Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Rooms have been upgraded. Room size adequate. Washrooms renovated. All toiletries available. Very clean. Well lighted rooms and corridors. Ample lifts no crowding. Restaurant rates are very appropriate. Location far from Haram but good facilities in the neighbourhood. Many food options just opposite the hotel across the road. Barbershop. General merchants, grocery shop, fruitshop, in short all types of necessities are within a walk of 5 minutes. Good facilitating staff.
Kaaba is far. Not approachable on foot especially for elderly.

People had their rooms doors opened and were smoking, the smell was all over the walkway and sometimes the fire alarm went off because of it.

Shuttle/bus service could be better. Its drop off should be more closer to haram as you still have 10 mins walk even after the drop off and shuttle Needs to be more frequently.

The hotel is conveniently located, surrounded by a variety of eateries and well‑stocked supermarkets, making it easy to find whatever you might need during your stay. Finally, the customer service was excellent — staff were helpful and remarkably quick in addressing any requests.

Sometimes it becomes noisy due to traffic but it is manageable. And elevators require upgradation.

İki odalı veya üç odalı, tek girişli bitişik odalarda , banyo havalandırmaları odalara da açılıyor.. diğer odalardaki sesler, olduğu gibi sizin odanın içinde.. ses yalıtımlı odayı booking üzerinden önceden rezerv etmeme rağmen, üçgün boyunca o odalarda kaldık.. boşalınca geçebildik.. 11 günlük mekke programımızın üç günü uykusuzluktan dökülerek geçti..paramızı iade edin, başka otele geçelim dedik, olmaz dediler.. ama ses yalıtımlı odaya geçince kalma süremizi birkaç gün uzattık.. ses yalıtımlı odalarda kalırsanız veya tek grup olarak diğer odalarda kalırsanız iyi.. yoksa zor..

Als je loopt richting de moskee is er een steile helling.

Basel, in particular, exceeded all expectations and added significant value to the overall hotel experience. All the staff were smart, polite, helpful, supportive, friendly, flexible, and always welcoming with a smile. The bellboys were also very informative and helpful throughout the stay. The parking facility was excellent, well-organized, and convenient, which made the overall experience even more comfortable. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, with a great location, outstanding staff, convenient transportation, and well-organized facilities. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it.
