Location was amazing, check in was super easy, great communication and support. Loved the room and suited what we needed except for the cooling

The air conditioning is inadequate, non central and the machine was faulty and very intermittently noisy. It meant the room temp was about 27 overnight, stuffy and loud

gia al mio arrivo avevo fatto notare che il condizionatore aveva dei problemi, al di la della posizione infelice in cui è stato inserito, faceva un rumore forte , ho inviato video e mi è stato detto che avrebbero mandato il manutentore . che è arrivato il giorno dopo !°notte insonne , che ha sistemato.... ho inviato di nuovo un video che dimostrava che il condizionatore continuava a fare un rumore pazzaesco: se lo spegnevi ti trovavi in una stanza con 35 gradi se lo accendevi ... non dormivi comunque.Sinceramente la cosa che mi ha infastidito è stata che si sono limitati a dire :ci dispiace per il disguido abbiamo informato la direzione che non ha mai risposto . Abbiamo lasciato la struttura un giorno prima e abbiamo trovato una soluzione alternativa Limitarsi a dire ci dispiace per il disguido mi è sembrata una paraculata ! Una delusione!

Posizione senz' altro ottima, è il maggior pregio

Sì tratta di una catena di strutture gestite con messaggi automatici, enter code, videocitofono e quant' altro. Non gradisco nei miei soggiorni strutture di questo tipo. Alla fine del soggiorno avevo chiesto due ore in più per lasciare il trolley, mi è stato detto (x messaggi) che solo a pagamento era possibile, poi (fatalità) avevo dimenticato qualcosa nell' armadio, ho chiamato subito per chiedere di riaprire e non è stato possibile...:-( :-(

La posizione è ottima, molto vicina al centro della città. L'appartamento è carino e molto funzionale, ad eccezione dell'aria condizionata che è davvero molto rumorosa...

Il condizionatore dell'aria, forse difettoso, era davvero molto rumoroso (simile alla centrifuga di una lavatrice)

La posizione e la pulizia.

La struttura prevedeva aria condizionata mentre abbiamo trovato un condizionatore portatile posizionato in un angolo della cucina e tra l’altro rumorosissimo.

Posizione ottima, alloggio ben arredato e curato. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo visto il periodo (agosto) e la posizione. Armadi spaziosi, cucina separata vivibile.

La pulizia era sommaria, nei punti in cui non si pensa che un ospite possa guardare c'era un bello strato di polvere (dietro al bollitore, sotto i letti, sopra il frigo, la cosa peggiore il termo arredo in bagno che sembrava rovinato invece era proprio sporco). Aggiungerei sale, pepe, carta da cucina e qualche cialda del caffè in più (appartamento da 3, due notti, 3 cialde in tutto; per carità, noi non abbiamo bevuto caffè, ma se qualcuno lo desidera è proprio contato).

Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten im Zentrum. Etwa eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt sind ein Parkhaus, Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei. Das Zimmer war schon (vor)klimatisiert, sodaß es bei unserer Ankunft angenehm kühl war. Es ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet (inklusive leckeren Snacks). Uns fehlte es an nichts und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

We were on top floor, even that was not said before, so since it was roof the air condition was not working well to make a room pleasent for sleeping. Price is maybe a bit higher. Everything else was nice, staff is realy nice also.

Ubytovanie je krásne, moderné, čisté, pohodlné a je v úplnom centre mesta. Nám sa veľmi páčilo a chceli by sme sa sem o rok vrátiť.

The cooking plate was induction so moka didn’t work

Locația este deosebită, in zona istorică a orașului la câteva minute de toate obiectivele importante. Restaurante, gelaterii, magazine și o parcare (la care am primit 15% de la gazde) foarte aproape. Camera ocupa etajul 2 al unui imobil vechi pe o străduță lată de 1,5 m. Deosebit.

Că nu am stat mai mult.

