Mooi appartement midden in het centrum van Triëst. We konden onze fietsen in het gebouw op een veilige plek stallen. Er was zelfs een wasmachine in het appartement en daar hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt.

Ramen wel dicht houden vanwege het verkeer. Wel airco aanwezig.

Excellent stay in the heart of Trieste! The apartment has a perfect central location, is clean, comfortable, and very pleasant for a stay. What truly made our experience special was the exceptionally kind and helpful staff, always available and ready to assist with any request. We felt very welcome and would happily stay here again. Clean and very nice designed rooms in an old impressive appartment house in the middle of the city center. Very comfortable bed and friendly staff at the reception. I can recommend this very much.

Great location in a beautiful building. Staff were very helpful with great communication. One downfall to the apartment 505 that we booked was that the sofa bed was dreadful. We had to put the mattress on the floor as the bed was very badly shaped. There was plenty of room in the bedroom so we were able to put the mattress on the floor next to the single bed. The sofa settee was also badly stained which was a negative. Apart from that our stay was great

Nagyon jó, központi helyen található a belvárosban, de mégis csendes, nyugodt.

Az egyetlen negatívum, hogy az ágy kicsit kényelmetlen volt.

Super nice and big apartment at good distance from both the city center and the train and bus station! A small kitchen perfect to do our breakfast and with enough utilities if we wanted to cook a meal for two as well

The windows were not the most isolated ones so you could hear some outside noise. It didn’t bothered us very much but if you’re sensitive to it I would recommend earplugs

Posizione centrale. Il ns monolocale mansardato era pulito ed in ordine. Comodo l’accesso tramite codice anche se in realtà la struttura è dotata di una receptionist aperta 8-22. L’appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort. Noi e i ns cani ci siamo trovati benissimo. La consigliamo sia per la posizione centrale che per la disponibilità ad accogliere i ns cani.

Ein Tipp: es wäre praktisch, würde man die Gäste informieren, wo man passende Kaffeekapseln erhält. Ansonsten gabs nichts zu beanstanden!

Klimatyzacja, wejście na kod, piękny wystrój, blisko wszędzie

JOIVY came to the rescue when our long-standing booking at another apartment was cancelled just three days before our flights to Trieste! The studio apartment here was a decent size, comfortable, bright and in a good location for eating and drinking etc. (Eppinger Caffe just around the corner was excellent for breakfasts). There was a great walk-in shower in the large bathroom, with basic toiletries supplied. We were on the third floor so grateful for the lift. Our room overlooked a busy street but the sound-proofing meant we were never bother by street noise. The wifi worked well and the air conditioning was excellent (and much needed in a late summer heatwave).

In some ways it did feel a bit like staying in a large hotel room rather than an apartment, as the whole block is owned by the same company and consists of multiple holiday rentals. The room was a little stark (no pictures on the wall for instance) and as there was a door connecting the one next door we did experience some noise from our neighbour though thankfully not at unsocial hours. Also we found the pillows a bit uncomfortable - one too big and firm, the other too thin and lumpy!

Clean, position to cities main attractions and very helpful stuff.

Great location and a fabulous apartment with an excellent layout. Loved the ability to separate both rooms and entrances between guests. Everything was to a high standard.

Ich hatte kein richtiges Bett, sondern eine Couch mit Matratze, obwohl auf den Fotos jedes Zimmer mit einem Bett ausgestattet ist.

Lokalita je výborná, priamo v centre diania.Potešil stroj na kávu a kávička na izbe . Sklenené poháre a chladnička.

Poškodené sedatko na toalete, bohužiaľ preležaný matrac.

Super nett schon im Vorfeld betreffend Informationen. Top Lage mitten in der Stadt, mit kurzen Fusswegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokalen. Sehr sauber und geräumig.

We are returning to this place for couple of years now, every time it is meeting our expectations. Location is superb, check-in is online and code for your apartment also arrives by private message. In general well equipped, with clean bathroom, clean towels and bed linings.

General cleanliness can be improved by better moping of the floors, but for majority of guests I believe it is sufficient as it is.. A bit noisy during the night on the street side. Also, busses pass by the building and when they do, you can feel the whole building vibrating. A few touches would be nice, like better wi-fi, more variety of toiletries for example.

In pieno centro, a due passi dal lungomare e dalle piazze più belle della città. Il monolocale è ampio e luminoso, in un palazzo antico, recentemente ristrutturato con gusto e con tutto il necessario.

Ottima posizione, personale gentile. Due grandi Camere comunicanti ideali per famiglie numerose.

Checkin on line. Ho dovuto rifare la procedura per tutti i componenti della famiglia e le istruzioni di accesso mi sono arrivate solo poco prima di arrivare. Unico aspetto da migliorare

Mir gefällt die moderne Einrichtung, alles sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist unübertroffen, obwohl mitten im Zentrum ist es sehr ruhig.

The location is only few steps from Canal Grande, the apartment is spacious and very clean. Products in bathroom are so good and smell so nice. Air conditioning works perfectly. The building is soo beautiful, we can’t name one single remark, it’s the best!!

