The whole place has a very welcoming vibe to it , the food was superb, the staff were super friendly we stayed as we were fishing in Swansea so wanted something out of the city and this suited

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The double beds were excellent. The shower had very good pressure and the rooms were a good size. The breakfast buffet was substantial and tasted very good.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. We had four rooms and had no Wi-Fi in any of them. We only stayed one night and we were out for most of that time, but if I had been working I would have been very annoyed by the lack of Wi-Fi. This needs to be put right.

I have to say that my stay was tarnished due to an emergency at home. The staff were so great, polite, gave me offers of support and help and were just so unbelievably kind. The room was good, bathroom excellent, and was definately clean. The bar there good too, i didnt have a chance to try the restaurant food but the breakfast was lovely.

Air con made a loud noise for about 2 minutes around every half hour. Woke me up a few times. £5 charge for room service for each purchase was far too steep. Although breakfast was nice, more choice of tea/coffee would have been better, only instant was served.

Lovely breakfast, room was very clean, most staff were lovely and friendly.

There was no cot which I requested when booking. Had to make a makeshift bed on the floor for my two year old as she is too small to sleep on a standard height bed. Lady that we checked in with was not helpful and simply said “it’s got nothing to do with me, it’s dealt with by the housekeeping team”, even when I expressed that my daughter needed to go to sleep (we checked in at her bedtime), to this she said “have a look in your room, if it’s not there then I don’t know”.

Unfortunately the lighting in the rooms was not great- struggled to see to do make up. We could hear people walking in the corridor throughout the night, like they were in our rooms.

Good location, near to the town, plenty of parking. Lovely and clean spacious room. Clean and tidy bathroom Adjustable air conditioning was fantastic as it was an extremely hot day. Even though there was a function on in another area ididn't hear any loud noise from my room. I slept soundly.

Stone cold plates for the serve yourself breakfast, slow toast machine, lids being left off the hot silver trays containing food,lukewarm warm water for the tea, not enough milk out by the cereal so the milk for the teas/coffee was empty. By the time I came to eat my food after queuing it was also lukewarm. The young lady behind the bar did eventually bring me a pot of hot water for tea and milk after asking. I don't mind serve yourself breakfast usually but I think it would be beneficial to have a member of staff serve or nearby as the queue would move more quickly and the lids on the food would be put back on properly, milk and hot water being topped up when necessary. Room great, sleep great, breakfast not so great.

The Blanco's Hotel is well located for my business needs. Free on site parking. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was as usual good, with free wi-fi. It was also air conditioned, which was much appreciated due to very hot weather. The food in the evening was very good and breakfast also from 07.00am. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel.

Very minor one, there were no fried eggs for the breakfast.

Beds comfortable.. Myself and my Granddaughter loved our stay... Would definitely come back.. They had entertainment here and a selection of drinks.. I seen Sunday they done a Sunday lunch.. And during the week they have a menu... I had the pleasure of having a double gin and lemonade... Cost £7.16 exellent value for money... Thank you all for our enjoyable stay.

When we arrived it was a very friendly environment for the staff on reception welcoming and great customer service. The whole hotel was absolutely stunning. Our bedroom was clean, tidy, and set out beautifully. We were extremely happy with the room we had to. Breakfast in the morning was beautifully laid out, and a great range of food and drinks available enjoyed our breakfast very much it set us up for our day. We also had an evening meal when we arrived, and a great range of food options was extremely happy with the food we ordered and enjoyed it. Whole view of hotel and lay out bedroom,food 10 out of 10.

Sorry we didn't go much on our dessert though which was sticky toffee pudding not enough toffee flavouring or sauce unfortunately which was disappointing and also customer service on some of the staff in the restaurant could be improved extremely due to smiling being welcoming when guests arrive and also when you tell staff your popping away from your table that still had drinks on for few minutes and be back then you return to table being cleared and faces made well that is not way behave it was sorted out and drinks replaced in end. Me and my partner have worked in your industry for many years, and I'm sorry to say that was the only thing we could fault about our stay. Everything else was 10 out of 10.

