Great hotel room, good location and views.

The food was not brilliant for both breakfast and dinner and relatively pricey so we felt disappointed.

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are nice and comfortable. Beautiful rooftop swimming pool with pool bar. It is a quiet area, close to Independence Monument and Bassac Lane. It was my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely book it on my next stay again.

This stay there was some maintenance work done. So, it was a bit noisy during the day.

The staff were so friendly; from reception, cleaners and restaurant staff. Food and drinks were beautiful and we ate dinner at the restaurant 5 nights, always delicious. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Amazing views from the rooftop bar/ pool.

Aircon in rooms can be improved. Only issue in hotel

Phnom Penh 51 Hotel & Residencies was the first hotel I’ve stayed at for my first time in Cambodia. This was one of the most memorable and friendly hotels I’ve ever been in; the staff are exceptional, super friendly, and are willing to help without feeling any animosity or resentment (unlike other hotels I’ve been to). Additionally, they were super welcoming as soon as my family and I walked through the door, and we all felt like home. My kids expressed how they missed this hotel after we left. On top of all of this, the location is excellent, conveniently right next to a convenience store where I was able to buy snacks and water to give to the hotel staff. Overall, this is an amazing hotel to stay in, and I highly recommend all to stay here when coming to Phnom Penh. :)

Despite being an amazing hotel, their breakfast options could use a little more variety.

The bathroom - the bathtub was not flush with the wall and you could see mould where water fell through those large gaps. The bath had a floral, almost kid-like shower curtain which was mouldy at the bottom . Air-conditioning in the room wasnt strong enough

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen von Phnom Penh – absolute Perfektion! Wer eine luxuriöse und gleichzeitig tiefenentspannte Oase in der wuseligen Hauptstadt Kambodschas sucht, der hat sie mit diesem Hotel definitiv gefunden. Ich habe hier einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt verbracht und bin restlos begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Resort! Perfekte Lage mit royalem Flair Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Es liegt buchstäblich Tür an Tür mit dem majestätischen Königspalast und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der wunderschönen Flussufer-Promenade (Riverside) entfernt. Man wohnt hier super zentral im Herzen von Phnom Penh, sodass man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, tolle Cafés und Restaurants im Handumdrehen erreichen kann. Sobald man jedoch das Hotelgelände betritt, lässt man den lebhaften Trubel der Großstadt komplett hinter sich und taucht ein in eine paradiesische Ruheoase. Ein tolles Resort & wunderschöne Zimmer Die Architektur ist eine fantastische Verschmelzung aus elegantem, französischem Kolonialstil und traditionellem Khmer-Design. Bereits beim Betreten der Lobby wird man von einem wunderbaren, angenehmen Duft und einer majestätischen Atmosphäre willkommen heißen. Die Zimmer sind ein absoluter Traum: Extrem geräumig & elegant: Wunderschön, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Blick auf den Palast: Die Betten bieten erstklassigen Schlafkomfort, und von einigen Zimmern genießt man einen fantastischen Ausblick direkt auf das Gelände des Königspalastes. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten: Tolle Details wie frisches Willkommensobst und ein praktisches Kissen-Menü zeigen das luxuriöse Niveau des Hauses. Das Herzstück des Resorts ist der atemberaubend schöne, von Palmen gesäumte Außenpool. Hier kann man nach einem Sightseeing-Tag im schattigen tropischen Garten perfekt abschalten oder an den Poolbars Cocktails genießen.

Mattress was very firm and room was quite small so hard to keep suitcases open if there’s more than 2 people.

Absolut zentrale Lage, phänomenaler Pool auf dem Dach mit Ausblick auf die Skyline. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal, welches allen unseren Wünschen gerne entgegen gekommen ist. Zudem sehr kinderfreundlich. Insbesondere die Familienzimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Für Selbstversorger gibt es einen sehr grossen Kühlschrank und eine Kitchenette. Ein für unsere Bedürfnisse perfektes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider rauchen westliche Besucher am Pool, das müsste unterlassen werden.

Buena atención del personal, habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. La ubicación es excelente con unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad. Tenían servicio de bar/restaurante todo el día en la piscina y el desayuno era Buffet y estaba bien.