Avrei aggiunto (visto il soggiorno di una settimana) qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più, scottex e strofinacci per la cucina

Férjemmel és kislányommal szálltunk meg az apartmanban. Háromunk számára kényelmes és tágas volt, az elhelyezkedése pedig kiváló, valóban a belváros szívében található, így minden fontos látnivaló könnyen elérhető gyalogosan. Rövidebb, 2–3 napos tartózkodásra kifejezetten ajánlom. A konyha felszereltsége azonban számunkra kissé hiányosnak bizonyult, mivel alapvető dolgok – például só, bors vagy más fűszerek – nem álltak rendelkezésre. A leírásban magángarázs szerepelt, azonban arról nem kaptunk előzetes tájékoztatást, hogy annak használata külön díjköteles. Érkezésünkkor a garázsban már nem volt szabad hely, így végül két utcával feljebb, egy ingyenes utcai parkolóban tudtunk megállni. Összességében nagyon kellemes élményekkel távoztunk. A kommunikáció végig gyors és gördülékeny volt, a szállásadó rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. Rövid városlátogatáshoz jó szívvel ajánlom ezt a szállást.

Aria condizionata vecchia e con molto rumorosa e speravo almeno in una bottiglietta di acqua in frigo

Beh la posizione è ottima, a dir poco, è nel cuore della città, a pochi minuti da tutto e a una manciata di secondi da molto. Arredamento accogliente, bel legno.

Condizionatore rumoroso in modo assurdo (ma c'è, per fortuna). Zanzare.

La localisation de ce logement est tout simplement idéale. Les équipements et le charme de la décoration sont un atout non négligeable Le rapport qualité prix est sans appel

La climatisation est bruyante et oblige à laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit avec les bruits de la rue surtout tôt le matin (5h) avec les équipes de nettoyage. Le ménage (surtout la poussière était limite). L'accueil vidéo est très pratique mais un peu impersonnel

Unfortunately there was construction work going on in the backside of the building (not in the locanda part) however, the noise felt like coming from the room below. They started to work with a drill Saturday morning 8:30 and even on Sunday. I believe the workers were sleeping in the area as I heard loud voices of men speaking until 1:30 am Also the air-Condition is very noisy, luckily we didn’t need it during our stay

Апартамента е буквално в самия център на Триест и всичко което да разгледате в Триест е само на минути от него.На близко разстояние от него има голям и удобен закрит паркинг.Апартамента е оборудван с всичко от което може да имате нужда.Настаняването става самостоятелно като пред самия апартамент има видео връзка с оператор.

Климатика беше малко шумен.

Tolle Lage und entzückends Appartement.

Leider hat sich die Klimaanlage nicht einschalten lassen und es waren trotz geschlossenen Fenstern viele Mosquitos im Zimmer.

Not sure where to start on the positive side! Maybe first the location, literally feets away from Piazza Unita d'Italia and the famous Molo Audace. There are a number of restaurants and trattorie directly on your doorstep, as well as the best icecream shop in town: Gelato Marco. Although the property is in the pedestrian area, it is only 150 m away from parking San Giusto, for those travelling by car. Now about the property itself, which is made of 5 accomodations, 1 per floor. Keep cool, there is a lift! :-) We had the appartment on the second floor, it is very nicely decorated and has all amenities you can expect, including a kitchenette, air conditioning, a washing machine. It features also a nice, large bed. I liked a lot some of the walls still with old stones, as well as the timber beams, making a cosy and romantic atmosphere. For the check-in, you reach out to the team through a videocall, very convenient. By the way, kudos to the team who is literally always available and responsive through the whatsapp channel for any of your requests. This is definitely an excellent place to spend some time in Trieste and discover this wonderful city and its surroundings, including Castel Miramare, Opicina and the Napoleon trail for instance.

This is very specific for those travelling to Trieste by car, as it was my case. Parking in Trieste is just a nightmare. Of course, there is this nice parking San Giusto located nearby, but the daily rate is just crazy at 24 euros (although you get a 15% rebate through the Locanca) and depending on the day and hour, you might have to queue for a free spot, because this parking is packed to the brim. It would be highly valuable if the Locanda could have its own private parking spot in that parking and include that cost to the rate as an option. Second small drawback: the property sits in a lively area, hence the street might be a bit noisy during the nights at weekends. Earplugs do obviously the trick ;-)

De muy difícil localización. Y los propietarios tampoco ayudan mucho. En otros sitios se envían planos de ubicación y foto de la fachada. Al hacer el check out, es demasiado temprano y cuando les pedimos salir más tarde nos querían cobrar 20€ más por salir a las 12

App. 3. Etage.Super Lage im agilen (bis morgens auch lauten) Altstadt -Zentrum und nahe zu sehr guten Restaurants , Cafés und Tiefgarage. Sehr schõnes und stylisch eingerichtetes Appartement, Aufzug nach ersten 9 Stufen.

