Przyjechaliśmy na jedną noc ale zdecydowanie to b strzał w 10. Pyszne śniadanie, czysty pokój, super klimatyzacja i miły personel oraz parking przy hotelu - wszystko czego nam było trzeba. Polecamy !

Aya and family were lovely, and very helpful. The pool was fabulous, clean (water changed every third day), and there was a lovely garden. There was parking outside, and it was a quiet area close to the terraces.

Essentially a one star hotel. Sheet had holes, no upper sheet, shower holder missing (both addressed on request), sink tap & toilet flush broken, toilet not attached to floor, no fridge, bedside lamp or power point beside bed. I booked this hotel (twice the price of the cheaper ones like Hotel Pamukkale) expecting the higher standard usual for the price everywhere else in Turkey. Aya was quick to address issues, however broken fittings should have been noticed during cleaning (and had clearly been broken for some time. Others have commented on the lack of top sheet but this has not changed. Not nice being expected to use bed covers used by others which may or may not have been washed.

La struttura non era all’altezza della descrizione. Camera umida con asciugamani ancora bagnati sul letto. Mi è stato risposto che gli asciugano fuori ed era tre giorni che piove e che non era colpa loro. Bagno sporco si vede che era stato pulito in fretta e furia. Abbiamo lasciato le valige in struttura per 4 ore senza usare la camera perché eravamo in ritardo per andare a Pamukkale, e quindi dopo avremmo cambiato Hotel. Non mi è stato possibile cancellare nonostante mi fosse stato detto il contrario. Abbiamo pagato questo soggiorno più un altro albergo. Veramente di cattivo gusto la gestione della situazione. Chiederò il Rimborso a Booking! Da Evitare!

Nice staff, right outside Pamukkale town entrance, nice pool and relaxing garden.

Our room had a light flashing on the ceiling at regular intervals (probably some detector). It was annoying when we noticed but we slept well.

Ein familiengeführtes Hotel, sehr sympathische und freundliche Besitzer, saubere Unterkunft und top Lage. Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden. Der saubere Pool gefüllt mit Quellwasser ist eine super Möglichkeit für heiße Tage zum Abkühlen. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und gemütlich. Leckerer Frühstück und gute Verpflegung. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, top empfehlenswert.

Aya was super nice and helpful. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. The garden is just perfect for spending some time. 5 minutes walking from the Travertine gates.

Camera molto essenziale, solo un piccolissimo ripiano, nessun armadio, nessun ripiano in bagno. Materasso del letto singolo pendeva un pò da una parte. Cuscini non comodi.

La habitación pequeña! NO HABÍA SILLAS,MESA NI NEVERA.... TAMPOCO ARMARIO.

Excelente ubicación. El personal muy amable aunque lamentablemente no pudimos hacer el check in antes porque estaba completo. Pero el dueño se despertó a las 3am para que pudieramos hacer el check out. La zona de la piscina es ideal para relajarse y el bar tiene muy buenos precios.

La habitación es un poco pequeña y le faltan enchufes próximos a la mesita de noche para hacerlo más funcional. La ducha es abierta y el baño se queda completamente inundado de agua.

Es hermoso! Muy cómoda, todo en buen estado, el wifi es estable y se respira mucha paz. La ubicación es excelente y la atención del personal muy amable. Volvería mil veces!!

Our stay was pleasant overall. The hotel met expectations — the room was clean, the staff was polite, and the location was convenient. Nothing really stood out, but everything worked as it should. A good option for a short stay or a simple, hassle-free visit.

The lights in the room were very bright white — I would recommend changing them for warmer lighting to make the space feel more comfortable.

石灰棚側の入口、レストラン街、デニズリへのバス停、どこからもすぐ近くロケーション抜群です。宿自体はプールを囲む２回建てでちょっとしたリゾート気分も味わえます。部屋も清潔で清掃も行き届いてます。宿の奥様が日本人の方で観光の情報をいただいたり、色々気を使っていただき快適に過ごす事ができました。近くの釜焼きのパン屋さんもあって美味しかったです。

唯一思ったのがシャワーに仕切りがなかったのが気になりました。簡易的なカーテンでもあればトイレが濡れなくて良いかな。

Very nice and good location, but old furniture. The bathroom was very old and the shower place was full of water while bathing. No place to put the belongings. Definitely the hotel needs to refresh the bathrooms and redesign the rooms.

Tout etait tres bien. Le personnel nous a bien recu malgré une arrivée tardive. Et l'hotel est hyper bien placé.

Location is perfect, walk to the central entrance to the site. Check in was easy and we even got hot water and glasses to make ourselves tea.

Very pretty hotel with a lovely pool which has water changed every two or three days. It is very conveniently located and just a short walk to the touristy places in Pamukkale and great restaurants. Very peaceful and the family that runs it is warm and friendly. Love the ginger resident cat there too.

Location is very close to the entrance of Pamakkule.

The beds are to hard for my liking. The airconditioning was very dirty.

• The owners were welcoming and helpful, • The hotel was near to the travertinies and Herriapolis, so its a real plus if you don't want to drive much after a busy day, • Available parking spots in front of the hotel, • Clean room with all the essential amenities, • The breakfast was good too.

• Bath towels were torn and holey. • Pillows were bumpy and not comfy.

Overall a good value for money stay, however the room was noisier than expect and the aircon didn't work.

Great family run hotel. Very nice staff. Location is perfect as it is a 2 min walk to the Travertine entrance. Lovely pool and outdoor grassed and shady area with a little bar.we loved sitting out there and having a drink in the evenings.