The reception and housekeeping staff were excellent; they were proactive and kept busy. The room was very comfortable. And location was very good!

However, I certainly cannot say praise for some of the breakfast staff. They just stood around chatting. Not all of them, though—the guy from the kitchen and a young woman (I believe she was blonde) were active, clearing tables, and so on. Since there were several staff members, if everyone had been proactive, the breakfast items would have been replenished and the food temperature checked (the bacon and hash browns were undercooked). The breakfast serving table was dirty, and food was scattered around the serving dishes. I recommend providing better training for some of the female breakfast staff members. It is nice that they were sociable, but that doesn't matter if they aren't doing their actual job of managing the breakfast service properly. The blonde woman I mentioned deserves praise and a reward for her proactive work on the breakfast team. I would love to mention her name, but unfortunately, I didn't ask for it. It might also be a good idea for the staff to wear name tags.

The hotel was comfortable. Free parking was great . Breakfast was ok.

Then there was a big party on it was loud for hours finished about 1am. We didn't know about it. We were very close to it like room 4 on the ground floor steps away from it. People kept walking down the corridor and the door is not slow close so it banged outside our room constantly waking us up as it was so loud. The actual music wasn't too bad in the end it was the door slamming every few mins. After a long drive all day to get there it wasn't what we wanted. Only egg option at breakfast was scrambled eggs which were not great. The vegan sausages were not nice at all.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko dworca autobusowego i kolejowego, blisko sklepów i "High Street". KIlka minut samochodem do plaży. Pokój relatywnie duży, łóżko wygodne. Klimatyzacja. Śniadanie to english breakfast, w formie bufetu. Smaczne ale bez ekscytacji, po prostu takie powinno być w hotelu. Dużo bezpłatnych miejsc parkingowych.

Both breakfast and dinner was excellent. The breakfast buffet was repeatedly restocked with fresh food. There was ample food for everyone. The specials 2 course dinner menu was excellent for the price paid, all the food was excellent quality.

The room cupboards were very dusty, I informed reception and they resolved the issue immediately. We will go back to Blanco’s. I want to make it clear that in no way did this spoil our holiday, the room was clean otherwise and we were happy to stay.

The hotel rooms were very dated, the bathroom door was warped so did not open fully and very dirty behind the door, water in the bath from the shower did not drain away. Very dusty in the bedroom. Fire alarms going off gone 11pm and again at 6am, assumed there was a fault.

Price was good and included buffet breakfast which was plentiful and varied.

No towels or hair dryer in room but this was rectified after contacting reception. Windows didn't close property and therefore let in outside noise.

The room was quite spacious and a decent size, but there was a bad smell inside that made it feel unclean. The carpets were disgusting—I couldn’t even take my shoes or slippers off because they looked so dirty. Bathroom was not clean as well, with stains on the door and mirrors. The corridor carpet was the same, and it definitely needs improvement. Another issue was that the inside of our room door had graffiti on it, which appeared to have been written with hairspray. It said “cock,” which was inappropriate and should have been removed before guests checked in.

Large room and bathroom. A very big double bed. Thankfully the room had air-con during the heatwave.Easy parking and especially good fish dishes served at dinner time.

Had to return to reception on at least 3 occasions to get the door key cards re-set.Only 1 lift which was quite slow! Too many people trying to eat breakfast at the same time.The area set up for food was quite small…so people had to queue! Needed a room with a walk-in shower but none available due to the number of guests (tribute act evening on top of regular guests)

The restaurant staff were a little slow and didn’t replace missing breakfast items. The coffee was lukewarm. On the plus side, they were very helpful with my gluten free diet.

The staff were very accommodating and arranged for a very early continental breakfast. Dinner was very good value for money and the portions were very generous.

The location was a little distant from the town centre.
