Die Lage war gut, der Shuttle Service pünktlich, die Mitarbeiter alle ausnahmslos sehr nett. Das Restaurant am 9 mit tollem Ausblick zum Flughafen bzw Meer unten, Frühstück überraschend vielseitig, für jeden ist was dabei. Clubsendvich sehr lecker, rote Smoothie mit roter Rübe unser Favorit. Sauberkeit tiptop, wlan gut, Bäckerei, Cocosbar und kleine Geschäfte in der Nähe.

Dass unser Zimmer viel kleiner war als angegeben (statt 15qm nichtmal ganze 10 plus das kleine Bad) war das kleinere Übel. Noch schlimmer war der Ausblick auf eine dunkle Schacht voll mit Klimaanlagen, weshalb man nicht lüften konnte. Auf den Bildern ist dieses durch einen Vorhang geschickt versteckt. Dazu war das Summen der Klimaanlagen durch das schlecht isolierte Fenster die ganze Nacht hörbar und sehr störend. Hätten wir mehrere Nächte gebucht, hätten sofort einen upgrade verlangt weil es länger nicht auszuhalten ist. Dafür war der Preis insgesamt dann sehr hoch.

La chambre était propre, le lit confortable et la vue très agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était également correct et pratique.

Le rapport qualité-prix nous a déçus, notamment concernant le service client. Notre vol étant à 21h, nous avions demandé un départ tardif. L’hôtel nous a accordé la chambre jusqu’à 13h au lieu de 12h, mais nous avons ensuite dû attendre environ 5 heures dans le hall. Pourtant, plusieurs chambres exactement de la même catégorie étaient encore disponibles sur Booking pour le soir même. Même si un late check-out gratuit n’était pas possible, nous aurions apprécié qu’une solution nous soit proposée, quitte à payer un supplément. Pour une nuit à environ 160 $, nous nous attendions à davantage de flexibilité et de considération. Il n'y a pas énormément de choix au niveau du petit déjeuner.

The staff anticipated my requirement of packed breakfast since i had an early morning flight which is much appreciated. The portion provided was also very wholesome.

There was a problem with respect to payment which took one entire day to resolve. I checked out at 0500 hrs. The hotel was to send me a link at 0900 hrs when finance opened, however i got it only in the evening around 1600 hrs. The link didn’t work and I had to stress over finalising it when i wanted to enjoy some lovely stress free quality time with family. The team needs to be smarter at decision making. The lady could have called the previous night informing that change is not available instead of waiting until departure at 0500 hrs to inform the same.

Super Service , sehr nettes Personal , sehr sauber und wirklich Mega nette Menschen . Essen war gut konnte man sich auf das Zimmer bestellen .

The staff is par excellence in their service and politeness. The airport pickup was in a luxury van. The room was rather compact but it's expected in a tiny island city. Rest everything was perfect - toiletries, tea-coffee, towels were new and soft, the lift was working fine, the restaurant on 9th floor has excellent views of the bridge, sea and the airport with planes landing. There is a small public beach enclave there (sorry no bikinis allowed there).

Room size could have been a little bigger but then I was a solo traveller and this is a tiny city. Not much to complain but stating a fact. Breakfast could have more varieties for vegetarians (staff offered to make a veggie sandwich, so it's nothing specific just a general observation).

Fine for an overnight stay whilst in transit

The toiletries were extremely harsh and the cleaning smells were overpowering at times.

I just needed one night in Male before getting my plane home. I was met at the airport and brought to the hotel in an air conditioned taxi. I was greeted warmly by the ladies at reception and offered a welcome drink while I checked in. My room was small but it had everything I needed - even a desk to work at and slippers by the bed. It was well appointed given the size. The small window looked towards the mosque. The rooftop restaurant, which is open to non residents, offered a large menu and a great view over the artificial beach. Ekata the waitress was very good. Breakfast was there too and was ample. I would definitely recommend staying here as it's close to the bridge to the airport but also for accessing Male. There are bigger rooms available for more people and a longer stay.

There wasn't a kettle in the room - just a coffee maker. I couldn't see an easy way to make a cup of tea!

Room was compact but ideal for solo traveller with a small bag. Room facilities were good. Hotel locaton was good. Airport pick-up and drop-off were flexible and very good. Quality of the restauant food was very good. Staff were ALL excellent. Great affordable alternative if you don't need a resort.

Could do with a bath mat for the shower. The floor MAY get slippery.

Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen und das Mittagessen war super !!! Sehr sehr gute Küche!

Leider haben wir einen Tag erwischt wo an der Promenade von 14-23.30 ein sportsnlass mit extrem lauter Musik war. Auch mit Gehörschutz drang der Bass durch den ganzen Körper. Wäre gut gewesen wenn uns das bei der Buchung mitgeteilt worden wäre. Dazu kam dass um 02:00 unsere Klimaanlage kaputt ging. Die nette Dame von der reception ist dann grad gekommen und kommt diese nicht reparieren. Sie bot uns ein Einzelzimmer an mit kleinem Bett wo wir dann schlafen durften. Leider konnte man auch diese Klimaanlage nicht regulieren und wir froren. Das Hotel hat sich Morgen nochmals entschuldigt, jedoch wäre es nett gewesen einen kleinen Preisnachlass zu bekommen.

The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the ocean, near the airport, Sinamlé bridge and all major attractions in Malé. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Their airport shuttle service is very nice. We requested a 30 min delay to our transport service and they immediately managed our request.

The shuttle service that picks you up from and drops you off at the airport is a great convenience. The hotel was also very clean, and its location was quite beautiful.

There is a concert venue right next to the hotel, so it was very noisy. In addition, the hotel staff were not very friendly or welcoming. The breakfast was inadequate, and the food was not replenished in a timely manner.

Small rooms

Das Personal ist total zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super und der Pick-up am Flughafen hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, das Bad ebenso und das WLAN auch. Tolles Frühstück.

Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster (bzw. nur in den Klimaanlagenschacht).

Meest efficiënte incheck ooit gezien. Onthaal op luchthaven en vervoer terug ook fantastisch goed geregeld. Heel goede kamers met mooi zicht en toprestaurant op de hoogste verdieping. Ideaal gelegen aan het kunstmatig strand, en om de stad te bezoeken.

We are so pleased with our 2 night stay here. We got the balcony room on the 8th floor. This is one of those places where the balcony makes such a difference. We watched the championship FIFA game celebration from our balcony. We also enjoyed the views of the bridge, the beach, the mosques, and so much more activity. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also enjoyed walking the island with many activities. There were many restaurants within easy walking distance. We also very appreciated the transportation to and from the airport. The staff were wonderful. We recommend a stay here.

Byl to náš již druhý pobyt a opět splnilo očekávání. Personál je velmi milý a profesionální. Komunikace byla velmi snadná. Oceňuji také možnost vyzvednutí a opětovný odvoz na letiště. Mají zájem o vaše pohodlí a vyjít vstříc. Obzvláště oceňuji možnost navštívit snídani dříve kvůli brzké odletu. Pokoj, koupelna, balkonek s výhledem na protější park a moře. Vše bylo super a příští rok se opět rádi vrátíme. Doporučuji!
