ロケーションと清潔感がよかった。空港までのリムジンバスのバス停が近くにあったのが便利だった。

2人で泊まったが、カードキーが一枚しか渡されなかったのが少し不便だった。

The location was amazing, the rooms were clean and very well designed. The staff also arranged a taxi to the airport for us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location - very easy check in and out. Convenient all around but nothing more.

Rooms and general facilities looked dated already - we had a small cushioned bench next to the desk in our room which was disgusting - heavily stained. The hallways had corner protectors falling off, etc. Rooms were tiny.

The shower had fun lighting, the room was clean and tidy.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже третий раз, расположение для меня идеальное. В этот раз меня поселили на 5 этаже в угловом номере у лифта, что не вызвало особых проблем, но во время предыдущих визитов номера были лучше. Год назад уже оставляла отзыв, но продублирую основные моменты: - От аэропорта идет прямой автобус Limousine bus (автобус номер 6703!) - остановка прямо напротив отеля. Оттуда же можно добраться и обратно в аэропорт. - До метро пешком минут 15-20. Если очень жарко или дождь, то лучше будет проехать 1-2 остановки до метро (остановка тоже напротив отеля). - Много магазинов буквально через дорогу (юникло, тамбуринс, 8seconds и другие). Под окнами не шумно, район безопасный. В номере есть все необходимое - фен, халаты, тапочки, шампунь/гель для душа. Бутилированную воду приносят каждый день. Как всегда - отель рекомендую!)

It was clean, the mattress was very comfortable. Good location.

The room was a bit small. Metro station is not very near.

The location and view were great, plus it’s located near many good restaurants and interesting streets worth exploring by foot.

객실서 담배 냄새가 좀 났음. 방 바꿔준다 했지만 뷰가 넘 좋아.. 못함. 공기 청정기 가져다 줌. 투숙객의 흡연 불가하도록 강력한 폴리시 시행하면 좋을 듯.

All in all a basic hotel. Clean and the staff were helpful. Did not have an issue going around.

I stayed for a night, however the toilet in my room did not flush and decided to leave earlier than expected. Maybe if I had stayed for 2 nights or more I would have gotten a better room.

Location was great. Located near many restaurants, clinics (if that's what you're there for), and transportation. Staff were helpful and friendly whenever we needed them. The check-in process was smooth. Rooms were modern, clean, and simple.

Facilities were a bit lacking, but not that big of a deal. The gym could be better.

Gute (entspannte) Lage im gepflegten und spannenden Gangnam. Kurze Entfernung zu allen Vierteln. Mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Gut vom Design, vernünftiges Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Frühstücksbüffet für Hotelgäste im Discount mit 20.000 Won. Sehr schöne Bar - allerdings etwas teurer (Gangnam eben)

Absolutely everything! I have been using this hotel since 2020 and they have been maintaining the high level of facilities and staffs works. And it’s not easy to see for hotel to keep improving their services these day s. We stayed at level 11 with a great view and the two single bed were super comfy with nice crisp bedding. Throughly satisfied with our stay this time again! Also tried the breakfast for the first time and my mum LOVED the variety they serve and the quality of them as well. Highly recommend:)

飯店對面就是仁川機場巴士6703的上下車地點,走出飯店就有公車站牌。附近有多間便利商店(CU,7-11),位兩站地鐵站的中間，走路約15分鐘可走到，附近也有很多餐廳，吃住方便。飯店設備還算有維護，加上離光林藝術表演廳不遠,若為了看音樂劇是不錯的選擇。 住面向島山大道那側的房間高樓層視野很好。

出門坐計程車或公車，請避開易塞車時段（門口島山大道交通繁忙），沿線聚集了無數的超跑展示店、高端夜店與奢華餐廳。在週末或深夜經常有跑車、改裝車加速聲。

The location was great. Not too busy and right next to the bus stops. Moving around Seoul from this location was great.

We requested for late check out and it was granted to us BUT!! it was not mentioned that it would come at an extra charge!

All the staff was super friendly and the bonus part of this trip is that, there is a set of bathroom down stairs on the main ground floor. Also on the 18th floor they have one of the best bar and view to relax after a long day shopping

Comfort as you would expect from a chain. The showers were in their own contained spaces so not a wet room. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Its around 10 minute walk to either metro station

Excellent location, walking distance to Dosan and Sinsa. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and had a practical lay out. The gym was small but decent. There’s a cool bar on the top floor of the building. Staff was also very friendly and spoke English.

The toilet made a lot of sound when flushing. The person staying in bed would wake up if the other person went to the toilet at night from both the sound and the light at the toilet and hallway that went on automatically, since there was a window between the bathroom and bedroom.

Overall staff is friendly and helpful. Nice location with walkable distance to prime shopping area when it's not extremely hot and easy access to bus stops. Daily cleaning and refill are on time but could be a bit random and vary by day.

2名ツインで二回目の宿泊。清潔です。フロントスタッフもとても感じが良い方でした。 明洞や聖水方面、江南方面全て電車30分以内で行けるので、立地も素晴らしいと思います。 総合的にとても素晴らしいホテルなので、また泊まりたいです。

エアコンの温度変更のやり方がわかりづらかったです。

Good location

Staff was curt and non accommodating, laundry room consisted if a single washer and a single dryer. Only two elevators and no access(re-entry) to stairs. Small bar has a cover charge. Food overpriced. Shower did not have a shower hose head mount to place on wall.

Personnel très gentil, belles chambres. Cet hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun et des restaurants. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur la Seoul Tower !!!

The hotel was good value, clean, comfortable at good location. The breakfast was my highlight of the stay. It had good choice of American and Korean food that anyone would be happy with.

The hall way had stale smell that would be so easy to remedy but wasn’t.

The room was spacious and the location was perfect for our itinerary

Location was good but not so crowded and touristy, super walkable to Gangnam main shopping area; Also mom was super satisfied with the mattress and pillow here

Smell was not perfectly clean but I guess I have a sensitive nose too lol

L'hôtel est très moderne jooieme.t décoré et le personnel très professionnel.
