El desayuno me ha parecido de los mejores de todo el viaje por Vietnam y Camboya, de bastante calidad. Está muy limpio, la terraza de la habitación era muy agradable y también la zona de la piscina. Está a unos 10 minutos andando de la cárcel S-21 por lo que la ubicación es buena.

Había obras en el exterior (no es su culpa) y desde las 7 de la mañana había mucho ruido.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 ! L’hôtel est vraiment incroyable ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été plongés dans une véritable immersion au cœur de la culture khmère grâce à sa magnifique décoration et son atmosphère unique. La chambre était extraordinaire, spacieuse et très confortable. Le lit king-size était particulièrement agréable et j’y ai vraiment très bien dormi ! Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Il fonctionne sous forme de carte : vous pouvez choisir un plat ainsi qu’une boisson, et tout était délicieux. J’ai également dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel un soir et je recommande totalement : la nourriture était excellente et les plats étaient absolument délicieux. Une expérience incroyable que je recommande sans hésitation !

Les bruits des travaux juste en face ils construisent un bâtiment

La décoration est superbe, le personnel aux petits soins, les petits déjeuners qualitatif et les chambres sont très confortables et agréables. La vue depuis le dernier étage est également super !

L’espace piscine est top mais l’eau était froide à l’époque où nous étions là, ce qui ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter

Better sound isolation with the doors. And more privacy towards the bathroom by sealing the vents on the bathroom door.

Nous avons malheureusement eu une très mauvaise expérience lors de notre séjour. Tout d’abord, concernant le service de blanchisserie, on nous a demandé de déposer notre linge à l’accueil le matin pour le récupérer le soir. Au moment de le récupérer, on nous a remis des vêtements qui n’étaient pas les nôtres. Il a été très difficile de communiquer avec le personnel, qui semblait ne pas comprendre la situation. Nous avons finalement dû attendre le lendemain matin pour récupérer notre linge. Le lendemain, après plus d’une heure d’attente, notre linge est enfin arrivé… plié et emballé, mais complètement trempé. Malgré cela, on nous a demandé de payer la prestation. Nous avons dû réétendre nous-mêmes nos vêtements dans la chambre et utiliser le sèche-cheveux pour essayer de les sécher au maximum. De plus, la personne avec qui nous étions en contact depuis le début n’est finalement jamais revenue vers nous malgré plusieurs promesses. À cela s’ajoute un autre problème beaucoup plus préoccupant : une enveloppe contenant de l’argent a disparu de nos affaires pendant notre séjour. Nous avons immédiatement contacté l’hôtel après notre départ, mais rien n’a été retrouvé et aucune véritable solution ne nous a été proposée. Entre le manque de communication, le service de blanchisserie très mal géré et cette disparition d’argent restée sans réponse, nous sommes extrêmement déçus de notre séjour. Nous ne recommandons malheureusement pas cet établissement et espérons que ces problèmes seront pris au sérieux afin que d’autres clients ne vivent pas la même expérience.

The rooms are absolutely stunning with beautiful furniture and classic tiled floors. I wish I could have taken my room home with me! Large bathroom and the restaurant is also beautiful. Kind and helpful staff, the breakfast is exceptional. Beautiful pool and facilities overlooking the city views. Highly recommended and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had the most lovely stay at Khmer Surin and would highly recommend it. The room was very comfortable with great modern appliances and was tastefully decorated with traditional decor. Bed was super comfortable and loved the balcony and spacious bathroom. It was in a great location - nice surrounding neighbourhood that felt quite hip with lots of eateries etc. Around. Included breakfast was off an alacarte menu which we enjoyed trying different options each day. Staff were kind and helpful. The pool although we knew about it, was still quite the surprise! We thought it was quite impressive.

I had a relaxing stay. The top floor with pool offers views of the city. Rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom huge and well-equipped. Staff was polite and attentive.

Just two things: bed linen had some stains and there are pigeons around the pool making it dirty.

The bed and pillows were exceptional!! The staff were all very helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and filling. You can’t beat the location.

