Me and my partner was visiting Pamukkale and after a very long, hot, and tiring day we thought we should stay overnight and not drive all the way back to our own base 2.5 hours drive away, so found this hotel and booked it at very short notice (about 1.5 hours before we checked in) and we were so pleased that we booked this hotel- as room was excellent, spotless clean, excellent and very powerful shower, very comfortable bed, and in the morning the breakfast was absolutely amazing (hands down the best breakfast open buffet I've ever had) there was at least 10 different kinds of cheeses, boiled eggs, three kinds of omelette, many different kinds of olives, tomatoes, sweet and savoury pastries, breakfast cereals, l can just carry on counting, long story short this hotel, staff, amenities, location was absolutely faultless, if we ever go to visit this area we'd definitely stay there even if it's a bit of a distance to where we'd visit in the future. Highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Go!

Gepflegte, ruhige Hotelanlage mit angenehm schattigen Sitzgelegenheiten unter Bäumen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine sehr gute Auswahl, es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Hotel sencillo, pero tiene todos los requisitos, amabilidad del personal, tranquilidad, habitación grande y cómoda, excelente desayuno, antes se decía que no había ascensor ahora si lo tiene, cama cómoda, se puede cenar a un precio aceptable, parking, te ayudan en casi todo. Wiffi bien

Struttura molto carina, bella piscina e ottimo ristorante anche economico, camera spaziosa e con balcone, personale molto gentile (abbiamo avuto un problema com la macchina e ci hanno chiamato il gommista in loco), ampio parcheggio e buffet vario per colazione

Niente se proprio devo trovare qualcosa il phone è vecchio e non c’era il lenzuolo ma una sorta di copriletto un po ruvido, ad ogni modo ottima struttura

Nos ha gustado todo, el hotel muy bonito y muy comodo, una piscina en el jardin preciosa donde relajarte, el restaurante que cenamos y comimos muy bien, el personal, desde los de recepcion, los camareros, las señoras del bufet, todo el mundo muy amable y agradables, respondiendo de una manera eficaz a todo que les pedimos, lavanderia, trasporte, gracias por todo son muy amables, sin dudarlo repetiriamos. Dispone un buen aparcamiento. La visita nos ha encantqdo.

Le jardin de l’hôtel, la piscine. L’offre de restauration tant pour le petit déjeuner ( exceptionnelle ) que le dîner. La gentillesse du personnel et le calme de l’hôtel. Un superbe hôtel à Pamukkale.

Le manque de lampe de chevet et de chaise dans la chambre et de tablette et de chaise serviette dans la salle de bain.

La situation à proximité d'Ephèse, le charme de l'hôtel, la piscine très agréable, le confort des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel : tout était super ! Des restaurants à 5mn à pied... On y reviendrait avec grand plaisir

Piacevole l’ambiente, piscina, ristorante, zona colazione. Molto comoda la navetta che porta al Sito archeologico di Hierapolis e Pamukkale. Iniziando la visita dall’alto scendendo lungo le vasche di Pamukkale usciamo ad un km circa dall’hotel che è quindi raggiungibile a piedi

Molto comoda la posizione, bella la piscina, comodo parcheggio a un passo dall’albergo peccato con pochi posti all’ombra. La struttura era pulita . Il ristorante interno ha prezzi assolutamente ragionevoli e di qualità più che accettabile con cibo locale

Il letto matrimoniale era alla francese come descritto, comunque un po piccolo ma lo sapevamo in anticipo.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il South gate in auto per le vasche di travertino, o anche solo per passeggiare sulla via principale con vista sul monte. Carina la piscina. La stanza un po' piccolina ma dotata del necessario. Buona scelta nella colazione.

Non hanno inciso troppo sul voto, però devo dire che mancava l'ascensore (eravamo al 4* piano - io non l'ho notato segnalato sulla prenotazione); essendo all'ultimo piano con tettoia spiovente eravamo vicini ad un nido di piccioni che continuava a sbattere contro la finestra; porta principale e del bagno di vecchia fattura quindi difficili da aprire se non dopo qualche tentativo perchè si incastravano sempre.

Es un lugar maravilloso para descansar un par de días en nuestro periplo por el interior de Turquía y para realizar la excursión a Hierápolis y a las piscinas. Por cierto, piscina preciosa y refrescante y un restaurante/desayuno variadísimo, todo a un precio muy ajustado.

Quietly luxurious but without too many ‘frills’, wonderful swimming pool, great breakfast and attentive staff. Rooms with balconies are very spacious. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Hotel also offers free shuttle drop off at Hierapolis. We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay.

De 4 persoonskamer was echt heel ruim. Lekker zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Aardige mensen die goede tips/advies geven. De kalksteenterrassen zijn op loopafstand, net als de restaurantjes. Goed, degelijk hotel.

Friendliness of staff. They were on hand and excellent. Provided info so you weren’t scammed locally or at the UNESCO site (useful!) and very welcoming. Rooms are spacious.

The breakfast isn’t great. A lot of long life products and tbh nothing we really enjoyed outside of the watermelon. 95% of the guests are foreign but the breakfast is heavily Turkish, most of which are items us foreigners would have in the evening…

It's a small town so everything is near. The restaurant was quite nice (near the pool). I could see my car from the balcony. No view of Pamukkale, but nice nonetheless.

This is a friendly hotel at a convenient location on the outskirts of town. We were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Here is a nice outside area and the rooms are well appointed. Ours had a balcony. The breakfast was very good with plenty of hot and cold selections as well as drinks. They do have basic toiletries should you need them. The hotel is made of two blocks one older than the other. We were in this one and found it fine. The restaurant also offeres an extensive evening/ afternoon menu. We were delighted with the quality and value of ghe fixed price meal. Would certainly recommend this hotel if coming to the area.

Very clean room, silent at night, kind and efficient staff, We were offered a free ride to the Pamukkale North gate. The hotel has a large parking lot, free of charge, we found it very convenient. It is also conveniently located wrt the archeological Pamukkale/Hirrapolis site. I believe the positive aspects outweigh the negatives and I would book again here.

They offer what to me looed like an international breakfast, with some additions from the Turkish tradition (olives, cheese, Cay). The selection of food is huge, but the quality could be definitely improved. The same holds with the restaurant, we were rather disappointed (Turkish dishes revisited for international tourists, poorly prepared). The bed was not very comfortable.

The property is quite nice and well kept, the staff is polite and the food is ok, with breakfast being much better than dinner. However, in town everything is very touristic so this dinner is the best you can find

Very limited knowledge on gluten in food. Since this is a necessity kitchen and waiters should be familiar with this. Our son was first served rice with gluten and secondly French fries. He didn’t eat it. In the morning we were told the fried potatoes were gluten free, but we then found pieces of dough from the cheese rolls in them. This contamination is enough to make him ill for app 3 days.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We loved spending time in the courtyard and on our balcony. We met other travelers, enjoyed a glass of wine, went for a swim, and played with the cats and dogs. The food in the restaurant was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and the shower was next level! We had a lovely stay, and I wish we had booked for more nights. Perfect vibe!

The hotel is set in a quiet hidden part of Pamukkale, but it was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast offered more than adequate choices. The view from our room was spectacular.

Hotel excelente, con muy buenas instalaciones y un servicio destacado. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, y la ubicación es ideal para visitar Pamukkale. El desayuno es muy completo y abundante. Nuestro grupo quedó muy contento con la estancia. Muy recomendado, volveremos.
