La musica nella lobby ha un volume un po' alto quando si vuole lavorare o parlare con colleghi ed e' completamente inappropriata nei corridoi dove sono ubicate le stanze.

La posizione

Esperienza davvero pessima, soprattutto a causa dello staff e di un livello di servizio francamente inaccettabile per un hotel. Per entrambi i giorni, durante la colazione, ho aspettato più di mezz’ora semplicemente per riuscire ad avere un cappuccino. La prima volta che ho chiesto mi è stato risposto che sarebbe passata una ragazza a prendere l’ordine. La ragazza, però, non è mai arrivata. Ho provato anche a rivolgermi direttamente a un’altra signora che stava preparando i cappuccini, ma sono stato sostanzialmente ignorato. Dopo oltre mezz’ora di attesa me ne sono semplicemente andato senza aver ricevuto nulla. Il fatto ancora più grave è che la stessa situazione si è ripetuta anche il giorno successivo. A questo si aggiunge la gestione della camera: l’asciugamano per la doccia non è stato sostituito e mi sono ritrovato senza. Ma ciò che lascia davvero una pessima impressione è l’atteggiamento generale dello staff: poco attento, poco disponibile e decisamente poco cortese. Non si tratta di un singolo episodio o di una semplice dimenticanza, ma di una sensazione di totale disinteresse verso il cliente ripetutasi durante tutto il soggiorno. Un hotel può anche avere una bella struttura, ma quando manca completamente la qualità del servizio l’esperienza viene rovinata. Nel mio caso è successo esattamente questo. Soggiorno molto deludente e, soprattutto per il comportamento e l’organizzazione dello staff, non lo consiglierei.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and the hotel and the rooms interestingly designed. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful at any time. The property is located relatively close to the city center so that the attractions can be reached quickly.

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi, personel ise oldukça güleryüzlüydü. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Yine gidersek burada kalabiliriz.

Konum olarak duomo yani merkeze yürüme mesafesinde değildi. Yürüyerek 40-45 dk. Metroyla 10-15 dk. Biz Milano gezimiz boyunca metroyu tercih ettik.

We had a wonderful family stay here! The hotel has a very modern, vibrant, and clean design. The rooms are comfortable and well-organized, which made traveling with our 3.5-year-old daughter very easy. The hotel has a cool design concept and a nice vibe, but it wasn't perfectly suited for a family trip. While the staff was friendly, the room felt a bit too small for two adults and a young child with luggage. The location in the Città Studi district is peaceful yet exceptionally well-connected to the central station and the main city sights via public transit. The staff was incredibly welcoming to our family. We would definitely stay here again! We want to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team. We had to cancel our stay for August 17–19 for personal reasons, and the hotel was incredibly supportive, letting us cancel and refunding us with zero hesitation. Their kindness and understanding turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality! I highly advise all travelers visiting Milan to book this hotel! This level of customer care means we will absolutely choose to stay here again in the future!

Staff molto gentile ed accomodante..la struttura è più che comoda sia come zona che come servizi. servita da metro e tram in una Zona molto tranquilla, vicino a bar, ristoranti e fast-food. Stazione e principali attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi (con un po' di buona volontà). La struttura ha tutti i comfort. Giardino nel verde. Bar, ristorante, sala fitness. Wifi, TV, frigo e cassaforte.

Non c e stato assolutamente nulla che non andava. Se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa faccio notare che L'ascensore è un po' lento, ma stavo al primo piano, quindi andavo per le scale 😆

W pokoju do herbaty lub kawy mogłyby być normalne szklanki lub filiżanki. Śniadania mogłyby oferować na ciepło coś innego co kilka dni (możliwe ze tylko trafiliśmy na jajecznicę przez 3 dni)

Good staff and the room was spectacular

Sehr nette und professionelle Mitarbeitende. Die Umgebung ist angenehm und gepflegt. Besonders der schöne Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Zudem gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und Mahlzeiten.

Alles war zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

The hotel was perfect! The rooms were comfortable and clean, no noise at all. And the staff were extremely helpful and nice❤️ The location is a bit far from the center but that’s okay as there is a metro station close to the hotel. The staff is very helpful and professional, the restaurant is very good. For a location like that in Milano, the price is absolutely competitive.

You can't have it all, the competitive price gets you a small room with a student dorm vibe. It's perfectly fine (and clean) if you are there for a couple of days though.

The room is small and cosy. I really like its open-plan courtyard. The interior design and decor are stunning, and the breakfast they're serving now is also delicious.

It's a bit of a struggle if you're dragging luggage from the station, but if you're just walking without bags, it's actually quite convenient.

This is such a gem, a great concept that combines hotel and working spaces. Super friendly, clean, welcoming and convenient. My friend told me this used to be her kindergarten as she grew up in the area, and it was such a cool concept to create this space out of a place that used to be for nuns

Были в этом отеле осенью 2025, тогда понравилось абсолютно все! Номер был прекрасный, были все удобства, номер ежедневно убирали. В этот раз - очень разочарована. Выбраны те же номера - но по квадратуре были меньше, 1 нормальная розетка, номера не убирались, только заправляли кровать. Полотенца за 4 дня поменяли лишь 1 раз. Мыло закончилось, но его так и никто не обновил. В этот раз тапок, халатов, ватных палочек, зубных щеток - не было. Завтраки хорошие, как и всегда

Хорошая просторная комната(оставался индивидуально). Всё в целом хорошо. Чистота, фен, душевые принадлежности. Кондиционер работает нормально. Завтрак хороший. Есть диспенсер в фое.

Минусы: на моей простыне было непонятное неостиравшееся пятно. Туалетная бумага очень развалакивается. Душевая немного маленькая. Но в итоге для 1 дневного пребывания после долгого перелёта- Хорошо.

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult, ca a fost curat, nu m-am simțit invadata, angajații politicoși și mereu disponibili, locația buna, grădină foarte frumoasă și liniștitoare. Mâncare bună și multa.

This was a nice place to stay for a night in Milan. It's located not far from the metro, making it easy to get around the city, and there are plenty of nice neighborhoods and a market within walking distance. I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and the solid breakfast provided on arrival. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a solo traveler. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for the price.

The accommodation is excellent. The staff at the entrance is friendly, the room is neat, very well organized, nicely decorated. The bathroom is neat and spacious. View of the beautiful garden where we had breakfast. Breakfast is very rich and varied. The location is excellent, 15-20 min walk to the cathedral, in a beautiful part of Milan.