Location suited us on our first holiday to Phnom Penh. We could walk and taxis to our destinations. Breakfasts were delicious and enough to keep our energy up until dinner.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant I loved the decor. Staff were friendly and helpful from arrival until we checked out. Delicious breakfast selection as it is a restaurant as well with both western and traditional options. Rooftop pool was lovely at the end of day with amazing views and sunset in the evening. Rooms were tidy and bathrooms was big. Under 10mins ride to riverside market, central market, Aeon mall and palace. Highly recommend.

The rooftop pool is great, especially for sunset. Amazing that the pool seemed under-utilized. I really liked the included breakfast and that it wasn’t a buffet — higher quality and less waste. Staff were very helpful and accommodating even if initial impression wasn’t as great. I would definitely stay again.

Not a major point but wifi didn’t work on my floor or in my room. There was just no network available. I brought it up a few times and staff didn’t seem to understand, but there was someone trying to work on it one day so they were aware of it. Worked great at the pool or downstairs. It’s a shame there aren’t large containers of drinking water where one can fill up smaller bottles. It would be an easy thing for them to have available on the main floor to reduce plastic waste.

This place is an unexpected treasure in the city - beautiful decor, attentive staff, and a really comfortable room. The rooftop pool is a wonderful place to relax with a drink and views over the city. Our breakfast was excellent! I wish we could have stayed a few more nights..

Was für ein wunderbar, liebevoll und individuell eingerichtetes Hotel. Wirklich schön, wirklich mit viel Charme! Das Zimmer groß und auch individuell, das Bad ebenso. Der Pool erfrischend mit klasse Aussicht über die Stadt. Im Zimmer bieten sie auch Flip-Flops an, wenn man seine vergessen hat. Aber die waren nicht neu und für uns somit keine Option. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück (a la carte) sehr lecker. Wir hatten ein Zimmer neben dem Aufzug, den hat man nur sehr wenig gehört.

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, von daher hört man auch ein wenig davon. Bei der Buchung sind kurz vorm Abschluss noch "Servicegebühren" aufgeschlagen worden - unnötig und auch unüblich. Mit Steuern und dieser Gebühr kamen dann insgesamt mehr als 10 Prozent drauf. Allerdings vor der Buchung - man hätte das Hotel nicht buchen müssen. Überrasched auch, dass der Safe nicht in der Wand eingelassen, sondern auf dem Boden stand, so dass man ihn im Zweifel einfach in eine große Tasche stecken könnte.

Simple mais bien confortable, propre et tout ce que nous attendons est la. Le petit déjeuner n'est quand même pas à la hauteur. Les chambres sont bien faites et sans bruit malgré la situation du centre ville. Nous y avons couché en deux séjours.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. In a nice location. The breakfast choices are good.

The staff were unfriendly. Arrived at 4pm and expected to be given basic information about breakfast times , location of the pool etc. I had to keep asking them. Asking for drinks or anything else seemed like it was an inconvenience to them. This was mostly the male staff members. The girls were more friendly. There was a definite language barrier and I ended up googling what I needed to find out.

The best part is the staff I hope they are paid very well I appreciate them so much. We were also absolutely smitten with the decor I couldn't get over it, what an artistic and lovely vibe. The bed was so comfortable, the balcony was beautiful all the plants everywhere were so cozy I actually stayed here twice I loved it so much.

Everything was really great to be honest. I don't think I could complain about a single thing as far as the establishment goes. I would encourage the owner to be more transparent online about whether or not the place is Cambodian owned, this was very important to us and it was strongly suspected to be Cambodian owned online but I think (and hope) that its becoming more important to people to support Cambodian owned businesses. I would encourage the owner to be more upfront about this I think it would attract people who care about Cambodia and hopefully encourage a tourist culture that supports the Cambodian economy and the Khmer people.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, exceptional breakfasts. Loved the covered outdoor pool on the 14th floor. Hotel decor was welcoming, making it feel like a haven. Great place!

I like the location.

The breakfasts feel rushed and the fruit is not kept cold or protected. Be sure to ask for your luggage early if you have them store it. It took them a while to find ours.

