilst i was using the torch to type the code, i got my wallet stolen . It was a nightmare

I loved the location it was very close to great restuarants and Subway trains. The room was good too overseeing the buildings gave it a very nice feel to it.

When i checked in i wasnt welcomed by the staff, the two ladies were quite shy/quiet wouldnt say "Hy" or "bye". It made me feel like they didnt welcome me as a guest and that they didnt want to be there. The gentlemen at night were both very friendly and very outspoken one even recommended the breakfast. I would definitly make sure that every staff member makes each guest feel like Euro hotel was the best hotel to go to.

Lo que más me gustó es que hay recepción 24 horas. La habitación estaba bien, limpia y los colchones comodos. Está a unos 25 minutos andando de la estación central.

Por poner una pega, la almohada, para mi gusto, era demasiado fina.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht. Wir hatten einen Familien Zimmer für 5 Personen die Betten waren sauber und gemütlich alles was man braucht wie z.b. Handtücher Haartrockner shampoo waren vorhanden leider aber war das Familienjakusi defekt so das wir es nicht benutzen konnten.

Estaba fuera del hotel, te crees que vas al hotel pero no es ahi, tienes que andar 100 metros para llegar a un edificio diferente del hotel.

Near to Metro Station, shops, restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms was clean and comfortable.

Room facilities were basic, would benefit from more space for suitcases, plug sockets, kettle, tea/coffee. Would be better to have dispensers for shower gel and soap rather than individual sachets. Breakfast was average, for 10 euros would expect a little more variety.

The pictures of the sleeping room doesn’t look the same. It was much smaller.

Tür/Fenster ließ sich nicht ganz schließen. Tür/Fenster-Rahmen und Boden waren nicht sehr sauber bzw. Länger nicht geputzt. Beim Wolkenbruch drückte es in der Dusche das Wasser durch den Abfluss zurück in die Duschtasse.

La moitié des ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas dans la chambre, pas de lumière dans la douche, lit peu confortable, télé en hauteur au niveau du plafond. La chambre était vieille et pas rénovée comme la majorité de celles montrées sur les photos

This is an old hotel, can't be classified as 3 stars. Maybe 2 stars. Shower floor was moldy/rested. Shower head kept falling, Parking is far. 1 towel was stained brown. It is an old building with oddly designed rooms, all is made in tile, the room feels cheap.

Smell when you enter the lobby, one old-fashioned key whit a plug when you want to have electricity. Parking space is about a kilo meter walk and most 25 euro and they want you to leave your key there at the parking garage that they will park the car.

Friendly staff, great location, room was clean and just what was required on short notice, would recommend to anyone who need somewhere to sleep and near to the town centre.

Could do with a kettle to make our own refreshments or even if the hotel charged extra and provided it themselves would pay that little more, otherwise perfect 👌.

Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicación, se puede ir andando al duomo dando un paseo por una calle muy bonita, se tarda media hora .Para ir a la estacion de trenes el tranvia esta a unos metros del hotel, lo que lo hace muy cómodo también

Quiza lo que menos fue que el personal esta metido detras de una especie de pecera y hace que el trato sea frio y distante

We were very, very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. To begin with, the reception staff were extremely unpleasant. They were not friendly, not smiling, and not polite at all. When they explained the parking arrangements to us, we did not fully understand the instructions. When we asked them to explain it again, they seemed annoyed and frustrated, as if we were bothering them. This made us feel very unwelcome from the very beginning. On top of that, we were not accommodated in the main hotel, but in a separate annex. The place honestly felt more like a basement or a cellar than a proper hotel room. The atmosphere was very disappointing and far from what we expected. Overall, we were really unhappy with our experience and would not choose this hotel again

Nice area with little cafes/bars nearby. Near to tram stop to connect to Centrale station or Metro towards centre. A/C worked well. Very basic but fine for a one night stay and decent value for money.

Additional tourist tax as we were in the Annexe which is apparently classed as an apartment by the authorities even though it was just one room and a bathroom with no additional facilities.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Milan. Spacious family rooms and clean bathroom area. Just 3 stops on the metro to Duomo.

Amazing location, walkable to the Duomo and Metro station close by. We also visited the San Siro stadium. Enough space for a family of four, comfy beds, good air conditioning. Breakfast was ok, plentiful and a good selection.

We stayed in an annex room which was very small for 3 people and a bit basic.

Small but comfortable and clean room. Good location, near metro station and lots of good shops/ restaurants in walking distance. Staff friendly. Able to store luggage on checkout and come back for it later. Would stay again.
