The showcasing is marketing... its a cramped property.

No basic things also... Coffee also is a big task.

The service of the staff is good. They always helped with the luggage and arranged pickup trips from the airport.

The room is small and dark, even with a balcony. The hot water in the shower does not last 5 min. The breakfast was not good, for me there were almost no choice and I just ate cereal. But i think most hotels in Male are like this anyway.

Room and toilet was decent and clean. No yellow water (might be due to piping) compared to some other hotels around male. Service and staff are excellent, always a friendly greeting whenever I pass by.

The charging ports were hardly working (room 702) except for 1 which I needeed to adjust a bit to be able to connect the power. Stayed for 1 night so was able to make do with it though.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Pickup and return to airport. Staff personnel accompanied us to seaplane, helped with getting tickets and entrance into lounge. Very helpful.

マレへの到着が夜であったため、リゾートへの移動の前泊として利用しました。往復送迎つきのプランであることと、ホテルの内装の新しさや清潔さが、決め手でした。 予約後すぐに、到着後空港からホテルへの送迎の時間の連絡をしましたが、返信がとても早く、ホテルに着く前から、安心感を感じました。 次に、翌朝のホテルから空港への時間は、リゾートへの移動のためのスピードボートの出発時間が前日に確定するとのことであり、まずは仮の時間をSamman Grand Hotelに連絡しておきました。実際、想定より早いスピードボートの出発時間となりましたが、Samman Grand Hotelは対応してくれました。 ホテルでのチェックイン後に渡される紙に、詳細（ホテル出発時間、スピードボート出発時間）が書かれているため、英語が苦手な私でも分かりやすいシステムでした。 チェックイン時の、ウェルカムドリンクと、おしぼりのサービスは、おもてなしの気持ちを感じました。 室内は、ビジネスホテルより若干広いくらいのサイズですが、リゾートへの前泊なので、十分です。シャワールームは清潔感がありました。トイレはシャワールームの角にあり、ゆったりと使うには少し隅に追いやられている気もしますが、リゾートへの前泊なので、これで十分でした。 小さなベランダもあり、近くのモスク、海、空港が見えました。 朝食会場は10階です。濃厚なグァバジュースと、カレーが美味しかったです。11階には屋上テラスがあります。 なお、ホテルのすぐ近くにモスクがあり、早朝にアザーンの音が流れます。他の口コミには色々書かれていますが、私は特に気になりませんでした。ベットに耳栓も用意されています。 とても良かったです。 24時間営業のスーパーが近くにあり、リゾートへ持っていくお菓子の買い出しも、スムーズに行えました。

ホテルから空港への送迎時間がピッタリなため、少し時間がかかると、スピードボートへの乗り継ぎが上手くいかないことがあります。実際、私は乗り継ぎが上手くいかず、1本あとのスピードボートに乗ることになりました。

на фотографиях отель кажется более привлекательным. На самом деле, практически нет лобби, ужасно узкие лестничные проходы, лифта не дождешься.

The staff were extremely helpful, organising our shuttle to and from the airport. They also got our room ready several hours before normal check-in because we arrived into Malé very early. Our room had a great view, lots of space, a fantastic shower and comfortable bed. Dinner in the rooftop restaurant was delicious, and the location was excellent. We would recommend it.

The breakfast they provided was odd. It was sandwiches with white and brown bread and a unfathomable filling, dry cake and fruit. It was kind of them to organise it because we had to leave very early in the morning, but perhaps they could think about a more tasty alternative for future guests. While we were at the hotel and having paid in advance, I also had a WhatsApp message from a Brazilian company claiming there had been a problem with my payment to the hotel. I knew this wasn't the case, but this company had my name and details of the hotel. I was baffled, as to how they had got this information. I contacted the front desk, and they just said it was a scam (which I knew already). I also found it impossible to report this to Booking.com.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und kostenlosem Flughafentransfer; sehr bequeme Betten und eine tolle Regendusche sowie eine wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon und aus dem Hotelrestaurant. Ich würde hier beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder übernachten!

