Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Hotel vieillissant. Aucune bouteille d'eau offerte, tout est payant. Salle de bain très petite et robinetterie défectueuse. Chambre prise avec la demi pension. 20€ / personne pour un repas conséquent mais avec peu de choix de plats. Le petit dejeuner est décevant par rapport au prix. Suffit juste pour une escale aeroportuaire de 12h mais ne pas prévoir pour un sejour plus long.

Ayrıca personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Sabah uçuşumuz erken olduğundan kahvaltıya yetişemeyecektik bizlere paket kahvaltı hazırladılar. Odalar oldukça temiz ve konforluydu, ihtiyacımız olan tüm ürünler mevcuttu. Çevrede güzel restoranlar da bulunmakta. Kısa konaklamalar için oldukça yeterli hatta beklentimin üzerinde.

The hotel insisted on charging me the foreigner rate, even though I had a valid Marriage Visa and was entitled to the local rate. My family staying in the same room were all Maldivian citizens. The price quoted by phone was also different from the price upon arrival. I cancelled the booking and booked through Booking.com for a much cheaper price, including airport transfer. The staff were unwilling to discuss the issue, and when I asked for a manager’s contact details, I was told they had none. Very poor communication and customer service.

Very prompt service at the hotel, the staffs are friendly and calm. Ms.Anima at reception answered all questions I had and was very supportive, the rest of the staffs I had were also very polite. Overall, a good experience.

Unima Grand is comfortable, has very helpful and nice staff, great buffet breakfast and quick way to connect u to the airport or wherever u want to go in Male. We stayed elsewhere last time, and kinda regret not picking Unima Grand.

El desayuno para llevar era algo escaso, pero les agradecemos el detalle. Para ir al aeropuerto, con ir con hora y media es suficiente, ahora mismo el aeropuerto está vacío.

The cleanliness, location, facilities, and staff are all excellent, and the driver explains everything. I would definitely return.

It’s well maintained and very neat. Amazing location, you just can’t find any flat even if you try. I highly recommend it to everyone ❤️🌸

Un peu déçue niveau chambre car j’ai reservé et payé pour 3personnes (2 adultes et un enfant de 6ans) et mon fils n’a pas eu de lit. Nous avons donc dormi a 3 dans un lit double qui semblait plus petit que du 160. Donc assez mauvaise nuit…