We loved the characterful, old-world charm and the very warm and attentive staff. Don’t go here if you are looking for modern, bland uniformity.

Great pool area with good views over the city. Eccentric, eclectic decor (if you can live with Louvre swing doors, you’ll be fine).

The restaurant was awful. They seem to focus on coach parties and we got lost in the mass of people. We didn’t get to eat any of our dishes together, or even eat the rice with the main meal. Just give it a miss. Had friendlier staff elsewhere. Not rude or anything, just not attentive.

Roof top swimming pool attracted me at first when searching on site. I arrived by bicycle from Vietnam, dusty,tired and ready to sleep at midday! The staff were so helpful and I entered my room with the WOW effect and I am not easily “wowed”. The decor with amazing taste (yes, it is subjective ) then the huge bathroom with excellent shower , firm bed and finally incredible view from the ninth floor. The swimming pool had to wait until after my midday siesta, yes ,I had a swim , lay back on the lounger and thought I have hit the jackpot here. I am reluctant to eat in hotel restaurants but sneakily observed the packed restaurant and watched plates being served , before I decided to reserve table. Breakfast included in my room price,which was a bit confusing, as they had an extensive a la carte breakfast menu. All of the food was absolutely freshly made , particularly the blueberry pancakes. The automatic espresso coffee machine was shockingly bad. Apologies but I am a coffee nerd.As I enjoyed my stay so much I seriously thought of buying them an espresso machine.

Arredamento in stile Khmer, vicino alla zona della movida notturna (Bassac Street). Ottima colazione con scelta piatto da menu. Stanza grande con uscita su balconcino condiviso, adatta per fumatori. Abbiamo anche utilizzato il ristorante per il pranzo, buono e con ampia scelta. Personale molto carino e disponibile. Bella piscina al 14° piano.

L'acqua della piscina era freddina, forse perchè in gennaio.

Beautiful hotel with the nicest staff. Clean with mini markets and tuk tuk right out side the hotel. Love the Cambodia decor. The breakfast was yummy and a bit hipster so it fit me had an avocado toast. Would come again for sure.

L’emplacement est optimal, l’hôtel est très propre avec une piscine sur le roof top ouverte en toute heure. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exemplaire et très serviable.

Probably the nicest room we have had in a month of traveling Cambodia/Vietnam. The decor is lovely! The room was big. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was large. The room was clean. The pool area looked like a really nice place to chill & the pool looked clean. (We didn't actually use it). We also had direct access to a balcony which was nice too. And approx. 10 minute walk to Bassac Lane, which was nice early evening.

What a gem! We really loved this hotel and. have already recommended to friends visiting Cambodia. The attention to detail, amazing decorations, staff and food all exceeded expectations. The pool was incredible too and it was easy to reach the centre by walk or with tuk tuk. Check in and out was also outstanding

Beautiful boutique hotel with character. We loved our room! Great location - close to many restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. Lovely rooftop pool (covered). Great welcome from staff. Fantastic breakfast - the food is superb with a great menu choice. In fact, we’ve never seen a greater choice of food or drinks. From smoothie bowls, local Khmer food to eggs and pancakes. Some pics added! We would 100% recommend this hotel.

Everything was fantastic. The rooms with a balcony were comfortable and homey, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast and restaurant were excellent, and the location was a quick walk or tuk-tuk ride from everything. Our family loved it.

Friendly staff. Good location. Hip decor on the interior. Plants growing off of sides of the hotel was cool way to stand out. Good breakfast.

No hot water. Low water pressure. Nice if bar / host at the pool area. We had a large rap around balcony that was nice but the staff was frequently working on or hanging out on one end of it by way of a service door. Did not feel very “private”.

Ambiance agréable et excellent petit déjeuner. Celui-ci est à la carte est l’on peut choisir un plat et une boisson, les suppléments sont à charge. Le restaurant est très bon le soir également. La piscine sur le toit avec la vue urbaine, mais qui ne comprend pas de bar.

Notre chambre était trop meublée pour sa surface. Le porte bagage bloqué soit l’accès à l’armoire, soit à la porte du balcon (commun d’ailleurs). La fenêtre est petite également.
