Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Le personnel a été très attentionné et a contribué à rendre le séjour de mes parents agréable et serein. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité du service et la bonne organisation de l’hôtel. Mes parents sont très satisfaits de leur séjour et seraient ravis de revenir lors d’un prochain voyage à La Mecque. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Staff were very professional and pleasant aside from one individual who on the day we arrived was not nice at all when we requested an extra couple of items for our room and he was the one that delivered them and he was very rude. That left a very negative vibe for me and my family and we weren’t happy. Aside from him Sujon, Rifat and Abdullah were amazing and we can’t thank them enough along with the reception staff. Thank you.
The rude night staff that came to our room on the first night. Internet being poor on the 25th floor.

di malam terakhir saya menginap di alkiswah, shutle bus tidak ada, dari hbs Magrib saya tunggu hingga jam 10 malam, shuttle belum ada di hotel. banyak tamu yang kecewa sehingga menggunakan tansportasi taksi. di tanya ama recepsionis, masih di jalan, padahal waktu dari terminal ke hotel sekitar 10 menit.

The shuttle service can be very crowded, and it is difficult to get on before salah due to the number of weird wild people.

Nothing missing for a budget friendly hotel . And to not forget 24h non stop bus bringing back and forth from the haram station (5 min trip) .

الموقع ليس بعيد عن الحرم وسجود باص يذهب ويعود من الحرم ولكن تنظيم الباصات عشوائي عند باب الفندق ومافي حد ينظم الدور الكل يصير يركض على الباص الانترنت وضعيف جدا

The shuttle service was horrible - there was no definite space for the shuttles to stop. It needs a lot of work.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026الإقامة جيدة مقابل القيمة ويوجد باصات توصل للحرم بشكل دوري و جيد للإقامة القصيرة فقط لان المكان مزدحم دائماً والطاقم متعاون وسريع.
يوجد تكاسي غير نظاميين يعملون بشكل حر يقفون خارج الفندق يزعجون النزلاء جداً باصواتهم وطلباتهم للتوصيل لكل نزيل يخرج من الفندق , اتمنى توفير مطعم داخل الفندق لكي لا يضطر احد للتعامل مع المطاعم والمحلات حول الفندق لانهم ليس لديهم كفاءة ولاجودة بالاكل ولا حسن تعامل.

Some of the Personal was not very nice and it was loud. And the location is like 20-25 minutes when you want to walk. Little Walking was not bad, i enjoy that, but for the people who doesnt want that.

Check in time was 12 pm when I booked. But 2 hours before check in they sent me a msg that check in time is changed to 4 pm. It was upsetting because and unfair because I planned my trip accordingly.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Great value for the money, staff are very friendly and helpful especially I’d like to thank Arafat Hussain Ayat ullah and Bilal for their amazing room service and hospitality.
I didn’t like the illegal taxi drivers who’re outside the hotel and rip off people who are new to the city. They charge too much with nasty attitude and cars.