Wifi was very erratic this time.Further I was assured that room no402 has been specially spared for me but that was not the case. Even though we had informed the concerned about our arrival but no room was available and we had to wait in scorching heat for more than one hour

Clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to many restaurants, attractions and museum. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good selection of western and khmer food for breakfast.

We verbleven een maand in dit hotel en hebben ons er thuis gevoeld. Mooie kamers, lekker ontbijt, leuk zwembad met prachtig zicht over de stad. Het personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader!

De badkamer is wat minder. Als deze een opknapbeurt krijgt, is het bijna een perfect hotel.

Hygiene was niet in orde. Geen glazen, borden en geen bestek aanwezig.

Hotel je zelo blizu vseh znamenitosti mesta, ima pogled na reko in krasen bazen na strehi - terasi, kjer strežejo tudi izjemno dober zajtrk. Sobe so prostorne in čiste, osebje pa zelo prijazno. Z možem sva prišla zelo pozno in za check in ni bilo nobene težave. Ga toplo priporočam.

Очень красивый вид возле бассейна, вкусная еда, плюс что есть стиральная машинка и спортзал. Понравилась девушка что убирала наш номер, только она одна мне понравилась.

Я разбила себе ногу один раз в ванной комнате потому что очень скользко и на следующий день сильно упала возле бассейна и повредила сильно вторую ногу до крови, ко мне даже никто не подошёл из персонала...это очень опасно и неприятно. Нужно что то делать с плиткой у бассейна потому что помимо меня люди падали и дети тоже. Это очень опасно! И опускает рейтинг отеля. В зале нашего номера под диваном были дохлые насекомые и мусор. Было грязновато в номере. Исправьте эти минусы и тогда без проблем можно смело рекомендовать ваш отель.

A hotel that has unfortunately seen much better days This hotel must have been a really beautiful and impressive property in the past. Unfortunately, it is very obvious today that far too little has been invested in maintenance and upkeep over the years. That is a real shame, because the hotel and its facilities clearly have a lot of potential. The staff were consistently friendly, kind and helpful. Unfortunately, even the staff cannot compensate for the many problems and signs of deterioration throughout the property. Our room had been partially renovated and was generally okay. However, we were travelling as a group and saw several other rooms, and the differences in condition were quite significant. Some of the other rooms were in a considerably worse and much more run-down condition. The bed in our room was also extremely hard and therefore not particularly comfortable. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. The daily service basically consisted of quickly making or shaking out the bed and providing fresh towels. It was only after four days that the room was actually swept properly – and that was essentially it. For a hotel of this category, this is simply not enough. The most disappointing part, however, is the entire upper deck with the bar, breakfast area and swimming pool. The whole area looks very run-down and poorly maintained. There are not enough tables because some are broken and have apparently not been replaced. The pictures displayed inside the elevator, showing what the pool and pool bar used to look like, unfortunately no longer have much in common with the current reality. What is particularly sad is that damaged items seem to simply be removed rather than repaired or replaced. Parts of the glass railing, lamps, sections of the roof and many other things are either damaged or missing. Overall, the entire area gives the impression that it has simply been left to deteriorate. Another disappointment was the lack of sufficient towels.

Flawless - we only have positive things to say about our stay at PP 51 Hotel. Breakfast was a good selection of quality/fresh food, rooftop pool with great view of the city towards the river was a highlight, all staff were extremely friendly, our room was clean, large, quiet, great value!!!!

Il servizio ogni tanto, non avevano mai teli per la piscina. La receptionist il primo giorno ok ma non super accogliente. Non ho ricevuto nessun consiglio ho informazione su cosa fare/vedere in città o prossimo trasferimento.

Personnel très souriant, accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Ils nous ont fourni un portant avec des cintres pour sécher le linge : très apprécié. Nous avons pu libérer la chambre un peu plus tard que prévu, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé. Merci encore pour cette flexibilité. Une supérette est située au pied de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique.

Le nombre de couverts et d'ustensiles est trop limité. Par ailleurs, pour les appartements équipés d'un lave-linge, la mise à disposition d'un étendoir ou d'un portant pour faire sécher les vêtements serait un réel plus.

I stayed here for the 3 weeks I was in Phnom Penh. The staff are wonderful and so helpful if I needed anything. Breakfast was included and ample food to choose from. The pool was great and the view stunning. The room was spacious and very clean. We had visits from the most beautiful birds (Pied Hornbill) Thank you making my stay so easy