Rooms are basic but with everything you need. Very friendly owners who can’t do enough to help. Lovely garden area. Fantastic breakfast.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in famiglia in questo hotel, per visitare Pamukkale. La gestione è familiare e i proprietari molto gentili. La struttura è dotata di una bella piscina in cui cambiano l'acqua tutti i giorni, attorniata da un prato verde con tavoli e un angolo bar. Intorno alla piscina ci sono due piani di stanze che affacciano su un corridoio esterno, tipo motel. Noi abbiamo avuto una tripla al piano terra, penso ristrutturata da poco e una doppia al primo piano. Le camere sono pulite ed essenziali, con il letto matrimoniale alla francese in un angolo (dunque non comodissimo), mente il bagno della doppia è sicuramente un po' datato e con una doccia senza chiusure che bagna un po' in giro. Nel complesso comunque ci siamo trovati bene e lo consiglieremmo.

Nella camera sarebbe utile mettere qualcosa su cui poter appoggiare i bagagli (pliant, panchetta), anche perchè non ci sono armadi veri e propri ma solo qualche attaccapanni appeso al muro

Sunrise Aya is a friendly, quiet hotel in an excellent location for visiting the sites of Pamukkale and around. The pool and garden are great and all the staff very helpful and pleasant. Recommended!

We spent only one night, and everything was very good, however the localization is perfect. it's like 5 minutes by foot to the town ticket gate to Hierapolis and Pumakkale travertines. In my opinion this entrance is the best one, because You start with travertines and all organized trips will not bother You, just get up early )

This accommodation has an excellent location, as you can easily walk to Pamukkale. We were especially grateful for Aya's helpful advice on the best times to visit Pamukkale and Hierapolis to avoid the strong sun, which made our trip much more enjoyable.

In Pamukkale a few meters from the attraction. Very nice pool in the garden. Quiet relaxing place after a whole day of hiking. The water in the pool is naturally changed daily. The room was on the ground floor and close to the courtyard. Simple and pleasant accommodation.

Such a nice place for stay or very neat and clean 200 meter form pamacula white mountain . Japanese lady and his husband running this place very well maintain place in pamacula and morning breakfast very good grand mother marking very delicious. I would recommended this place to everyone who is going to pamacula .

Comfortable, receptionist was really nice and welcoming, and it was so close to the Pamukkale entrance that you could walk. They also let us leave our car after check out so we can go for lunch.

La struttura è a pochi passi da una delle due entrate al sito di Pamukkale, il gestore è stato molto accogliente e disponibile anche nel consigliarci dove mangiare li vicino. La stanza è come da foto, la piscina è pulitissima e molto più grande di come mi aspettavo. C'è un piacevole giardino dove potersi rilassare. Struttura silenziosa colazione ottima ci siamo pentiti di aver fatto solo una notte per esigenze di viaggio. Ringrazio i proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa anche se il soggiorno è stato breve. Ci tornerei

Great location for nearby activities and restaurants. Really good freshwater pool which was changed out daily whilst we stayed there. Food available at the property and of a really good standard. Laundry facilities also available. Outdoor bar on the property. Very clean. Air-con in the room. Plenty of parking available also.

호텔안에 수영장이 있어서 좋았고,리셉션이 친절해서 좋았으며,샌드위치를 주문했는데 너무 맛나게 싸주셨고 또 삭힌고추와 청양고추를 따로 싸주신것이 매우 인상깊었다.평범한 샌드위치가 고추를 만나 너무 맛있게 먹었다.참!또 복숭아랑 배도 싸주셨다.넉넉한 인심을 느낄수 있는 파묵칼레여서 우리 부부는 좋은 기억을 남길수 있었다.

방안에 냉장고가 없어서 좀 불편했고,바 냉장고에 보관하면 된다.

"Pamukkale’s Hidden Gem: Family-Run Guesthouse with Soul" This place took me back to the classic guesthouse vibe—where you can share beers with the owner couple and play ball games with their kids by the pool. These days, the travel trend has shifted. Most guesthouses have turned into hotel-style accommodations, and younger travelers seem to prefer hotels, whether budget or luxury. But finding a guesthouse like this warmed my heart. Though the hostel is old, it was spotlessly clean. The Dolmuş (shared minibus) stop to Denizli Bus Terminal is just a 10-second sprint away, and there’s even a bread factory nearby where you can grab freshly baked goods. All the markets are within easy reach, making the location absolutely perfect. Plus, the travertine terraces (Pamukkale) entrance is super close! [One small Tip about Pamukkale trip] At the Pamukkale ticket office, workers aggressively forced to sell a strange Wi-Fi device. Just say, “I don’t have Wi-Fi, so I can’t use that and refuse, You don't need to buy it. Other than that, I 200% recommend Pamukkale trip and Sunrise Aya Hotel!

It was a small room but that okay for the price. The shower was not working well. Old stuff, needs renovation.

This is an Owner(husband-wife) run hotel. Owner is grumpy & impolite. We were offered breakfast without informing the charge. I was charged hefty at checkout. Towels were old & stiff. No water kept in room.

Sabah 06:30 da havuz doldurma gürültüsü ile uyandık. Odalarda ses yalıtımı yok. Merdivenden inen kişinin sesi, çim sulama sesi ve klima motor sesi tamamen oda içerisinde. Ne konfor sağlıyor nede uyumak isteyene imkan sunuyor. İşletme eski ve bakımsız Odada ne su ne minibar nede temizlik malzemeleri mevcut. İşletme sessiz bir dinlenmeyi müşterisine sağlamaktan çok uzak.

The family who run the hotel were very friendly and nothing was any problem for them. They made the stay memorable, enjoyable and welcoming. The grass in the garden was fantastic and gave my friends “grass envy”. It was a beautiful atmosphere in the garden in the evenings.