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Вкусные завтраки + в целом ресторан (заказывали еду в номер). На этаже 4 номера, мы были в одном, в остальных трех очень шумные туристы из Китая, их было очень слышно. Но думаю что это скорее стечение обстоятельств, к отелю вопросов нет. Чисто, внимательный персонал. Быстро заселили, удобный трансфер. Еще один нюанс, под окнами 2 мечети и по громкоговорителю 4-5 раз читают молитвы. Днем еще ок, но в 4:30 ночи - это был сюрприз) окунулись в колорит Мале))

Fantastic hotel to spend a few days in Malé. Very clean. Very friendly staff: receptionists, housekeeping, waiters... We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant: wonderful views, great food, and exceptional value for money. The waiter who served us (I'm sorry, I don't remember your name, only that you were from Sri Lanka) was super attentive and understanding, as we were traveling with a 19-month-old baby. 100% recommended. For us, listening to the call to prayer from the nearby mosque wasn't a problem at all, since it barely lasted about 15 minutes. One must know what country they are visiting and respect the culture.

My husband is gluten-intolerant, and it's true that we missed having more gluten-free options at breakfast.

Rooms a bit small

Very friendly staff (Charan helped us). We had dinner as well, nice restaurant with lots of choices. Breakfast was good as well. It is quite loud, as it’s also next to 2 Mosques, so best to brink some earplugs for your sleep.

Our stay was wonderful, and we had a great experience throughout. Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere. The staff were all warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel very welcome. A special thanks to Charan, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate his hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A very nice and friendly hotel for a stopover before a flight or after a vacation in the Maldives. The staff was wonderful, and Nisan Ebad was especially helpful. He explained everything and was very welcoming.

Great service from the moment we landed. The hotel staff was already waiting for us at the airport and took excellent care of us throughout the transfer until we completed our check-in. The entire arrival experience was smooth, seamless, and very welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our arrival. The breakfast was simple and adequate, but there is room for improvement with a wider variety of options.

Overall stay was good friendly staff specially kuldeep & Ashutosh were really helpful upon checkout hopefully coming back here to stay again

Room was good. The hotel provided airport transfers breakfast was good but need improvement

The Rooms are not sound proof so the noise from other floors can be heard also even though the hotel has provided ear buds the sounds are bit distrubing

The location is not bad (good for walks), even though it is next to two mosques. You can only sleep for a few hours. The breakfast staff were really nice.

Either the bed sheets or the air conditioning was giving off a funny smell. Perhaps the air conditioning needs servicing.

Close to the airport and best suited for a stay before or after your resort stay. Staff is amazing and handled everything end to end from picking up to dropping off at the airport. Rooms are very clean and functional. Food at the restaurant is very good.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Samann Grand and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Malé. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. We would especially like to thank Kuldeep, Himanshu, and Nisal, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality made a real difference and was one of the highlights of our visit. The hotel’s location is excellent and makes it very easy to explore Malé, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. The restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed the food throughout our stay, and the service there was just as attentive and welcoming. The rooms are not overly luxurious, but they are comfortable, clean, and provide everything needed for a pleasant stay. One feature we particularly liked was the bathroom, which was beautifully designed and felt modern and inviting. The rain shower was excellent and added a touch of comfort after a day of exploring. Overall, Samann Grand offers outstanding service, a great location, a very good restaurant, and comfortable accommodations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Malé.

This property is located in a very good location, everything is in walking distance. Cozy and comfortable place and value for money. Staff is extremely nice and very welcoming. I really appreciate Mr. Sudharsan (one of the staff) who guided us to many great places to visit in the city and very helpful in nature.

Nisal and the team provided excellent service. We arrived quite late and had forgotten to email ahead to confirm our airport shuttle. Despite us only emailing four hours before our flight to Malé took off, the team was right there waiting for us as we exited the airport! The hotel breakfast also offered a great variety of choices. We were incredibly pleased with our short interim stay here.
