Nice rooftop bar and pool , it’s just a short tuk tuk drive to riverside. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay , thank you Caravan hotel team for making us feel so welcome 🙏🏻

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Onestamente non trovo un singolo difetto per questa struttura: è nuova, lo staff è estremamente disponibile e gentile, la colazione è ottima e varia, la piscina molto curata e bella, le stanze sono grandi e pulite. In particolare, ringraziamo Chanra che ci ha aiutati a recuperare una felpa che avevamo lasciato su un taxi a Phnom Penh; noi eravamo già in direzione Siem Reap e si è occupata del recupero e della spedizione. È raro trovare persone così disponibili!
Non penso ci sia una cosa che non mi è piaciuta. Forse, volendo essere pignoli, mi aspettavo fosse leggermente più centrale o, comunque, meno “isolata”. Ma, comunque, c’è sempre il guardiano fuori dall’uscita dell’hotel che si assicurava anche che stessimo prendendo il taxi o il tuktuk giusto.

Śniadania do poprawy-jedyny słaby punkt hotelu. Monotonne i z ubogą ofertą- zdecydowany kontrast prz bardzo dobrej ofercie obiadowej.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Le restaurant de l'hôtel est magnifique et on y mange très bien pour un tarif raisonnable. Le personnel est accueillant, très serviable et souriant. Quelques minutes seulement en touk touk entre l'hôtel et le marché central.
Les draps sont propres. Mais le ménage est très superficiel : Traces de doigts sur le miroir de l'entrée, mais surtout : le revêtement de la douche semble ne jamais être nettoyé. On le sent sous les pieds, et on le voit aux joints qui sont jaunes de crasse. Un peu de javel ne ferait pas de mal, car il en faudrait très peu pour que ce soit parfait 🙏 Du reste, la piscine est minuscule comparativement à l'impression que l'on a des photos de booking. On ne peut être que déçu

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026El personal es amabilísimo, las instalaciones muy buenas, la cama muy cómoda y en general todo es excelente. Me encantaron las vistas también, especialmente desde la piscina. La ubicación es muy buena con cafeterías cerca y en GRAB (el Uber local) puedes llegar a cualquier punto de interés de la ciudad en 10 minutos por 1 ó 2 euros.
Por poner alguna pega, hay algún punto de mantenimiento que puede mejorar como la papelera del baño que necesita ser reemplazada. Algo más de fruta en el desayuno.

Furniture needs to be updated, staff is polite but they all seemed very busy on their cell phones even in the breakfast area. They didn’t seem as welcoming and warm as competitors hotel.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Lovely hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are very roomy and the beds are very comfortable. The staff helps you with everything, like they helped us with a tour to Oudong and recommended activities in the cit and they are extremely nice, they even learned me a bit of Khmer. The breakfast is a nice mix of local and western food. The spa is good and also the garden cafe has great coffee. On top of that, the sky bar is amazing and has a happy hour. The gym is big with the right equipment and it's a very nice pool. And the hotel is Cambodian owned, so you also support the local economy to the fullest.
The location could be a little bit better, but a cheap tuktuk takes you anywhere in seconds.

The area wasnt very nice and the breakfast was awful ..bathroom needed up dating . There was a book in room stating price for breakages and damages which was very off putting ..as even included cups .Even though the mirror in bathroom was broke and the sink stopper was snapped .on entering property .

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Accomodating staff particularly Sitty, Vaught and their team that they even gave us an upgrade of our room plus booked for our bus back to Saigon. Location is within the city and nestled in a quiet street. Pool view is pretty and the Sense Garden is so placed nicely. Room is quite huge, has smart TV and two lounge chairs to enjoy a chat with a roommate.
Nothing much but at one point the cleaner was not quite thorough in vacuuming the floor

Great location for a cess to the city by tuck or on foot. Wonderful staff. Great roof top pool, bar and restaurant. Very chilled. Good food and reasonable prices. Views of the city are a bonus. The hotel has a good spa attached if your body is tired from exploring the city.

They gave us a great room, complete with 'Happy Birthday ' written in palm leaves, and a great towel.didpksy with flowers! At reception, we were greeted personally and told to request anything that had not been provided! Amazing customer service!
Maybe the elevator doors closed too fast....??? LOL There is literally nothing to complain about!
