Sehr schönes Hotel und Hotelzimmer. Nette Bedienung, guter Sommelier und gutes Essen. Super Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. Massage war wunderbar.

Stunning mountain top location. Limited number of rooms (20). Staff highly trained, polite, courteous at all times. Cannot do enough for you and fulfill every request put in front of them. Spa, top notch. Everything about it, tubs, sauna, steam room, pool - all functioning beautifully and very tastefully appointed. Food excellent. Breakfast 10/10. Top quality offering all round. Cerials the most interesting and high quality. Dinner, superb!

Este hotel surpreendeu desde o início da reserva. Nos ajudaram muito a reservar umq queijaria próxima, reservara a visista no Burel que vale muito a pena,não se pode perder. O jantar é maravilhoso e o destaque é o chefe de cozinha em sua gentileza em estar próximo aos hospedes e atender a todos os pedidos. Queríamos comer feijuca e ele fez algo super local que nos foi como um carinho para a alma, delicioso. O café da manhã é ótimo, equipe do restaurante é MARAVILHOSA. Recepção muito especial. AMAMOS. A vista, meu Deus o quarto é maravilhoso. Adoramos. Obrigada

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had, anywhere in the world! The hotel itself is beautifully and meticulously designed, the viewes are breathtaking. The staff was lovely, attentive and efficient and everything was just perfect.

De tudo, o quarto, tudo de acordo com as 5 estrelas, o jantar ótimo e o serviço a condizer.

De terem cobrado o envio do fato de banho que ficou esquecido, um hotel de 5 estrelas tem a obrigação de oferecer esse envio como cortesia para com o cliente. Cobraram 20€ e perderam clientes por esse valor

Tudo , tudo maravilhoso! Funcionários atenciosos, simpáticos e sempre disponíveis. Comida maravilhosa tanto no restaurante como no room service . Spa e massagens maravilhosas e temperatura da piscina é a ideal. Limpeza impecável. E uma paz e silêncio inigualável.

A estadia teria sido ótima, não fosse o furto do meu guarda-chuva de carbono (de alto valor). Deixei-o no local indicado pelos funcionários, que me transmitiram segurança, e desapareceu no espaço de apenas 1 hora. O mais grave foi a atitude pós-incidente: o alojamento tinha meios para identificar o autor do furto, mas escolheu não o fazer. Ignoraram as minhas chamadas e mensagens, demonstrando uma total falta de profissionalismo e responsabilidade perante o cliente.

Absolutamente tudo, o hotel é fantástico, estrutura deslumbrante e atendimento fantástico.

I wanted to visit this hotel ever since I saw it on Design Hotels and on Instagram, so I booked a specific room and we traveled from Lisbon for it. Check-in was seamless and even though the room I wanted wasn’t available at first, the staff were very professional, patient and polite. They showed me the room and even offered to have it cleaned quickly so we could take it. However, another equivalent mirror room turned out to be one I liked even more, so we stayed with the initially allocated room. Excellent service from breakfast to dinner in their restaurant. I had expected less because I saw some feedback on Booking about portion sizes, but everything exceeded expectations: food was great, portions were not small at all and again the staff were very helpful, attentive and caring without ever being intrusive. We didn’t try the spa or the swimming pool, but those also looked great. The fireplaces throughout the hotel have a cozy, wooden smell. Breakfast had a great selection, including a separate à-la-carte menu. I especially liked the baked apples with cinnamon. And of course, the room I booked was beautifully designed, exactly what I hoped to see, with a very comfortable bed, crisp bedsheets, a balcony view, concrete walls and a glass wall. The weather was quite cold and the staff immediately turned the heater up, even brought an additional one without hesitation. To conclude, the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer because we had a flight back. I will definitely return if I’m in the area again. Thank you for your service.

Everything was great. As my boyfriend said when the staff asked what they could improve: “the gratin was so tasty but small.” There was really nothing to improve except its size, but we were mostly joking of course.

Vista maravilhosa, quarto e áreas comuns confortáveis, as refeições no restaurante foram excelentes (e foram extremamente cuidadosos e atenciosos com a confecção quando mencionei que estava grávida), mas o ponto alto foi sem dúvida a amabilidade de todos os funcionários.

There is a road with minimal traffic between the front of the building and the mountain. There is virtually no traffic overnight.

O Hotel em si é lindo e a vista é maravilhosa. O Staff não podia ser mais acolhedor e atencioso.

L’accueil très chaleureux de tout le personnel qui chouchoute ses hôtes. La restauration de très grande qualité. Les plats savoureux. Les attentions du petit déjeuner, un goûter à disposition. Le côté cocooning des différents espaces et de la chambre. Les massages. La superbe vue et le calme. Bref, difficile d’en repartir.

Parce qu’il faut le préciser : pas de jardin. La route de montagne est assez étroite.

Wat een fantastisch hotel bijna boven op de berg! Wat een voorrecht dat we daar konden verblijven. De kamer en het bed waren heerlijk en het uitzicht over de bergen en het dorp beneden sprookjesachtig (ook 's nachts). Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ze doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid en er zijn ook nog a la carte gerechten die je kan bestellen. Ook avondeten in het restaurant is heerlijk en elke dag om 16.00 stond er een snackbuffet klaar. De spa was ook geweldig, heerlijke sauna en Turks stoombad en we hadden het zwembad vaak voor onszelf. Het kon ook zomaar gebeuren dat je in je ligstoel aan het zwembad een complementary handmassage kreeg! De massages die we geboekt hadden waren ook geweldig, ik kan niet anders zeggen. Natuurliefhebbers kunnen hier hun hart ophalen. Als je het hotel uit loopt kan je zo de berg op. Op 15 minuten rijden van het hotel ligt een mooi zwemmeer en ook een mooi wandelgebied en er zijn ook verschillende watervallen in de buurt. En dan na een flinke hike lekker het zwembad en de sauna in. Wij hebben echt een toptijd gehad!

The location (quiet and surrounded by plenty of untouched nature), the design and architecture of the hotel, the breathtaking view from our (panoramic) room, the cleanliness, the amenities, complimentary toiletries and snacks, the warmth of the staff. The food was mind-blowing (both at breakfast and dinner). The complimentary welcome drinks and nibbles and the daily activities available were a really nice touch. The overall attention to detail and thoughtfulness that goes into it all is seriously outstanding. Frankly THE best hotel we've ever stayed at. We have not stopped recommending it to friends and family since.

We honestly could not fault anything. If there was one thing we could change it'd just be the size of the outdoor pool - it's quite small. But it's probably sensible given this is mostly a winter/snow holiday destination.