El aprtament no estava del tot net ni ben mantingut. La il·luminació era freda i no hi ha microones a la cuina. El sofà llit es incomodíssim. A més et fan fer una feinada burocràtica immensa amb el check in on-line els dies abans, tot i que tenen personal que et podria fer el check in a recepció.. no ho entenc. Senyors, soc un client, no un treballador dels vostres apartaments. A més, després una vegada tenen les meves dades, em bombardegen amb spam al correu. Allotjament de qualitat mitja-baixa. El preu es excessiu pel que ofereix. No hi tornarem

La ubicación de 10 y la habitación realmente espaciosa y equipada,. Genial la posibilidad de dejar las maletas en la recepción tanto antes como después de la estancia.

Lo único que añadiría quizá sería un espejo en la habitación.

Tutto straordinariamente bello,non mi era mai capitato di trovare un alloggio così bello,pulito,e con una posizione strategica in pieno centro di Trieste. Se ci ritorno,sicuramente sarà di nuovo tappa al JOIVY APPARTAMENTS.

L'alloggio si presenta fedele alla descrizioni e dispone di tutto per le prime necessità. La posizione è ottima per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere i luoghi iconici della città e nelle vicinanze si trovano diverse fermate dei bus cittadini. Personale disponibile e pronto a risolvere le difficoltà. Il primo giorno il climatizzatore non funzionava, ma il personale di portineria si è attivato subito per trovare una soluzione. Il giorno successivo durante la nostra assenza il climatizzatore è stato messo a posto. Ci è stato inoltr promesso un rimborso per la prima notte di permanenza. Una lode al ragazzo della reception, gentile e preparato.

Potrebbero essere presenti più prodotti per l'igiene della casa. Abbiamo trovato 1 capsula per la lavatrice e una per la lavastoviglie e solo due capsule per la macchinetta del caffè. In generale se ci si aspetta di trovare l'appartamento pulito si deve trovare tutto l'occorrente per poterlo fare. Abbiamo chiesto un secchio e un mocio e ci è stato prontamente consegnato.

Sinceramente i materassi ed in particolare il letto matrimoniale non è assolutamente paragonabile al resto della struttura, non si può assolutamente usare una poltrona apribile con un materasso scadente come tale.

The studio is in the very center of Trieste, you can go by foot to all the major atractions and stores. The rooms are clean, well equiped and even the building is on a busy street it is very quite.

Super zentrale aber ruhige Lage, große Zimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und schönem, modernen Badezimmer. Kleiner Balkon ist auch vorhanden. Und Klimaanlage ist im Sommer absolut mega praktisch.

Kein einziger Punkt zu bemängeln.

Lo spazio cottura non aveva né microonde né bollitore. C’erano troppo pochi mobili per appoggiare le cose.

The location is perfect, right in the city center. The apartment and the building have both been recently renovated and are well equipped. For the discounted price we paid at the time, it was excellent value. However, at the regular price, I would probably recommend staying in a hotel instead.

The apartment is newly renovated, and all the furniture and equipment are new. Unfortunately, the cleaning was only superficial. I assume this is because the entire building consists of apartments and they have staff responsible for housekeeping, but much more attention to detail is needed. At first glance, everything looks spotless, but the bathroom in particular was not properly cleaned. Only the floor seemed to have been wiped, while there was a lot of dust on other surfaces—especially on the black towel warmer, where every speck of dust was visible. This is also where guests are expected to leave their towels while showering, so it should be cleaned thoroughly. Another thing missing was an iron. Overall, for the discounted price, the apartment was a great deal. At the regular price, however, I would expect a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Our apartment was comfortable and we enjoyed staying there. We really liked the location.

Sometimes it was a little bit noisy

Centraal gelegen, midden in het centrum en toch rustig (ramen dicht, airco aan).

Appartamento nuovissimo e pulito, con tutti gli elettrodomestici e cucina. Sicuramente da consigliare se si hanno bambini o se ci si ferma in città più a lungo. Posizione centrale molto bella.

Check-in online stressante e lungo. L’assistenza telefonica ci ha aiutato ma non l’ho trovata comoda come pratica rispetto ad altre strutture. Trovare parcheggio è difficoltoso essendo in zona ztl. Cosa stranissima anche se capisco che si tratti di un palazzo antico ma ad ogni passaggio di bus o camion in strada si sentivano scosse e tremolii nell’appartamento (eravamo al 3 piano).

Ein sehr gut gelegenes und modern eingerichtetes, geschmackvolles Apartment, mitten in der Stadt, hervorragende Infrastruktur - mit Parkgarage, Hauptbahnhof und Hafenpromenade in weniger als 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Alles war gepflegt und sehr sauber. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Welcoming hosts mean a lot during travels. With JOIVY staff everything went smoothly. I requested an iron since it wasn't listed, and it was provided with an ironing board and a clean sheet to protect my clothes. I appreciate it! Communication was timely and clear, with very easy access to the apartment. White bedsheets and big comfy bed was great as well.

I used my own home slippers in the apartment and it didn't matter to me that much but for those walking barefoot or wearing white socks the floor could have been cleaner.

The air conditioning wasn't working

Modern eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Ausreichend Platz für alle. 2 Badezimmer. Gute Lage. Problemloser Zugang. Klimaanlage, aber auch zu öffnende Fenster und Fensterläden zum abdunkeln.

Das Schlafsofa ist eher unbequem für Erwachsene. (Bei uns haben die Kinder drauf geschlafen, das war okay). Schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Das ist aber eher ein generelles Problem in Trieste.

Modernes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung in guter Lage, Nette Kommunikation, unkomplizierter Zugang.

Das Doppelbett in unseren Apartment war etwas schmal.