Nur ein Schlüssel. Abgenutzter Spülschwamm. Keine Trockentücher in der Küche, kein Küchenpapier. Schimmel in der Dusche, Waschbecken lief schlecht ab. Sehr dünne Handtücher. Zu wenig Toilettenpapier. Nur ein schwächelnder, lauter Klimakühler in der Küche, im Schlafraum nichts. Viele Mücken machen Mückennetze erforderlich, fehlen aber überall. Bett sieht wie Boxspringbett aus, hat aber nur Holzkasten>>zu hart.

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Lift ist im Gebäude. Check-in mittels Videotelefonie hat gut geklappt. Es waren zu wenig Handtücher im Appartement, wurden aber sofort nach einer Nachfrage gebracht.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut (bei der Abdeckung ist ein Plastiksteg gebrochen) und die Verteilung der kalten Luft ist nicht sonderlich gut. Bei uns war es aber noch nicht zu heiß. Die Küche könnte noch ein paar Utensilien vertragen, wie zb ein Geschirrtuch oder eine Küchenrolle und ganz wichtig- 1 großes Messer.

Die Lage ist optimal, die öffentliche Garage sehr nah und mit Gutschein, der im Zimmer lag, erschwinglich. Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock (mit Lift) auch für 3 Personen gut möglich. Der etwas abgetrennte Küchenbereich komfortabel.

Leider waren jede Menge Gelsen im Zimmer, ein Gelsenstecker wäre sehr empfehlenswert. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche könnte man das eine oder andere nachjustieren.

Complicated Check-in Procedere: send if cards per email in advance, passcodes are communicated per mail which you need to have ready on arrival, talking to someone via Monitor, … No option to park bicycles. Only on arrival we were told in a harsh tone that our bikes are not allowed to be brought into the appartment. This was the only Location during our one week cycling holidays showing no flexibility.

Sehr gute Lage. Sauber, ordentlich. Nah am Parkhaus. Für eine Nacht passend.

Viel zu laute Klimaanlage. Wir konnten kaum schlafen.

Its little bit tricky to find it.

Posizione ottima. pur esendo in una posizione centralissima è in una via isoltata dalla "movida" quindi molto silenziosa. Il monolocale pulito e fornito di tutto quanto necessario. Nota in più ritengo sia stata fatta un'ottima ristrutturazione.

Suggerimento, aggiungerei delle zanzariere alle finestre . Suggerirei la pulizia dei muri da alcune macchie di zanzare schiacciate dagli ospiti precendenti.

Location is amazing, just few steps to main square and all the amenities. The check in process is very easy and fast. Apartment is very well maintained, good equipped with all you need for few days stay.

Locatie was top. Volledig uitgerust appartement midden in de stad. Inchecken ging makkelijk via de videoverbinding. De kortingsvoucher voor de dichtstbijzijnde parkeergarage was een onverwachte bonus.

Over het algemeen prima schoongemaakt, maar kan hier en daar wat puntjes op de i gebruiken.

Camera molto accogliente, curata e pulita perfetta per soggiorni medio/brevi.

Rivedibili i dettagli di accoglienza. Niente acqua, frigo vuoto, biscotti per la colazione sbriciolati. Piccoli accorgimenti che fanno dire “peccato” al posto di “bravi! Bell’idea”. Impossibilità di deposito bagagli in una struttura vicina. 20 min a piedi in salita con bagagli pesanti/delicati è scomodo. Il servizio c’è, ben gestito ma mal posizionato.

Stor fin leilighet. Alt fungerte, noe som ikke alltid er tilfelle i Italia.
